I ordered- pink sauce spaghetti 🍝 and it was yumm... I also loved the garlic bread served along with the pasta...
The pasta was cooked al dente as per the need and the sauce was very well needed and had a thick consistency...
if you are a spaghetti lover then definitely you need to try this...
Staff and ambiance is also at par...

Have you heard swiss whisk launched cappuccino which is too good.
I tried there pink latte its good not too much but its looks great a pink colour. We most liked their shakes like kitkat shakes even their food also great.
I have ordered cheese nachos it really crunchy and toppings with melted cheese and its serves with dahi and spicy chutney.
Another one i tried italian dish bruchetta which is so cheesy, soft and toppings with olives, capcicum, corn its also superb so there not only cappuccino but also starters and shakes also superb...

so i went to SWISS WHISK , to took parcel ,

i ordered Ratatouille Pizza and Verdure Alla Genovase in Fettuccine Pasta ,

ye...ah , lo...ng name , basically if you search google little-bit , you find that ,
verdure alla genovese , means fresh green vegetables in rich, onion-based pasta sauce , origin from the region of Campania, Italy and ratatouille as you all know french dish ,

so in Switzerland ( in surat :D ) , you get Italian and French Dish , :D ,

PIZZA :- i choose ragi base , it's go...od , goody base , thin crispy - moist at same time , well cooked ,
not exactly Ratatouille but close to that , all the veges in Ratatouille are almost in it , all the veges in proper amount , well laid , MIND BLOWING - taste and quality , अरे भई और कीतना लिखू , अब तो खा लो , MUST MUST MUST TRY , :D ,

FEEDBACK :- in some bite ( not in all bite ) pizza base sound like cracker , can you do something abut it ? , AND all the veges are in pizza covered with cheese , lay cheese in pizza like that so people can see all beautiful veges.
PASTA :- fettuccine is really good , not exactly like verdure alla genovese , but modify indian version , well cooked , you can taste veges in it , smooth sauce , cherry on top , ye..ah , MUST MUST MUST TRY,અરે ખાઈ લે તુ હવે , :D ,
FEEDBACK :- i know traditional fettuccine is thin , yours too , but now days pasta machines are available in market , can you make ragi fettuccine little bit broad ( not thin ) ,

cafe has lots of thing to explore , all of it very very very good , shake , coffee , pizza , pasta , sliders , assorted cookies , all must try ,

yes , it's an expensive cafe , but money worth to spend , તો ખીસામા પૈસા ભર , ને અહીં આવીને ખા , :D

AMBIENCE: The ambience is very soothing and decent.

FOOD : The food is just amazing and if you are health conscious or on diet or you prefer some good healthy delicious food then do stop at Swiss whisk. And I personally love their taste.

PRICE: The price was a bit high then normal but as it’s a health cafe and they are serving you so much healthy food and maintaining such high level of hygiene it’s worth.

Me and my friend visited this cozy restaurant on a nice rainy day and we were delighted with the food, ambience and service.

We ordered Mac & Cheese, Chocolate Cheesecake and Cappuccino. The Mac & Cheese was truly delicious, I have tried Nutella Cheesecake before and it's definitely better than Chocolate Cheesecake. Coffee supplemented well to the weather.

The ambience is good, staff is polite and food is worth the money.

It was a nice experience to visit Swiss Whisk. Well, I had .....
* Curry Coleslaw sub with olive,
* Indian Schezwan Wrap,
* Indian Fusion Sizzler,
* Backed Mango Dahi,
* Watermelon Mojito,
* Mango Blossom,
* Classic Trio Mojito. The taste of all the dishes was good. Specially Sizzler was so yummy and backed mango dahi was very unique to taste. Watermelon Mojito and Classic Trio Mojito were too good. presentation and service were appreciable.

Service : ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Rating anything less than perfect score would be bias approach. Staff is immensely polite and rather than mentioning it as "service", I'd say they are treating every customer as a homie. Felt very welcoming.

Ambience : ⭐⭐⭐⭐ a cozy cafe with good lights.

Taste : ⭐⭐⭐⭐I'm a crazy soup lover and I always try new soup in the menu. So here I ordered AVOCADO AND THYME SOUP, it didn't disappoint me. Another dish we ordered was
Verdure Ala Genovese in Fettuccine Pasta. Frankly it was good but not upto mark, you might like it. It has a cheesy taste and I'm not a big fan of cheese.

