ICC is located in surat ring road nr between Sahara darvaja and Udhna darvaja, when you enter surat from adajan than after Sahara darvaja left side you see this building nr by empire state building it's 10 floor complex, the entrance is like Palace entrance it's because the buildings ground floor is higher than the ground its 10 foot uper so we the stairs is so massive and the parking space is underground the - 2 is for car parking and - 1 is bike parking and also front of the building is for car parking and some space for bike parking when you enter the building first of all you find world map in the floor and after thane you found a cantin midel on the way and after that a big lift, with great showpiece, the building designe is c type and beetwine the space is rest aeria, the building is so peaceful and cool, most of the office's is diamond, textile, and financial and Bank with atm, Surat is famous for above three business textiles, diamonds, and fashion and all those relevant offices got found here.
Must park your vehicle under parking premises only... Basement is only available for staff. So, do park at smc pay n park under Ring road flyovers.
International commerce centre is a nice business hub and complex in Surat. This complex is nice place with auto-walk installed and central AC. In this complex many offices and institutions like a bank, CA office, CS office, share broker's office, private coaching class and etc. It is a wonderful and well maintained complex.

Nice business hub. Very spacious. It's on main road with near by under bridge paid parking. As soon as we enter the ground floor there's travolator/autowalk escalator which is inoperative most of the time maybe due to heavy maintenance cost. This should be removed if not in use so that passage becomes wide and spacious. All famous financial related offices and Mutual fund AMCs are located here.
