Timely delivery and very good quality. Hats off.. Spices upto the mark.. Go for it. You'll definitely love it. Started with dragon chicken and because of the taste.. I tried some different recipes. Loved prawn chilly very much.. Addicted to place order again and again.

Ambience is kind of OK.. But better than most of the outlets present here.

Went here today , literally went in to save myself from rain. Later, thought I would have my dinner. Thought if having a sizzler and had a Chicken sizzler. Hot and steamy, it got amount of spice although it was stopped with soggy french fries. To make my combo worse, I had ordered a separate plate of French Fries. Chicken was good, loved the Sizzler.
As the nme suggest the place is good enough for kebabs and tandoor. Nothing extraordinary to speak about. Pretty much a decent place to have some okayish food. The biriyani served tatsed good. Portions were filling and they did serve alot of pieces. Thumbs up for that. Tandoori was juicy enough to be average.
On the whole the place is bit higher than average.

This place is situated right behind Tambaram(West) main bus stand. And I have been planning to visit them for quite sometime.Finally I did get a chance to mark them off my To-do list. I visited them for lunch at around 3:00 PM. The place was almost deserted.I thought that their service was over and I was unlucky. But then I was reassured that the Kitchen was still open and so I went ahead and placed my order. Since I have heard that their Tandoor's/Tikka's are good and being a vegetarian I opted for Paneer Hariyali Tikka. For main dish I ordered biriyani. I was ravenous and requested them to make it quick to which I got a nod.
I was first served with the biriyani along with eggplant curry and raitha. The biriyani was indeed flavorful and tasted good.But what blew me away was the eggplant side that they gave with biriyani.It was simply brilliant. The starters were served after around 10 mins. The panner was well marinated and grilled to perfection.It was so succulent and juicy and with the mint chutney that was given along with it it tasted divine.Full marks for the paneer tikka. The quantity was good too. I found it difficult to finish the two dishes I ordered. The prices were nominal too. The seats weren't too comfy but well the food outweighs it. A good VFM place which I will definitely visit again and again.
Best tandoor in tambaram, hot and spicy foods available at your budget, parking is a small issue as it located in a busy street of west tambaram, best taste, nice hospitality, good chef, you can get fried ice-cream only at this place.

This place has good, authentic North Indian Food at a very decently cheap cost.
Recommended for all SRM Students as this is closeby, situated in Tambaram, just few minutes walking distance away from Tambaram Station.

the day god made a piece of land that was later to be named tambaram, he might have thought "OK, let's bless this place" because that is what taarkana kebabs is to tambaram. situated in the middle of the west tambaram market which is always bustling with people no matter what time you visit; this was one place which could be identified from far across. A red sticker board with a regal font invites you over and and tries to provide you solace in the crowded market. now the ambience is an 4.5/5. a place with just enough lighting and air conditioning to give you proper respite from the heat. then we ordered kebabs for starters, chicken biriyani, gobi manchurian and a few tandoori rotis for the main course. but it also had seafood to offer, which i would try the following week. the time taken for the order to turn up was a minimal 7-9 minutes and the aroma was enough to feed us. such richness. then came the auspicious moment, the moment i took up my first bite. and believe you me, it was tastebud heaven. the food just melted in our mouths, the scrumptious manchurian whether eaten alone or with the tandoori roti or with the biriyani reminded us of exquisite north indian food. the tandoori roti was large in size, properly cooked. now the biriyani..the star of the evening..it was the first true biriyani i might have eaten (and i have been eating for quite some time). the rice was long, aromatic, and had flavors. guys, next time you are in tambaram do visit this place because this is one decision you wont regret.. in your lifetime !!!!

Food is good and they serve many chettinad varieties. Friendly customer service and the restaurant is less crowded. Quantity is very less compared to other restaurants.

This place serves one of the best non-vegetarian meals in city. Seafood dishes are superb in taste. Especially Prawn pepper fry and fish fry. This place has also a bar which is situated above the restaurant.
Tasty food but prices are on the higher side... Lime juice 55 per glass plus tax....ambience not great especially for the price they are charging... Washrooms need to be better...
Anjappar is now relocated and brand new with 2 floors of good ambiance. The food was good, overall. Ordered for Nandu rasam and it tasted great. The mutton biriyani also was divine. The ceylone paratha and kheema dosa had a good quanitity and tasted OK. The service could have been better. Will visit again to taste the other items on the menu.
Afternoon taken food items.. Finally before finishing, I booked one meal but we are 4 adult one child ,due to rasam we want.. the gentle manager he served and understand the situation,he shared white rice all 5 heads Small quantity ..He put the bill one launch..This type of action customer happy..

Nice to have non veg items with hot taste. No space for car parking.Only two wheelers can be accommodated in the space available. Delayed service irritates us.
Nice place to hang out and have lovely, tasty, fresh dishes , south indian, north indian, continental, lovely dishes with good dessert options ....bit expensive and people love to come here . Always a busy place ...the staffs are also god's, professional and polite..at your service..good..
I visited this branch after a long time extremely good service and taste as well, Naatu kozhi Biryani and Vanjaram fish is must try for tandoori chicken I don't know wts the secret behind there green chutney it's simply mind-blowing !!
Good ambiance and airconditioned. Halal food served here. All kind of veg and non veg available. Easily accessible from main road. But cad parking is problem. .
Arasus favourite Anjappar . After a long journey checked in that hotel and after freshup Mr. Arasu took us to Anjappar Thambaram for yummy mutton Biriyani . In the first visit just had NV meal & the second visit tried Arasus favourite. It's very good
