Track and field and a soccer ground. Saw some archery activity too. If you are a runner or a soccer player in Shillong I don’t think there is any alternative than being here. The elevation in and around town is too varied for a tempo street running and football pitch is scarce.
Well maintained sport's Stadium. The field has synthetic turf. A lot of football matches of national and girls international level have been played here. Good parking space.
Stadium is mostly used for soccer. It is also used to host national events like Independence and Republic Day celebrations of India. There are two or more foot ball grounds along with the stadium.
