They serve healthy and good quality meals.
We went here for lunch on a Sunday and only 3-5 tables in the restaurant were occupied. However, this is not to be taken as am indicator of the food since the food here is really good, tasty and authentic. We ordered phulka, mushroom masala, paneer tikka masala and two lime sodas. The flavour of the curries was different from what you find in the other restaurants, the gravy was thicker than usual but it tasted good. The waiter suggested a desser called 'sama payasam' which I tried and really liked since it was mildly sweet and well made. Sama is one of the 7 types of millets. The waiter who served us, Praveen was very comfortable with asking us if we needed more curry or chapatis each time he noticed we were finishing our food. He did an A+ job and the food and his service left us wanting to revisit. The food was served fairly fast. We didn't have to wait too long for it.

Millets Kitchen, the name says it all. They specialise in creating varieties from all kinds of millets. The food taste awesome, flavoursome and authentic. Also the menu is huge and full of exquisite dishes.
However, the service is little slow when you order from the a la cart... on the other side Thali come pretty quickly.
It's a must visit place for delicious food...
This is veg restaurant am ate this food feeling like very good food
This restaurant looking like amazing cleanness restaurant severing boys like a friendly to serve the food
So I was craving for Manchurian and dosa but I wanted to try millet ones. Thats how I ended up going to this place. Pretty decent and nice ambience the place has. A very much family friendly kinda place.
Coming to food I ordered veg Manchurian it took almost 15 mins to get on to my table. But the wait was worthy. The Manchurian was made up of ragi. It tasted almost like the normal one. But the only difference I found was as it was made up of millet it was little heavy.
Then we ordered ordered the veg delite pizza dosa. I looked great and tastes amazing. Like a perfect pizza though. It had all the veggies possible. So it's preferably healthy when compared to the actual dosa or pizza.
Finally, I loved the place and I would definitely visit to have healthy kind off junk or food stuff.
First and foremost , they are healthy and millets are in and all the fancy and thanks to the western influence that has pushed us back to our roots .
They have great variety of dishes but my favourite is the curd rice of every millet it is soul satisfying.
Definitely one of the best restaurants in this area. Their Paneer items are exceptional because they make their own paneer. Millets Biryani is unexpectedly out of this world yummy.
Some must try items:
Millet Tandoori Roti
Millet Biryani
Paneer Jalfrezi
Everything tastes amazing.
We had a truly refreshing experience at this cozy place located in Sainikpuri. Had been here for a light dinner.
Their menu is vast with various options under millets as well as regular grains. The place was almost full and we had to wait a bit to be attended. This place serves different millets on different days. It was a ragi and jowar day for us.
We ordered special millets masala dosa, ragi idly, filter coffee and pepper milk. It took a while for the order to he served. But no complaints as they tasted amazingly good.
Dosa was crispy with very little oil. The chutneys and other accompaniments were an other add on specialities.
Ragi idly was extremely soft and perfectly cooked.
Would definitely recommend this place for a different healthy and tasty experience.

