Great and yum food if you love Chinese food. Great ambience, lights, music, behaviour, service everything is great. We have been multiple times here and would love to visit again and again.
Food was very tasty and good quantity. Delivery was prompt. Schezwan fried rice has become my fav after eating in Renyi. Chilli button mushroom and Shanghai veg roll were too delicious.
I have tried their veg soft Noodles and wet Manchuria. I recommend it strongly. Eat while it is hot.
Restaurant ambience is also good and friendly staff.
The rating is 5 cause in the area (neredmet to ECIL/Kapra) food quality and hygiene is very bad and no consistency.
Absolutely love this place. It’s a perfect little place to eat and hang out with friends or family. The food is amazing too! The ambience is a little scary because it’s super dark in there but rest everything else is fine

Absolutely yummy food with superb service. The management has done an amazing job with the decor of the restaurant. The ambience is perfect for families and young couples too. I am definitely going back to Ren yi to dine. It's a must visit especially for people who want to experience authentic Chinese food.

Being an ardent fan of Chinese fare, we had packed fried rice, chilli chicken, mixed soft noodles and chicken pakoda from this place, when we last went to Sainikpuri....... the food was quite good..... The ambience is good also.... Had mentioned to them that we don't like spicy and they made the food accordingly..will explore more later :)
I actually called up the restaurant and asked for a best starter for prawns and they suggested Ren-yi special. I've been to the place many times but I haven't tried this one, so I decided to order it on zomato and it was Amazing. A big thumbs up 👍🏽

Living in the Sainikpuri side of the world does not really give you too many options for a place that you can go to for a meal if you suddenly feel like it.
So, faced with a decision on the fly to eat out with a couple of friends a few nights ago, we were out on the roads contemplating what to have when we passed by this small place called Ren yi on the main Sainikpuri road. Since Chinese is something that everyone at home from my mom to my wife can live with, we decided to try out this place and it was a great decision.
First off the bat let me tell you this place is very reminiscent of the Nan King thingie. If you know what Nan King is all about, then you will feel at home immediately here as well (not trying to draw a comparision here but those who know Nan King will know what i am talking about).
The place is small but done up pretty well in the traditional Chinese Red & Black colour combinations. The menu has adequate variety for everyone though we ended up ordering the usual suspects. Hot & Sour Soup, Cantonese Soup were followed by Chicken Drumsticks. For the main course we had Chilli Chicken & Diced Chicken along with Garlic Soft Noodles & Fried Rice.
The food was surprisingly good, portions wholesome and most importantly the service was good too. We did not have to ask for too many things and whatever we did need came pronto. I do suspect that this was due to the fact that there was just another table for 2 people apart from our 8 folks so we got all the attention. :)
Overall, i loved the place for its Value for Money, Food quality and the service. Though small, it has what it takes to have repeated customers. I just hope that as they expand, they do not lose out on quality. They will definitely see me soon again.
Not ardent fan of Chinese food but still grabbed my attention to try out, firstly loved this place because of the ambience which is giving a typical Chinese food experience with clean and tidy atmosphere with lovely hangings, coming to food it was good not expected more spicy serving is quick and price is fair.
It was a sister’s date and we ordered manchow soup,chilli garlic rice and drumsticks, perfect taste very precise quantities of food,calm n quiet ambience. Must try for every one who wants to have a calm delicious meal.

A good place offering a variety of Chinese options. its a small place on the sainikpuri road with red lighting to stereotype the Chinese ambiance. we ordered renyi chicken. chicken was soft from inside and crisp from outside. it was perfectly tossed in sauces, chilly and had a tinge of honey in it. the flaw was it had too many sesame seeds.
we then ordered veg schzewan choupsey and it was delicious. the quantity is so good that 2 people can easily enjoy it.

Good place for good Chinese food. Been there 4-5 times now, mostly for snacks. Good options for dry snack items. The chop suey can be better though. Overall, a very decent food joint. One of the best eateries in Sainikpuri.
Went to this place one for dinner with wife... First impression was not great when I parked but had a feeling it would match up Golden Peacock in Tarnaka as that one is also a rundown place but serves excellent Chinese food. However this one does not serve ethnic Chinese, they Indianize most of their dishes to cater to locals. While I was bummed that I didn't get what I expected but was not disappointed. If you are craving for Chinese and are in the area, a nice place to eat. Ambience is alright, and prices are reasonable.
Haven't really explored the menu much, but the CMBS was the I've had in a long time. Glad to have a place like this in sainikpuri. Best of luck to you all!

Ren yi serves great food and the service is pretty quick too. It serves authentic Chinese food and is the best in the neighborhood. The location is also pretty feasible.

Can't comment on the ambience or service as it was a take away. The food was good and the quantity was also okay for the price. The manchuria was bland though and without taste. Overall a Ok experience for the price.
A pretty decent restaurant in Sainikpuri. A good place for families as well as friends to hang out and enjoy the Chinese cuisine. The best thing I liked at this place is the quick service. I was pretty amazed. A great way to start - since this place has recently been started. I tried the hot and sour soup along with starters like Chicken Drumsticks and spring rolls. Though I feel soup was pretty fine. .The best part was the starters - "Really Good".
Main course also they do have a very good number of options. I tried the Shezwan veg soft noodles - very slimy noodles they had - did taste good with the Manchuria gravy.
I would definitely recommend this place to all.
People are yet to discover this place. So, yes please do visit it :).

Was thinking of visiting this place since the time it opened 4 months ago. Finally, took takeaway for dinner. The place is red in theme giving u a feeling of a vintage roadside chinese restaurant. Ordered for Schzewan Prawns fried rice, Chicken fried rice and Chicken Soft Noodles. Each of them tasted really good! They had a pinch of Indian touch and hence would cater to most of the chinese food lovers. The Noodles were thin compared than what we get normally. The quantity of the Noodles was sufficient,but the quantity of the fried rice should really be increased. They have a wide variety menu of chinese dishes and would love to come back and try most of them
The best Chinese restaurant in the locality, without any doubt. You have to try the soft noodles with gravy. Great quantity of food. Authentic flavour and taste. Great atmosphere. Only problem is the service is not so great. Lack of waiters is a huge problem! Other than that its fine.
I stumbled across this place one summer evening while desperately craving dumplings. I'm skeptical about road side shacks and was really hoping the food here would be great.

I had veg manchurian and some chopsuey and I have to say, I loved it.
The owner is a very friendly and affable guy and upon discovering I'm vegetarian, assured me that he maintains strict standards to ensure no cross contamination. He even offered and showed me around the kitchen, which was pristine.
Bottomline, may not LOOK like much but it's delicious. A+
REN YI offers a good menu. Looking at their menu on swiggy I was compelled to order from here and much to my delight the food was good! It's not out of the world or anything but yes...decent food. The Spring rolls and baby corn Manchuria are must try here. Apart from that non veg starters are great too! The Bhutan Veggies and then Bhutan Chicken is a must try here as well! Limited items on offer but definitely got them right! You can walk in this place and have a decent platter .

Was looking for a good Chinese restaurant in sainikpuri for a while and found Ren Yi nestled on 5th avenue road. I must say this place is underrated, the food is really great. The drumsticks, Chinese chopsuey, Ginger chicken boneless gravy and Ren Yi chicken starter is recommended. Loved the ambience, very subtle with Chinese music played in the background perfect for dinner.. Staff are also very hospitable and food is served surprisingly quick and with sumptous quantity. Will come back hungry for more!
This place is good. The quantity is high but lacks a little in quality. Sometimes we get different taste in different bites. Overall, a quite and a beautiful place. To end, best place to have Chinese starters.
