Loved the Jadoh meal! Amazing food. Balanced plated. The fish ball was great. The pork pieces were succulent and the rice was well cooked. The whole plate is a wholesome meal with great sides. I don't remember the names of each dish but the chutneys on the side were simply amazing!
Oh My My ! I can never forget the taste of this. This is the best of Khasi delicacies I ever had. Mashed Potatoes, Rice, Dal, Tomato Chutney and some Veggies. This is heaven. The Aunty at the counter is soo friendly. I would suggest this on any given day. I miss this place now though.

This is my favourite place to come to when i have the craving for jadoh. This is my favourite food.. Jadoh with beef balls or chicken with gravy is the best thing in the world. The first thing i do when i come back to Shillong is to have jadoh. Its like a tradition ππ but its true you have to have jadoh when you come back home. If not then bruh are you even from Shillong πππ

Good delicious meals and variety of items prepared in traditional Khasi style. Can also order a personalized assortment of items from the menu rather than the specific thalis given. Pricing is very reasonable. Good owner and staff. The restaurant is very clean and tidy. One of the best small food restaurants in Laitumkhrah I visited.
Get a taste of what Khasi food is in this place. Choose from the various choices of combos or make your own combo, and if you need help, consult the counter lady, she'll tell you what's best. A must visit place for Foodies and tourist. This is a pocket friendly place, so empty your stomach before going in, lest you won't be able to have a full experience.
Best place for Khasi food around these parts. A little crowded but that's a good sign of their patronage. Rice serving is a little less but I guess that's common as well.
Great place to eat some authentic khasi food at throwaway prices. Great taste and owners are hospitable. Stumbled onto it while taking a stroll through Don Bosco road at laitumkhrah and now would recommend it to anyone visiting shillong for the first time.
Jadoh is a local eatery with a modern set up. A perfect place for those visiting Meghalaya to get an introduction to the local cuisines which at times may seem exotic to the uninitiated. Service is prompt and location is central, the Don Bosco square is a landmark known by all and is at its vibrant best in late afternoons and early evenings.
Quick service, not only jadoh, which is the local Khasi rice & meat dish, but other fast ready to eat food us available like momos & noodles. The restaurant has limited seating & is usually crowded during school hours (from 12 to 3 or 3:30 there is a rush). So it is not a sure down and enjoy your food leisurely kind of place but good for a quick bite
Very good homely food . Try the fish balls , smoked pork n beef and Jadoh . The chutneys are my fav too . They have a very good fresh selection .
If you are visiting shillong and wants to taste the local khasi cuisine you must definitely go to this stall. The prices are cheap and u get to taste amazing items.

Such a good place.. the staff are friendly, they speak English. The food is good, reasonable price. If u haven't tried and tribal dishes then u should visit this place.
The restaurant is good, it's a stall for college, school students, good price too, the thing is that the management staff is less, and you might have to wait, good interiors, and give a try and you'll find it amusing too, went there like 7-8 times, and jadoh or Khasi rice plate is served..
Very good local Naga food. Very busy small place and food gets over pretty fast. We got a seating on second visit only.