This small place located in sainikpuri serves healthy flavorful breakfasts. We ordered different types of dosas and idli which were flavorful and yummy. Tan tan dosa was a pizza like version with cheese which was ok. The only disappointment part is the service which was really slow. But an overall satisfying experience!
Millets Kitchen Place is amazing small and sweet ambience is good service is fast and friendly in nature food was good I have tried pizza dosa butter panner persera and rava onion dosa all were good sambar was bit sweet I would recommend them not to serve sweet sambar or salt ones.. ask them according to them. add up coconut and tomato chutneys also
Service 8/10
Ambience 8/10
Food 8.5/10
It way healthy for my body. Just kidding!
Food and service is awesome here and on top of that they have large variety of curriers. Vegan and non vegans both can have a great time here.
Totally loved this place. Wonderful thought to have regular grains as well as millets. Vast variety of food. We ordered quite a bit and thoroughly enjoyed everything. Millet rotis, Panner curry, Millet rice, Millet gobi and Veg manchurian etc. are some of the items we tasted. We were not disappointed. You can go ahead and taste these. I would like to try their dosas and thali next time.
The Gobi starter had extra salt. That can be avoided. This was the only improvement area I can think of.
Full marks to the service as well. Their employees took time to patiently explain some of their dishes / millets based dessert.
Had a great time!
I have been here, today.
I don't really understand the concept of millets.
Tastes complete different and healthy.
I have tried "Maharaja thali Millet" which was good. Ambiance was pretty good and keen.
Service was good and fast.
You'll be high on food, if you try Thali.
#foodporn #millets #thali #high
First of its kind restaurant serving north Indian and south Indian cuisine made entirely of millets. They do have the regular grain options but millets is their specialty. The variety of the millet changes every day.
They serve north Indian and south Indian food in both the regular and millet varieties and both are excellent. I've been to this place thrice and eaten both cuisines and not been disappointed. Even the curries they make are made with pure ghee and do not have an oil slick floating on top.
On a weekday evening, you'll find this place almost full. The owner is a pleasant chap who gave up a career to start this restaurant. He is always ready to engage you in conversation and answer questions about the menu. Service is also very friendly and efficient.
They believe in word of mouth publicity. It's located on the main road next to baskin Robbins with a very inconspicuous signboard and you're likely to miss it if you're not looking for it.
I would highly recommend this place for a different dining experience.
Heard great things from the locals who stay here. The 4 rating is keeping their reassurances in mind. Looks like the restaurant had an off day today. Their chutneys had insane amounts is spice. Looks like a one off mistake. The papal paneer millet Dosa and gobi Manchurian was good.
I'm rounding off 3.5 to 4. Otherwise, this restaurant would have got 3.5 from my end.
The concept behind this establishment is quite novel in the area (primarily famous for cafés). I love the fact that they displayed the importance of each type of millet on the wall and is indeed informative. Without any ado, we ordered Nannari, a starter made of cheese and millets (I cannot recollect the exact name), Vegetable Manchurian (using millets).
I fell in love with the chutney that was served. Absolutely delicious burst of flavors! The cheese starter was something new too and the Vegetable Manchurian was good but really really spicy. Nannari saved our meal in a way...it was something we never tried before.
At last, when we had to pay, we were taken aback. If you ignore the bill, it's a fine place to eat at.
Quite tasty and definitely worth it. Millets kitchen is a must of u wanna try something new. Kinda our of box but a must if u drop out into sainikpuri
A perfect place in Sainikpuri area to enjoy some healthy and outstanding south Indian food. :) After reading the reviews, this place was on my list for long. And it turned out to be a great experience. Here they use millets which is good for health instead of using corn flour. We ordered tan tana tan dosa, cheese paneer dosa, onion rawa dosa, masala dosa, cheese paneer pizza dosa, and gobi Manchurian. Everything was great in taste. :) It was a lovely experience and will recommend this place to others too :)
Man, this place! I haven't been to this place but ordered many times on Zomato. The best place for millet dishes. I loved it thoroughly. This is a very healthy food and the packing is so nice.
Food: 4.8
Packing and quantity: 4.8
Value for money: 4.9
Millets Kitchen, keep going! :)
One of the best Restaurants in Sainikpuri Very neat environment Healthy (cooks with care (till now))n tasty food(bit spicy sometimes for less spicy eaters)Friendly n caring approach Will get personal attention
too much of dalda. Healthy banao yaaar
The packing was absolutely good and intact.
Ordered masala dosa, uttapam, guntapoganalu, punugulu, dibbarotte.. the taste and quality is good
