Went there recently and had a really good time. The food, service and the ambience was impeccable. We ordered dal-batti, pani puri, Dhosa and Tadkewali Palak with makke ki roti. All the food was just delicious. Hot, tasty but not too spicy. No complaints at all.
Had just ordered 1 Dhosa but since we were 3 people they served us 3 big bowls of Sambhar which was yummy. Small things like this says how impressive their service is. The Paan they give in the end was really good too. Will love to go back again for sure.

Amazing authentic regional food available at this hotel. I have been here often but never disappointed.
Indi-yah, superb menu. They serve different menu. First we try liti chokha, it was mind blowing. Superb in test. Then we try gotalo, it was also so delicious. You can feel non-vegetarian test in veg dish. Then we try jal-murmura. It's like bhel it was ok ok. Then last we try Mohan thal, And shrikhand, both are simply superb. Must visit this restaurant. If you looking for different cuisine. Must try.

It was very nice experience of Indi-Yah ! Atmosphere was very good and above the taste we taste the unique dishes.
My favorite : idali , Veg Tapelu , Veg Gotalo , Jalebi , Sukhadi , mohan thal .
Indi-Yah as the name says its something about India and to be specific food from different parts of India served in one single restaurant. It is located in Valentine multiplex on first floor just adjacent to the stairs. Would like to invite all Vegetarian food lovers to try 2 specialty dishes which will make you think are they really veg or was it non-veg.

The place to try authentic taste of some regional dishes. I loved the Jhal Muri and Panki the most. While sattu cooler and Dal pakwan is sure to try thing. Good prices.. recommended

Surat has got its first Community cuisine based restaurant. I could actually heard a few names of dishes for the first time in life. and the same time i tried them too. There are no major changes in the interiors. a few but eye catchy wall arts representing various cultures of India. Marwadi, Sindhi, Marathi, Gujarati etc…

Each item was amazingly and authentically prepared. i could feel each spice and a story behind it. Vedmi with Mava stuffing is a pure heaven. I felt presentation could have been more interesting compared to items. Menu is short and sweet so that proper concentration is given to each item. Rates are also comparatively reasonable.

I just loved the food over there as well as their hospitality.We had Gatte ki sabzi,idli and rawa masala dosa and chaas.Everything was yummy.
What an amazing place, they serve different cuisines across the country. I had sattu cooler which is very different. Spicy and refreshing at a same time. Palak paan ki chutney is something amaze me and their best is uttapam. I loved it. This place is very reasonable and low priced. Highly recommended.

It is a beast place for lunch as per cost it is normal I love there cheese palak dhosa, ganga jamna juice... I also tried unlimited buffet it was also a good.. Quality was good, test was good.. The place we actually found out accidentally..went for another restaurant n found this one. One thing that made it perfect was the ambience..its isolated not much hush and the calm n cool environment so u can actually enjoy n savor the food.
The service is excellent..they suggest you best dishes according to taste..n keep you updated with the order delay that's what I liked.

It was my first time I tried coconut rawa masala dhosa and mysore masala dhosa both were excellent with amazingly good sambhar and chutneys.

Simple and good food at good price. Although somebody looking for authentic south indian taste won’t find it here. We had steamed idli, lemon rice and capsicum rava sada dosa. All items were good n filling. They have ample seating space too and it is not crowded, therefore i find it peaceful there.
Also they take their time to cook food so dont go if u desire faster service. One can go for afternoon buffets with family.... quite ideal choice for the same.
The replica of Sankalp and also located on the same location of Sankalp in Valentine multiplex. Ambience, food quality and quantity excellent. Tried Rasam, four varities of Dosas. Everything was very tasty. Must try for authentic south Indian food lovers.

All time favourite restaurant when it comes to South Indian food. Since i have been here, I haven't had the audacity to take a chance somewhere else. The South Indian here is delicious especially RAWA MASALA DHOSA. It's the 5th time i am having it here and they never disappoint. The Sambhar is also right up the mark along with the various delicious Chutneys they serve. If you are looking for Good tasty South Indian food, this is the place to be and you sure will satisfied in terms of Quality, Quantity and Service.

Soup was amazing, it's very difficult to find good tomato soup in Surat... Bt I found it here. It was amazing...
Tiranga Dhosa, I am not a big masala dosa fan, if masala is placed inside the dosa... So it was ok for me.. bt overall it was yummy....
And Garlic Paneer Dosa, quantity of paneer was the main assence of the dish... And garlic taste was on a decent side... Not too intense. Overall this Garlic Paneer Dosa was lovely... I loved it.
Uttapams were the best part of my meal,, uttapams are best... Even better then dosa's.. and too heavy that 1 enough for dinner....
Coconut chatni, and other two green and red chatni was the sone pe suhaaga combination.
One of the nicest South Indian restaurant in Surat. You will love the authenticity of chutneys and dosai although sambhar of this place is little disappointed. Well mannered staff compliments the soothing music of idlee-widlee.

My taste buds were in nostalgia. The old place just with a new name ! I'm fond of south Indian food & I loved to eat here. I can't control myself to appreciate about the vessels they're serving in, as they are using white glass dishes of various shape, & the most appreciable is the bowl for sambhar very convenient.
Ya this is odd but I had to say it.
Coming to food, it was awesome. Chutneys gives your taste buds wake up call, sambhar taste is also great(which you won't find in many places). Unlimited lunch offer is just perfect.

Old Taste with new name. Yes the team is old, the place is old, the menu is old but with new name. The team is that of Sankalp, so you may not find any difference in taste but previous one was still better. We were rush so we ordered some authentic dishes. Masala Dhosa and Idli with Rasam. Sambhar that you will grt here is by far one of the best sambhars in the town, dhosa was perfect. Everything was good except the Rasam.
Loved the food. Nice ambience. Good service. Quick service. Quality as well as quantity was good. A good family restaurant for south indian test. Not so costly.

An amount of some Rs 120 or 130 with a quantiy which can serve good to a couple like us... The ambiance and all is obviously good but all that are secondary matter against the taste and quality at a reasonable price... Would try more varieties there and share their reviews...

Its an amazing place to for South Indian food. Ample variety in menu. Lovely ambience. Highly recommended. Loved the mysore masala dosa and the palak cheese dosa. The masala boondi was also very good. Must try the cold coffee too. And last but not the least the complimentary paan was simply fantastic.

Tried the lunch menu at Idlee Widlee and loved it in more than one way... Firstly the menu had some exciting entrées the masala boondi was a simple boondi chat that was high on flavours.
The fried idli were simple but effective. With the chutneys they are a delight. Then we had the masala dosa and mysore masala dosa ( the green chutney one) too bad people love only the masala subzi thing. The mysore dosa was awesome.
Then came the uttapams which were great. We could not have the pulao as we were actually full. Saved room for the ice cream though which was simple yet yummy.
The staff was courteous and polite. And the yummy pan at the end is to die for.
Highly recommended. Such places are struggling for business which is a bad thing.
