Came back to work after 4 months, and as soon as I came back to Surat, I visited my favorite place, Paan Casa. They always impress me and my friends with their service, products and hygienic environment, and this time they impressed even SMC too, I was at the caf├й last week sitting with my friend and SMC came to check their safety measure, but Paan Casa has been one of the only restaurant in the Surat following SMC safety guideline strictly (as per SMC), they had a record of each individual who visited them since June 1st, with their temperature and contact record, this is what makes them known in the city, THEIR WORK!!
I and My friend tried their new Gurwali Chai, it was phenomenal, we loved it so much, and as always we tried their Paan at-last, it was delicious as always.
Very hygienic place, they follow all the safety measures for their customers and their staff. Paan and their Beverages were so delicious just like all the time.
Paan Casa know the game of Paan very well, they know how to pleased their customers with, Paan, Beverages and Food, they are very pocket friendly and very very hygienic. We have noticed that they have been using Hand Sanitizer since 2018, since our first visit, and this is why Paan Casa is our favorite spot for hangout. We Love them so much!
Our recent experience in Paan Casa was outstanding, I am on my work trip to Surat, so I have to meet different clients every day, I picked Paan Casa as a location for my meeting with a client. But I and my Client both were so surprised to see the way they follow safety measures for COVID19, they sanitized their store throughout the day, contact less ordering option, contactless pick up option, temperature etc. they follow it thoroughly.
I usually order Chai, Maggie for my self and my client usually orders Chai or Coffee and a Burger, but trust me, every time we order our food, we find consistent quality and taste, we love the over customer experience we get there, so much calm and welcoming, atlast we always get their Banarasi Meetha Paan тАУ Best in the town, highly recommended guys!

I and my other friends traveled to Surat from Delhi before lockdown, we visited Paan Casa on our trip, and surprisingly we were impressed to see an innovative concept built on Paan. All of us tried different items and all of us loved their items. I tried Smokey Flavor Paan and Noodles, it was perfectly blended into the flavors and aroma, I would recommend Paan Casa to everyone who is living in Surat or traveling to Surat. A perfect hang-out place for you, your friends and your family.

I recently traveled visited Surat on my work trip from Jaipur, one my friend from Surat took me to this place call PAAN CASA, it surprisingly amazed me with their concept on PAAN, there are many other guys in this field who have tried something different, but this place is some really unique, it gave me a feel of a high end caf├й where you can see all type of technologies integrated with their system to give their customers a full customized experienced, they are also very pocket friendlyтАж I tried their world famous, тАЬBambaiya Meetha PaanтАЭ and it was simply unique and different than I had ever tried before. I must say, they should expand this place to the other cities of the country. Looking forward to visiting this place again when I am in Surat.
This place opened a year and half ago but has been maintaining their legacy throughout! We ordered their Crispy Potato Burger, Paneer Tikka Sandwich, Smokey Paan and Ice Cream Paan, all of them pick the day for us! MY FAVOURITE PLACE!!!

Kulhad Chai and Paan from Paan Casa was always a dream and has come true, tried both and LOVED BOTH.
Great quality of Food, Fresh preparations on open kitchen concept and quick service, plus they follow strict safety measures as per SMC, they even have guidelines mentioned at the entrance which give their customers high satisfaction. They measured our temperature when we entered, we were there for about 45 mins but we noticed they were constantly cleaning their high touch points, and sanitizing them, we also noticed they had mentioned the food maker name and temperature on the pick up order. Salute to their hard work to keep everyone safe and away from any infection.
We tried their Ice Cream Paan, Saada Paan, Choco Crunch Paan. Their Paans were so juicy and very different from what we find in the market at other places.

Conveniently located caf├й on the ground floor of Shubh Universal, right below Coffee King. I had heard a lot about them but never got a chance to visit them before, but when we visited them today, I got speechless. After this corona thing, everyone will make sure to go eat or pick up their food from Hygienic places and when it comes to the Paan, people still think they can't find a place which can offer them pure quality Paans and Most Hygienic places in the city. So I would like to mention that You should visit PAAN CASA just because they beat everyone in this game as they are one of the most hygienic caf├й in the city, they acquired 92 points out of 100 from SMC which is tremendous for any QSR.
We had Chai and Coffee with their Veggie Maggie and at last we had their Bambaiya Paan, and Sweet Paan. All of them were made to high quality and par to expectation, their Paan was so much juicy, we never had such paan like that before.