This place was on the card for sometime. Today we ordered breakfast, idly and dosa, it was neatly packed and taste was good, especially the onion chutney. Poori and Kurma was nice. We went for lunch as well, had thali and kid ordered veg pulao. Veg pulao was made with chittimutyalu rice, taste was awesome. The executive thali was really good, for old and young people. It was nice and full for stomach. You can chose what you want. Taste is fantastic. Especially the beetroot curry was awesome and the payasam of soyyallu was also good. It felt like home food.
First time...i found a place where the food is both healthy and tasty. This restaurant turns any regular dish into a millet delight. Its not only a place to eat but also an encyclopedia that gives a lot of information about different millets they use and their benefits on to our health. Take a break from visiting and eating the conventional and routine food and try this out. I am sure that after having food here, millets are going to become a part of your daily recipe
Perfect and healthy dishes... Best millets food I have ever had. Maharaja millets Thalli is truly the king of all thallis. Definitely a unique experience and I recommend every one to visit this place atleast once.
Food Is superb
Only issue is all items are not available on all days.. U may have to work on this to get more customers satisfaction.. Thank you
Great place to take your parents/senior citizens or any one who likes healthy no gluten food. We had millet idly, millet masala dosa. Millet mirchi Bajji, millet bisi bele bath and filter coffee. All tasted good and light on stomach too.
Generally, tasty food may not be healthy. But, here we get both healthy and tasty food. I found this is the best place to dine at compared to other restaurants.
Healthy stuff in our area!😊Thankyou for providing great dishes . Please maintain same quality .
Try expanding Delivery to other area in dammaiguda too
Simply superb quality & Service
Must try are there millet bowls & Dosas
Wonder how they are maintaining such a great quality...🤔🤔😋
Food was really yummy
Been here thrice already. First of all a thumbs up for bringing healthy food to the plate. This place has a lot of choice to make. We tried several items, and none of the items have really dissapointed. I however found that many recipes were salty(but still pretty decent). It is very difficult to bring out taste from healthy food. Millets Kitchen succeded in it. I hope they continue to live up to the quality and keep improving. The restaurant ambience is pretty decent too. And the price is about moderate. Good luck to the ppl running it
Just got back from breakfast. And one of the reasons I'm writing this review so soon is cuz my mom loved this place.
This is a very nice place where people can relish on some traditional south indian food. The star of this restaurant is millets, which is a replacement of rice and wheat. There r all kinds of millet dishes such as dosas, idlis, upmas, bajji, Puri, etc. made of millets. However, all millets aren't available everyday. Each day has a different kind of millet available. They have special millet thalis as well. If u r traditionally a rice eater then they have regular dishes of idli, dosa, thalis as well.
We went this this Sunday morning and tried ragi idli, ragi dosa, ragi bajji, proso puri & proso dosa. The food was filling and not oily at all. It was very economical as well. The owner was also really friendly.
I would really recommend this restaurant as it is a new and exciting concept of reintroducing traditional foods n recipes in the mainstream.
Drove all the way from Bowenpally as i have heard good reviews about this place and had millets thali. Food was excellent and service was acceptable too. Only small glitch is an average ambience. Needs some interior work and this could become one of my favourite destinations for food. Will definitely try the evening menu very soon.
Lovely tasty food. The veg gravies are way too expensively priced though. They should get their prices way down... For 265 rupees why would I order paneer butter masala when I can get a mutton gravy in that much money ? Really expensive
good in taste n good for health daily New variety of menu with different pulse daily best in this area it's more better than other restaurants
I've been to this place couple of times. The first thing that i fell in love with this place is the concept of the restaurant. They have numerous varieties of millets here cooked in various styles and various varieties in a healthy way. Its almost like home cooked food. The food was never too oily, or unhealthy as such. Their menu is too long, so you can try different things every time you visit. And one thing i observed was they are not compromising on the quality of the food. I would totally suggest this place if you want to go out and eat but you are looking for some healthy recipes.
Millers Kitchen is what I feel the world needs more of right now. The place has food and recepies to to their native. The taste is extraordinary. I've gone there with an extended family of 10 people. Not a single dish that we ordered on the recommendation of the management disappointed us. The dosas are some of the best I've ever had.
Service is good.Food tastes really good.
Stopped by this place all of a sudden and had no expectations at all. Took me by surprise when I entered the place. The entrance is beautiful. There is no much seating area for huge gatherings but its definitely good for a family of 4. As the name says, the place is all about healthy vegetarian food and the quality is extremely good. Just ordered the regular Tawa roti and sabzi ( Veg Jaipuri) and it was sufficient for 2. The menu is huge, if you don't understand what to order just ask them and they'll help you out.

