Hands down the best Idli Vada I ever had ! The sambar and chutney just enhances the taste to next level ! No wonder they gave two bowls of sambar to start with π
One of the oldest Hotel and best in tasty food and good service. π
Food is good, parking is limited. We have to park the cars at the other side of the road and pass the usually moderate traffic to reach the hotel.
The location of the washroom, though clean is a little inconvenient for all. Have to pass kitchen, a long corridor , a store room and then again corridor like a maize to to reach.
Basic simple decor. Food is priced reasonably. Menu options are wide and including North, South Indian and Indo-Chinese cuisine. Staff is friendly. Parking is available for cars.
This has lost its charm unfortunately. Used to be one of the favourites of Shimoga for vegetarians once upon a time. There are staff but they are not attentive enough.
Okok... Little expensive compared to other hotels..hygienic and service is good but taste not good..
This place has been recently reopened at the same place after a gap of some years.
We have memories of going here when we were kids , we used to order Masale Dose and alongside a Jamoon probably.
They are known for the quality and hygiene, also small birthday parties or small events used to be arranged here, relished those memories after a small visit for some evening Dosae and Filter Coffee

A hidden gem in Shimogga near Neharu Stadium. Butter Dosa was excellent...the staff was kind enough to give my kid an extra butter π..Highly recommend this place for tasty food

Coffee is not good.
Also it have lodge.
They serve hot food.