I have visited this place with my gang, I had their Paan Latte and Noodles, nice and cool place to hangout with friends. I had a very good experience with everything I tried so far, they are open from 11 am to 1 am in the night that means, you get to have a Chai, Kulhad Coffee and Paan till 1 am in the night. What a Place!

You must have heard about Smoked Drink or Smoked Food, but have you heard about Smoked Paan? yeah... Smoked Paan, these people came up with something very unique to give you that Smokey flavor on Paan. I have tried this Paan numerous times and every time I tried it gives me a WOW impression. Try their other Paans too, they are a big game changer in this field, I wish they expand themselves to other parts of the country and show their level of creativity, especially after lockdown people will surely be looking for hygiene places for their PAAN, and PAAN CASA is for them. I have been raving about PAAN CASA for a long time, finally I got a chance to pick up a food from them after lock down. I am one of their permanent customers and I do often visit them. This time we ordered their food and Paan for the entire family and everything was made to taste, Burger was a little spicy for me as I am not a big fan of burgers anyways, but it was perfectly made for the rest of my family members. We also had ordered Maghai Paan and their Chocolate Paan. I am so happy that they are re-opened for us.

Perfect place to hang with friends on a Paan night out! They have such a huge and nice place, so if you want to hang outside, just grab a paan from them and hang outside, and if you want to sit inside in their cozy ambience, you can sit inside as well.

PAANs here were just amazing and also the working staff are very friendly with the customers. On the weekends they were busy and packed, but as we know it was worth waiting for something great. So, if you haven't visited this place yet make sure you visit.
PAAN CASA started out of a love and passion of Mr.Paanwala towards Paan, he has built an amazing concept around PAAN. Paan Casa has been constantly growing and one of the most loveable places in Surat. We tried their Chococrunch Paan and Paan-E-Maharaja (22ct Gold Paan), my friends from Dubai were so much impressed and they loved the place due to their service, hygiene and quality of products.

We LOVED the Classic Veg Burger, Paneer Burger and Ice Paan when we visited Paan Casa before Lockdown, The atmosphere inside (around 6 pm on a weekday) was bustling with customers and people working on laptops. We loved sitting in the Indian Sitting area. Seems like a great spot to just hang out and pass the time with your friends or family and a trendy environment! we will definitely be frequenting this Caf├й often. We plan to get a Maharaj Paan next time we visit!

It is so surprising to see they offer their full menu at an affordable price in a luxurious way, some of their items are even cheaper than roadside vendors. One may Sit, Talk and Relax over their Paan or Chai with their friends or family for hours and hours, and best out of the best thing is, they do not serve Tobacco or Nicotine products at all. Their ambience is very cozy and reminds me of my old days, their entire interior gives you the feel of your old days with their d├йcor.
We tried Paan Mojito, Ice Cream Paan and Chatpata Sandwich. Their ┬аPaan Mojito is something different than you would find at other places, tangy and full of Paan, you get to taste Paan in every sip you take. Ice Cream Paan тАУ something you never tried before, scoop of ice cream is littery served on the top of the Paan, MUST TRY item, Chatpata Sandwich тАУ this was an ordinary sandwich but made with their in-house dressing to give you WOW feeling.

What I loved about PAAN CASA, was they have experimented a lot with PAAN and they have success so well, they offer a wide range of PAANS, Paan Beverages and Food, 90% of their menu is designed around PAAN. This is the cafe You can out with your family and the great thing about this cafe is the ladies can now order paan and can even make their own customized paan....isn't it GREAT. MYOP - Make Your Own Paan is the latest installment from Paan Casa which allows You to make your own paan with your own hand adding the exact amount of ingredients the way you like it. The ambience of the Cafe won my Heart тЩе. It is soo amazing and all the small details about Paan is mentioned flawlessly. Full marks on Ambience. The service was amazing too, to make the ladies comfertable while ordering Paan they have ladies staff to help them. The tables amd the sitting is on next level, you get a table, a sofa, a corner just like a nukkad and than there is a one corner for family get-together. All Paans made here are hygienic and no harmful chemicals are used. They maintain the highest level of hygiene to make paan. My experience with Paan Casa was just amazing and even i got a chance to meet the owner Mr Paanwala himself. Such a humble and charming personality.