Service 4.5/5

Excellent taste, quality, varities, traditional millet's. All ingredients are made at the kitchen and live preparation of food. Paneer Butter Masala Curry was mouth watering, panner was prepared by themselves.
This place is for the health lovers who want to have some quick munchies or a wholesome meal. The idea of developing a franchise exclusively for providing healthy food with the superfood millet is a blessing. It is a small restaurant with decent ambience. It has a separate AC section with around five tables. The millet gunta ponagalu and millet onion pakora are yummy. Ragi idly is another special mention. The rotis and curries are homelike. But my fav happens to be rava dosa. Overall ideal place for a quick family meal when ur mother or wife has no mood to cook.

It was a little dry, could have been better.
I just loveeeee the way your menu is charted out. I knew I was up for a beautiful tasting and team millet kitchen you took me on “ hmmmm” tasting!.
I have to speak about the Bhendi fry and gravy and the maharaja as per “ nalari with lassi” I just loved it. How dare I forget about the Sangatti and the millet breads👌🏻
Thank you for being in Sainikpuri ;)
This place is an absolute delight . Finally a place where I can completely rely on the cuisine. It’s a fusion between health and authentic roots of south India. The quality is exceptional and love the overall idea of this restaurant. I’m so thankful for a ALL-VEG menu. Finally a place for veg foodies came to our rescue !
Food is Tasty but costly.
millets kitchen is a very good place for health breakfast and food also ❤️ I really loved the ragi dosa's here and the service is also really good . must try food here ❤️
Wow...Good food and timely delivery..
I'm happy about the fact that this restaurant pays attention to customer demands and modifications...food arrived exactly as requested and it's pretty wholesome healthy food.... people should resort more to such healthy eating than fast food. Great concept.

superb place n worth the price charged...completely healthy n tasty...wud like to keep coming again.. looking forward for dem to start few more in hi-tech city.
Nestled in the famous Fifth Avenue of Sainikpuri, this place is simple, elegant and clean. Interiors have lot of information about millets..different types and their health benefits. The owner and the staff know their menu, and seem quite passionate as they suggest the items.
I took my parents for nice quiet dinner. They absolutely loved the place and food. We ordered chilly paneer for starter. It was probably made with millet flour. We never tasted such delicious and fresh paneer in recent times. For mains, we had their popular jowar tandoori roti, ragi tandoori roti, wheat flour tandoori roti, hariyali tikka masala. Free accompaniments -raitha n lots of onions n lemons. Finished with their chilled sugandhi juice. That was killer. Just simply awesome. You will forget all the colas, lassi or Lemon soda if you have this.
They have an exhaustive menu. For confused people like me, they have divided menu by days. Every day has a different menu.
Do I have any complains..? Yeah..why did I not go there earlier!! Lovely place. Will revisit soon.

Loved the food and the service at this place ! With quite a unique menu, millets kitchen stands out with its taste and variety. The only downside was that their thali's were not available for dinner. The staff was also very helpful in veganising our order. Definitely coming back soon to try their breakfast menu.
Amazing joint in sainikpuri. Healthy and nutritious meals which taste amazing. Have many unique items which even the choosiest of the eaters would love to try! Must visit!
Excellent place with amazing food, service and ambience . Had the meal and good quantity and tasty food. Service is also top class with waiter being available on call and at same time giving privacy during meal.

"Millets Kitchen is a fantastic option for those looking for healthy and delicious tiffins. Their food is made with millets, providing a nutritious alternative to regular meals. The prices are very reasonable and portions are generous. Highly recommend for a satisfying and healthy meal."
I had millets Idly and Onion Pesarattu. The latter was really very tasty. They give two chutneys and sambaar along. While the chutneys are good, I found the sambaar extraordinary; it's a typical Tamil sambaar with a pibch of sweetness in it. I look forward to have more items from this place. Overall a great place to eat.
Great place with several unique options like Millet idly, Millet dosa , upma , Pongal etc . The service is also quick and they have outdoor seating. Very nice place to have breakfast
Very nice place. Food is very fresh and tasty. Millet foods are served.
