After long days of bangalore find a good kfc in hyderabad, the staff anusha ws very polite and supporting , really very hood experince,very spacious, neat and clean
The place is located in the prime area. Car parking is an issue here. Food and service are good but they did not provide tissues. Washrooms on the first floor need good maintenance.
Food is delicious and the service is great, not much waiting time. Great place for non vegetarians, not much options for vegetarians, but the veg zinger burger is good. Visit it on Wednesdays for good offers. The place is maintained well. Located in an easily accessible area but the parking space is limited.

After renovation, the ambiance and order experience is good. Hope they maintain it like this.
The bucket and fried chicken is good and the burgers and crusher was okay.
The Ambience of this KFC is totally change and look amazing. Fully spacious neat and clean. Food is delicious. New Menu items. And one good thing you can order yourself on the screen monitor and wait for your order. There is handfree process. I liked that. Also they have started selling Biryani items which is awesome I ordered that and Burger.

I personally don't go to such places often because I believe they are expensive. But let me also tell you the KFC chicken bucket was so delicious and the place was really nice.

During this tough times of Coronavirus-season, I would any day trust a well-established franchise like KFC to have food from, over any local high-end restaurant. As KFC is highly more accountable due to its worldwide reputation.
I recently visited this place, they're abiding by the regulations put into effect by the govt., like disinfecting customers & tables, not allowing symptomatic patients. Also, they're paying close attention to home-delivery items by maintaining a separate desk for it.
The quality of food remains to be the same, as it should be.
This is the first KFC outlet in Secunderabad, I've been here multiple times since 2008. When it started out, it was a lot more efficient with their service & food, and although they've tried to maintain that through all these years, they've not fully succeeded. And most importantly, I believe the A/C is also as old as the outlet is, doesn't do a good job at all. Literally had to eat like a horse in order to get out of the suffocating ambience.
Awesome food but the rates they have increased again that not good
Need to keep tables clean, sorry to see the flies, used food trays not being removed ,