Quality : ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ high quality, properly tempered.

Presentation :⭐⭐⭐⭐ a decent presentation with not overdose of garnishing.

Variety : ⭐⭐⭐⭐ they've good amount of healthy food including New soups, salads, sandwiches et cetra.

Value for money : ⭐⭐⭐⭐ with the treatment, ambience and quality of food, WORTH IT!

Quantity : ⭐⭐⭐⭐ No complaints at all.

This was a Yogurt based Dessert form @swisswhisk 's Fusion Food Fest menu. There was Yogurt which was More on Frozen side and was having different Texture than Normal and on the top there was fresh Mango Pulp and was Topped with Pomegranates and mint leaves which was absolutely mesmerising Yogurt lovers shouldn't miss this out.

Swiss Whisk is a place too good to spend the leisure time or organizing parties, having beautiful decor and soothing ambience plus their creative menu has been always impressive and delicious with a pinch of healthy.
The new coffee menu is very interesting. Really liked the cold coffee varieties and they do have Pink Latte coffee.

Recently went the FUSION FOOD FEST which is going at swiss whisk from 19 april to 5 may
The interior was pleasing
The hospitality was really good
Lets talk about what i had there
In drink i had watermelon mojito,mango blossom,classic trio mojito
All the drinks were really good all were having different flavours
Watermelon mojito was prefect and delicious
Mango blossom was perfect blend of mangoes and it was really good
Classic trio mojito was so refreshing and amazing
In starters i had curry coleslaw sub with olive and indian schezwan wrap
Curry coleslaw sub with olive was something different from all having the bread with veggies served with olives and all
Indian schezwan wrap
Indian schezwan wrap was astonishing
It was served with chutney
In dessert i had baked mango dahi and thandai pastry
It was prefect for who has the sweeth tooth
The mango dahi was served in the jar having the baked dahi,mango purée and some pomegranate
The thandai pastry was having relish flavour
So guys go and enjoy the fusion food fest at swiss whisk before may 5

Recently visited Swiss Whisk while "FUSION FOOD FEST" was going on. i.e. April 19 to May 5

Had a great time there.
The ambience was great.
The staff was very friendly.
One of the great cafés for health freaks.

Let’s us review food now:

In drinks we tried Watermelon Mojito, Mango Blossom, Classic Trio Mojito.

Mango Blossom was having perfect mango taste, a good option for mango lovers. Cost: 85/-Watermelon Mojito was having proper flavour and it was very refreshing. Cost 85/-Classic Trio Mojito was having mint and lemon flavour. Cost 85/-Our favourite was Watermelon Mojito.

In starters we had Curry Coleslaw Sub with Olive, Indian Schezwan Wrap.

Curry Coleslaw Sub was having the multigrain bread with veggies and it was served with olives. Cost: 200/-Indian Schezwan Wrap filled with veggies and schezwan sauce. Cost 210/-

In sizzler we tried Indian Fusion Sizzler.It was a fusion based sizzler it was having Rice, Paneer Curry, Fries and veggies. Cost: 230/-

In desserts we tried Thandai Pastry and Baked Mango Dahi.

The Thandai Pastry was something new to try. It was having proper taste of Thandai. Cost: 99/-Baked Mango Dahi was also an unique dessert. The bottom layer was having baked dahi and the upper layer was having mango pulp with topping of pomegranate. The taste was amazing. Cost: 99/-

Overall a great experience.Must visit with your friends and family.

So come fall in love with Swiss Whisk, a cafe with sumptuous ambience and healthy mouth watering dishes.
Staff was very attentive and friendly.

Drinks :-
• Watermelon mojito - Perfectly sweet and refreshing

• Classic Trio mojito - Minty and Lemony flavoured

• Mango blossom - A Perfect drink with natural taste of mango for this season.

Starters :
• Italian schezwan wrap -
Delectable! Spiced veggies with sauce giving a schezwani taste.

• Curry Coleslaw Sub with Olive - Mutligrain bread with sour sauced veggies inside served with green olives.

