Delicious food. Authentic himachali style cholae bhature. Chutney they put on top is usually found in himachal cousins. I would say they need to improve on hygiene side which brings down the whole experience. Otherwise, must try.

Sharma chaat shop is situated just near to old isbt, Shimla. You can easily locate it under the over foot bridge. The reason I am adding and reviewing this shop is just because of the service and hard working boys, Godhan alias munna. They serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, opening from 8 am to 10 pm.