AS you can see in pic, it's gulab jamun served in layers of sweet cream.
However starnge thing is gulab Jamun is sweet, cream is sweet making entire dish too sweet.
French fries was indeed relishable as they were coated with special masalas and not routine chilli powder/salt.

Are you kidding me?
Yes its India's First Paan Cafe that is noticeably unique in terms of all that is required to be the Best.
Deliberately looking for a visit to this place we ended up here at one fine night.
Contemporary interior with Beautiful yet impact aesthetics that represents the Culture and memories of Paan in India so far. We were amazed with "Sudi Wall", "King Seating", "Wooden Windows" "Nukkad Otla" and "Royal Dine". Instaworthy and magical.
Started with Shots. Wherev Mirch Mumtaz put a fire on our A$$, Paan Shots Sooth our Souls. Next was Guava Paan Mojito and Mughlai Royal Sharbat. One was flavoursome where other was rich. No patty Greeny Burger was indeed a unique prep, where bambaiya Sandwich was typicaly bambaiya made. To accompany food we ordered Shakes. Meetha Paan shake ruled them all but then came Walnut Date Shake. The Richness and Smoothness made us drool over it.
Final product on the menu was the product for which we came here "PAAN".
I must say that i hate going to paan shop cause it serves Cigarette and Tobacco which i hate the most. But this place has kept a great distance from both of these $h!t products.
Banarasi Meetha, Maghai, Kalkatti meetha were just starters, followed by Chocolate Paan, Ice Cream paan, Real Fruit Paan and Smokey Paan. Through Live counter we could make our choice of paans too. Isnt it amazing. altogether an awesome journey around India with a paan in hand.
Highly recommended must visit place.

The only place in Surat which is a Paan shop and is female friendly. No Nicotine No Tabcco stuff is served. Just not Paan but they also have delightful drinks and delicious snacks. Each and every corner of Paan Casa is designed to give a feel of Paan and it's touch with history. Give a try to Mirch Mumtaz, Mughlai Sharbat, Date and Walnut Shake , they are awesome. Paneer Tikka Sandwich and Gulabjamun parfait is not to miss ones. The burgers, Fried served with Nutella etc all the snacks are delicious. Coming to the main thing Paan .. they are having reasonable rates and different varieties of Paan. And even some dramatically served paans too, ask for Paan-e-Maharaja/Maharani . Recommend place.

For Paan lovers this is the place to be. What a treat after dinner , never seen such a layout of paan. I settled for the Mitha masala paan & the topped it up with a meetha Magai paan, both.....DELICIOUS Also tried Paan shots and I do not have any words to describe this its just AMAZING and MUST TO TRY.

I was at Paan Casa and the entire theme was so amazing and as I'm also a PAAN lover and being a girl I can't go to any nukkad for my own PAAN..
But PAAN CASA gives you that facility and that's the main reason that I love this place.
PAAN-E-MAHARAJA is something new and you feel like a maharajah or maharani.
You can find different different places to seat,and whole setup is done like from invention of PAAN to culture of PAAN till now. And they have more 140 sudi ..

Hands down the best PAN CAFE of Surat! And, no I am not being biased over here when I say that, you can try for yourself and you'll definitely agree with me!
It is the ONLY PAN CAFE of India which is completely Tobacco and Nicotine free ! How cool is that! Also, they do not use kimaam and betelnut in their preparations!

Tried bean nachos , sandwitch. Very delicious. Factory of differnt kind of Paans with good quality. Tries one of them culcutti paan and it was yummy. It was really above expectation first time expeience in such Paan cafe
Really new concept of having Paaaaan. Lots of variety of pan for every age of people. And extra 5 star for embiance, having Paaaan in such great place feel like maharaja.
I was looking for a place for a friends get together at vesu area. Found this cafe at vesu only, they have the indian sitting too. We ordered for mirch mumtaz, kadak kulhad chai, bean nachos, ferrero rocher paan and ice cream paan. Everything was yummy. I loved it.

The name can confuse one that the place can be related to pan flavoured dishes.
But it is not like that.

