Ambience is quite good located on terrace. It would have been better to arrange some water coolers during summer.Food quality is ok compared to the prices.

Went here on a weekday for dinner and other than us there was only one other group, so it was nice and quiet complimenting the ambience of the place. We ordered Lasagne and Singapuri rice to eat and Green Day and one other mocktail to drink. Lasagne was amazing, but the rice was very disappointing, so.. I think Deck 9 is mostly about the ambience and some dishes which they make really good, but not all...
We had a very good experience. Firstly ambiance was very good, weather was windy n chilly. Seating arrangement was very well. Food was outstanding. Lasania, cigar rolls, pink pasta. Yummmmm. I would recommend this place worth visiting. Value for money. The Lassi we had was outstanding.
Food is Good, but it’s expensive!! Service and Ambience are excellent... I would surely recommend going there atleast once and only once... I mean you can find the same taste, service n Ambience at a lower price in many other restaurants in Surat... then why spend the extra ₹ here...
The place have both open sitting as well as inside sitting if you want to enjoy the view and the open atmosphere you should sit out and the inside sitting is just like any other a.c restaurant. In food we had a manchow soup, lasanya, naan, kholapuri sabji and dal fry-jeera rice all the food items were good in taste.

With profound feeling of Serene ambience, enjoy your food. I like to have coffee with frds on open terrace space. Otherwise the choice is your ,going with family or frds. Food taste is good but yes I feel the menu is lil. Disappointment. Good place to visit atleast once with family or frds.

Well-known for its outdoor seatings, though thats full everytime but you can get it if you do your prior booking. The food is great, no complain about that. Even the ambience is upto the mark. I would rate the food as 5. It was delicious. I ordered hummus with pita bread, cold coffee and Margherita pizza. Hummus and pita breads were enough to share with two people, same goes for Margherita pizza. I was quite doubtful about ordering a pizza but this didn't disappoint at all! The cold coffee was great as well with satisfying quantity and price. My friend ordered peach iced tea which was again not a disappointment. Its quantity was more than enough to share with two people.
The ambience was amazing. It had a terrace ambience and it was decorated quite good. Even though there's not a great view you can faintly make out the buildings far away and overall it gave me positive vibes.
However, with all of that being said, the service was a little disappointing. Although it wasn't bad, but it can be improved. For instance, we expected to have a change of plate (supposedly a bigger one) to have pizza after having hummus and pita but they didn't give us. But that's a very minor thing.
Overall, Deck 9 is a good place to hangout and eat good food!

I really liked the ambience of the place. Ofcourse the food and the service should be given appreciation. I tried 3 things there :
1. Humpty dumpty - Because the name was crazy enough for me to order :P
I won't describe what it was, cos you guys should go and try it on your own. I can say it was good!
2. Quesadilla - A Mexican dish served very well.
3. Dragon Paneer Sizzler - Cottage cheese in gravy served with rice and vegetables.
Overall it was a nice experience. Can see the pictures uploaded by me for having a better idea.

Garlic naan & Garlic Kulcha: pretty good
Butter roti: fresh and good
Kheema Masala: Too too too (too^10) SPICY. We had to send it back. They told they will replace it. Came back with fresh plate that too was very SPICY. At the end we told please parcel it and give it to someone we won't be able to eat. But their staff was very warm and decent inspite of our anger they kept their calm and replaced it with another Sabzi.
Paneer Sabzi (forgot the name): Very nice. They took special care to make it 0 spicy.
Had 1 Paneer Cheese Tikka as well: it was good.
One of the best Paneer quality we had. Very soft and fresh it was.
Green Apple: okayish.
Jeera Rice Dal Tadka: quite good to conclude the dinner.
The restaurant is high on pocket. Ambience is good and staff is good. But with the taste of food which they had I would hesitate a bit to pay that high.
Please take care about the SPICY thing. There many other reviews stating the same.

The night ambience is the 1st thing you would love about the place! The food is good, only if the staff is not in a hurry. They have a decent & variety menu, which does not burn a hole in the pocket. However the ambience and our family time was spoiled due to the staff which was too loud. The staff was talking (literaly shouting) to each other for orders n all. And being a Sunday eve there was so much confusion n hussle that was a big big let down. If that improves may be i can give better rating next time.
Went to Deck9 on Saturday evening. Was raining heavily.
Fortunately the arrangements were nice for outdoor seating.

The food and ambiance was just fantastic. Though a bit far from Adajan, it's a must visit for people of both local and tourists. Their cocktails are just amazing and staff is very courteous. They delighted me with their services and food. Lovely place and lovelier staff.

The place with pretty good ambience, and the friendly staff.food won't attract you as much as that rooftop siting!! You can say the food is average when it comes to the taste!
Not the place to go if you're in a small group of 2-4 people mainly because the deck tables are only for larger groups. It might help to book them in advance.
Nevertheless the place is ambient and it would serve as one of the best places in Surat to go for a date on special occasions.

We went here for lunch and the open to air concept is very good especially because the location doesn't have any obstructions on either side and it was breezy today. On recommendation by the staff we ordered a Rajwadi roll wich tasted very average. Next, The spaghetti baked dish was very bland for my tastebuds. We ordered a paneer tikka masala and that was very nice along with its crisp garlic naan and tandoori rotis. So was the buttermilk.
The Indonesian rice were also very good.
I think the Indian food is good and do not be very experimental with trying different dishes here.
Pricing was fine according to the place. About 400 per person.

Visited with friends few days back.we ordered two portions of each dish but very disappointed with quantity. Taste was so good. We complained for the quantity and they gave as the same dish as complimentary. Ambiance is good too.

We had a pleasant evening so looking forward to visiting it again.
Basically the food and its presentation was very amazing. Its staff was also very calm heartedly providing services.
