Nice place. We had pizza and milk shake which was tasty. In beautiful location. Interior of cafe is very good. There is cycle on hire. Per hour Rs.99 fee. Local guides didn't know about this place we had to search it via Google maps. I will recommend this place.
ML 05 cafe is an absolute winner for me! If I had to recommend the 01 cafe to visit if you had only 01 day in Shillong..this would be my top recommendation followed by Dylan's ..I loved all the corners/interiors of the cafe so much that just to experience them all I would love to keep going back..it's located off the main road enroute to cherapunjee..very picturesque surroundings..and ideal for a break midway. totally in sync with the spirit of Shillong..I had ordered the veg peri peri pizza , the rose pasta ,lemon iced tea and the chocolate shake.. Everything was delicious and we stuffed our tummys .. although the chocolate shake could be better (thicker) nevertheless I absolutely loved the experience & the tasty food..�.The one treat you must order here is their homemade fudge brownie..that was warm and soft and just melted in the famished me!
Now this is one of the best place i've visited in shillong. Just love the place and cafe ( hats off to the team who came wid this cafe idea - location and interior decoration ).I'm happy that my Khasi friends called me specially for this cafe, for a cup of coffee and it went so well that now I will visit this cafe every time, when I'll come to shillong.

I had coffee shake and their special masala Maggi. The maggi was very delicious and shake was a bit sweet but inasked them to make it strong and then it was perfect. Me and my bestie went there for two consecutive days. The scenery and ambiance is good and I would visit them again if i went to north east. I would definitely recommend this place.

A beautiful cafe perched in the woods, its interiors are quite interesting and are great for taking good photographs. It may be a little difficult to locate but once you reach here, you'll be amazed by its surroundings. Now regarding the taste, pizza was good and the coffee seemed overpriced at first, then seeing the quantity the price seemed justified (both the quantity and the price could have been less). Service was slow but hospitality good.
Cafe is located in a very good location, ambience is great. Menu is quite standard felt Food was overrated and priced to high over priced. If you have time you can visit for a quick meal and enjoy the surrounding. Finding the place is challenging.

A great experience at ML 05, so much so that we went there again for our breakfast after having our dinner two nights earlier. And when one goes back to a restaurant after having eaten once means that he/she has chosen to go there again which to me is a big reflection of the place, with that being the biggest feedback of that restaurant. So, you can go there for a good Italian dinner or a fantastic English breakfast on a bright & sunny day, even a cold day will give you the warmth with its interiors lit up with sepia tone. The route to ML 05 is pretty interesting with its unassuming, straight out of the woods and gives a feel of the horror movie Raaz scene. The food & the staff are truly amazing. In a nutshell, it's all pluses when you are going to ML 05. If you are in Shillong and not yet made a plan to go to ML 05, do pay it a visit because you will find it worth paying for it from your pocket, with a smile.
Oh yes, they allow your pet to be kept at the entrance which was a very happy condition for us.
It's a good cafe near Shillong Peak. Here you will find only snacks , no meals. But all the snacks are very good in taste and quality. It's a pocket friendly cafeteria. The location is very good , in the middle of a tall wood.

The most special thing about this cafe is the small ally lined with really old and long trees just outside the restaurant. Cafe theme and decor is based on bike and its spare parts. One other attraction is the tabletop made of trunk of the tree. Food quality and taste is above average. Service is prompt. Overall visit this cafe for its unique theme and location.
A very pleasant cafe with a breath taking and peaceful view. Food is very delicious and the staffs are highly trained. Being pure vegetarian we were nog disappointed by the menu as they had a very diversified menu. We tried their pasta, pizza, coffee and shakes and very much satisfied.

The place is very cozy and bright. The ambiance will definitely lift up your mood. Well maintained. Also the manuals/posters give it a rustic touch. Overall an awesome experience. The momos and pork ribs were out mouth watering. Overall a satisfied visit.
This cafe has such a varied mix of reviews that I didn't go with any expectations of my own. We were on our way from Shillong to Sacred Forest and very hungry, the cafe was on our way so we gave it a shot. The way to the cafe is very pretty, even when you take a turn from the main road. The views from the cafe and it's decor is on point. We ordered a Secret Sauce Maggi and a veg Pizza and they were good. The coffee wasn't great and the service is slow.
All in all it is a good place to hangout. You probably wouldn't like it if you are in a rush and wanted to grab a bite.
