India Bistro - Located at one of the posh areas of Thane. This place has an amazing ambience with almost all the locations covered. This means yes the place has stations for all the places which serve famous food. I visited this place on a weekend for dinner. Weekend the place becomes a little noisy and chaotic. The place offers pani puri as a complimentary dish in a fancy manner just like the picture shared. We ordered Pav Bhaji fondue and Biryani. The taste was really good. Between the dishes they offer a refresher in the shape of Gola containing flavouric ice.
Coming to the last picture. You must be wondering why I am sharing my invoice. But the main focus of it is the style of giving the invoice inside an Iron..

They have got average ambience, too less gaps between the tables , crowded. But the food is good with some innovations still the potion size is too less. But they have got too less items in the menu . Dishes of mutton are good and firangi chicken is hit and also the kulchas.

Very nice ambience and food. Visited on weekend for dinner, there was no waiting. We ordered Zafrani Yakhani Shorba, Murgh Chandi Tikka, Fenugreek Chicken Tikka. They also give complimentary panipuri and chuski - hajmola flavored ice candy. Fenugreek Chicken Tikka had a mild flavor of Fenugreek but was tasty. For main course we ordered Awadhi Murgh Biryani, which was awesome. Overall nice experience.

We went there and tried the new celebrations menu.. it was really awesome, we liked the deshi Videshi pumpkin Soup, the Dill Machi tikka was mouth watering, Jimi ki Galouti (veg) was also great, Muradabadi Chicken Biryani was nothing like we had before , Aloo Gosht was another amazing dish, any the Litchi ki Tehri was a wow.. The staff was very courteous and serivce was also fast. Ambience was nice and very comfortable.
India Bistro is a refreshing place giving positive vibes. Ambiance is good. Service and staff is amazing. No complaints at all. Just tried their Festival Menu.
What I had :
1) Methi Malai Chicken : Juicy pieces of chicken marinated in Methi. Taste was good. It could have been great if fried more.
2) Dilli Machi Tikka : Found some cuts in the poky pieces of Ravas. Would recommend to check before putting it on the pan. Taste was average.
3) Threesome Paneer Tikka (Recommended) : Six big Paneer pieces. Yellow-Green-Red two each. Amazingly prepared. The masala was into it. Hands down the best one here.
4) Muradabadi Chicken Biryani : A huge let down. Basically its a rice without any masala and just white chicken pieces. Called the chef and told about this. They made it again which was good.
Litchi Ki Tehri (Highly Recommended) : Two to Three whole Litchi pieces in Rabdi. Served in a glass surrounded by dry ice. One of the best desert ever had.

India bistro is a nice place to have some amazing authentic indian food in a modern way. This place is located at upvan,thane west. The ambience is beautifully designed and as there is biryani festival going on here they have designed the ambience with station signs of the various places of India of which biryani is available.
We ordered a lot of things from here and every dish was top notch and very tasty as well.
Starters
1. Desi videsi pumpkin soup - the soup was very tasty. The richness of the pumpkin is present in it.
2. Jimi ki galouti - it is a veg galouti, it is a nice dish for vegetarians.
3.threesome paneer tikka - the paneer was soft and tasty and there were 3 types of paneer.
4. Sumac chicken tikka - the chicken tikka was good . The chicken pieces were tender and tasty.
5.dill macchi tikka - the fish was perfectly cooked and very tasty. This fish tikka is a must try dish.
Mains
1. Kerela vegetable stew - I didn't like it that much. It is a nice choice for the vegetarians.
2.dhingra ki dhingri - this mushroom dish is very nice. Goes well with the naan and roti.
3.aloo ghost - meat stuffed aloo. This is a msut try dish here.
4.aunt Maria fish curry - the fish was perfectly cooked. We were served ravas fish and the curry of it was also very tasty.
5. Chicken Biryani - the Biryani was very tasty. There were nice boneless chicken dishes.
Dessert
1. Litchi ki tehri - the nice firni like dessert with addition of litchi in it. It is very tasty it is amist try dish here. You would have never tasted something like this.

Muradabadi Biryani - A bit spicy to my taste but delicious to taste.
Drinks we tried their refreshing Mocktails
Mango Basil Melody & Mandarin Basil Caprioska.
Dessert we had a kesar phirni, which has a lovely presentation.
Second Visit.
We recently visited again at Indian Bistro to try their buffet.
The buffet was fairly priced in the range of 700-800.
They offer a welcome drink, chaas, 1 soup, 4 varieties of starters, 3 varieties of mains for both veg and non veg and 3 varieties of desserts.
They had a vegetable biryani instead of rice.
Soup and Starters are served on the table.
The food tastes really well, good quality, buffet is worth the price.