A best place for having a light brunch with paan. It is basically a paan cafe, which is having so many varieties like wrap, Maggie, french fries, beverages and the one thing which it's speciality is paan. They are having so many varieties in paan,too. Their interior is amazing, I love that whole concept.
One of the best thing here, I noticed is not even one dish have disappointed me. Every dish I have ordered is just superb in taste as well as presentation. That also with so reasonable prices. A best place and must visit it guys.

MYOP - Make Your Own Paan is the latest installment from Paan Casa which allows You to make your own paan with your own hand adding the exact amount of ingredients the way you like it. The ambience of the Cafe won my Heart тЩе. It is soo amazing and all the small details about Paan is mentioned flawlessly. Full marks on Ambience. The service was amazing too, to make the ladies comfertable while ordering Paan they have ladies staff to help them. The tables amd the sitting is on next level, you get a table, a sofa, a corner just like a nukkad and than there is a one corner for family get-together. All Paans made here are hygienic and no harmful chemicals are used. They maintain the highest level of hygiene to make paan. My experience with Paan Casa was just amazing and even i got a chance to meet the owner Mr Paanwala himself. Such a humble and charming personality.
If you are looking for a cafe with some HATKE kind of the thing, PAAN CASA is the place You need to visit. I'm sure you will be delighted to the core with their service, food and PAAN.

A fusion of traditional maharaja style Indian and contemporary modern ambience (it is worth to have a тАШdekhoтАЩ even without the food)
A fusion of numerous paan varieties and food delicacies (mocktail-tea-coffee-shake-se-sandwich-burger-pasta-pizza tak; yes, donтАЩt get confused by the name)
And if you wish to feel like a Maharaja or a Maharani, they have a setup to ensure that too (I am not telling you more about it, go there and experience)

I had refreshing Paan Chai, Chatpata Pizza Sandwich, cool Guava-Paan Mocktail, yummy Mexican-Corn Pizza and a bomb Mirch-Mumtaz Shot. Of course, rounded off with flavourful Kalkatti Paan and Banarasi Paan!
Each item was unique (except the Pizza may be) and I loved not only the food, but also the whole experience of being there.

Good experience, decent prices. Nice cafe. If itтАЩs your first time (like mine) try something not so traditional because the taste of original Paan treats is very acquired!! Just ask your waiter what is popular and not strong.

It's their Signature dish.
AS you can see in pic, it's gulab jamun served in layers of sweet cream.
However starnge thing is gulab Jamun is sweet, cream is sweet making entire dish too sweet.
French fries was indeed relishable as they were coated with special masalas and not routine chilli powder/salt.

Pan coated with chocolate layer and filled with sweet stuffs (mitha pan type) and chocolate which makes you to enjoy each and every bite of it.

Imp part is Indian seating. If you are in group you ll definitely enjoy with your friends sitting in that part of the place.
paan casa is the best place for time spend and paan casa food is a best food of my life ..
there are many time taste a other food as subway , pizza hut , mcd and also The shake maker but dosen't taste as a paan casa item .

Well, I would not be suited to give the accurate full review of the place as we did not get any of the main dishes. To give a little more detail, the only other branch is in Philadelphia with the name Mr. Paanwala. The dec├│r is good and modern. The sitting room is intriguing with nababi style gadda sitting and retro poster quite fitting to the environment.
But the paan collection is good and reasonably priced. The menu was exhaustive and they had non paan items to my delight.
The hygiene of the place worth special mention. We are so accustomed to the panwala mixing every ingredient with the finger, the use of brush and gloves was a welcome change. Also the packaging used is robust and looks like a mini pizza slice box. Come in a box the paan wrapped in foil paper along with a tissue.
I am reducing 1 star as they didn't have all the ingredients which we asked to be put, but overall experience was great! Worth a visit.
Nice place to sit with whole gang and you can have a chill on the lazy seating and short height patla seating. We ordered pizza sandwich , Maggie and pan shots. Food was good. 'Mahol' ambience was nice and like 'purana zamana'. I liked the seating a lot. So do visit with lots of frnds and family.
Awesome taste of walnut shake and Gulkand shake .The book cafe interior and atmosphere is great.I would like to suggest everybody to visit whether come with family or friends