Sizzler : -
• Indian Fusion Sizzler -
Paneer Curry, Rice, Veggies and Fries making it a perfect fusion based Sizzler. Taste of Indian spices was felt in paneer gravy.

Dessert :
• Thandai pastry - Unique taste of thandai in a pastry was a perfect fusion.

• Baked Mango Dahi - Baked Dahi at the bottom with Mango Pulp on it topped with pomogranate.

Cozy and beautiful place serving delightful bakery stuff along with delicious food. I visit during the Fusion Food Festo, during which they served some awesome fusion dishes with lipsmacking taste. Indian Street Bao, Paneer Lajavab Tacos, Maggie Magic Sizzler, Thandai Pastry and Baked Mango Dahi which made my evening more beautiful. The best part is they have affordable rates and service is up to the mark. Recommended

-Moctails are small in size but tastes very good. We thought they should size up because of taste you can't stop pulling once you start.
-If you like wrap these are good you almost feel like best homemade wraps.
-At the end the dessert which only thing is enough for feeling tummy. It it made of mangos and dahi combination is good if you like dahi and mango. If you don't like dahi than don't try because after the upper layer is finished it is pure dahi

Watermelon mojito : no added sugar, and this is good. But a bit more mint then required.

Mango blossom: some kind of added sugar is there... May be jaggery(gol) or honey. Flavour of mango is great.

Classic trio mojito : lemon guava and pomegranate.. Fusion tastes good... But a little bit of red chilly power would be cherry on the top..

Paneer lajavab tacos: presentation can be improved.
Plate looks empty from the one side. A small bowl of dip is recommended. Eg. Mintmayo or may be red salsa.
All over the taste of tacos is good. Awesome fusion of desi paneer lajavab with tacos. Base is made up of beat root. Sauce with paneer is a bit tangy.

Indian street bao: Its NRI cousin of pindi style chhole and kulche. Bao is nothing but baked bun. There is some achari flavour with chhole. It was made with a gujarati methi masala.

Maggi magic sizzler : Base is of jeera rice. And on top of that there is apni wahi pyaari masala maggi. With some broccoli, carrot and peas. Not that bad and not that good.

Baked mango dahi : baked dahi tastes like cheese from the cheese cake. Tastes good. And those pomegranates are felt great with that mango topping on the baked dahi.

Thandai pastry: it was thandai that's it. No need to improve in that part. So if someone loves thandai then this pastry is the perfect dessert for them.

Overall good experience ❤️
Happy with the service they are providing 👍
Must visit place because of good food and great ambience.
Will visit this place soom in future for trying some more food items.

A nice place with a decent ambience and good food. The pink pasta and lasagne are really good and they have managed to maintain the authenticity of the dishes by not adding anything extra to make it the "surti style" as many of the restaurants are doing these days.

I find this a great hangout place. Excellent location and yet hidden away from the bustle of the main road.
Varied seating and the menu has a range of options from hot and cold beverages to snacks and a few desserts too.
The Nutella cappuccino has been a standout. The desserts are good though not exceptional.
Service is quite efficient and the pricing is just about right. Decent addition to the scene.

I love this place because it has a very warm ambiance which makes you feel comfortable just like sitting on the couch of your house. Food such as their burgers, sandwiches, and desserts like Chocolate Fondue is just one classic. When you enter the cafe, they serve you clean water from the bottle. The bottle has Tulsi leaves in it which attracts so much. It is healthy food cafe & they use completely fresh vegetables. Value for money. A must visit place for the people who like healthy food, not so heavy food, office mates or for your small social gatherings.

Baked Blue berry cheese cake:

We have tried cheese cakes from many places in Surat but the quality of the cheese cakes is more often than not is disappointing and simply because many places gives priority to cost cutting over providing supreme quality.

But when we visited Swiss Whisk and tried their cheese cake it felt like our search was over they serve cheese cakes close to perfection all and you can feel it even before you put a bite of it in your mouth, as soon as you dig your spoon in the cake you can feel the density, yet spoon flows through the cake like hot knife through butter.

As far as taste is concerned it was extremely balanced it felt like it just had natural sweetness of cream cheese only and the blueberry topping was also perfect.
We have seen many places attempt to make their customers happy but very few try to be happy by what they do, which Ultimately leads to customer satisfaction and Swiss whisk seems to have that attribute.
