As usual Starbucks are pretty dope, staff behavior were polite and pleasant and so was the atmosphere.
Starbucks serves hot and cold drinks, whole-bean coffee, microground instant coffee known as VIA, espresso, coffee latte and other hot and cold drinks etc.
Starbucks has many outlets but this one is in Viviana mall in Thane. Great place to have a cup of coffee after loads of shopping. Do try.
The menu is elaborate. Seating arrangement is adequate. As this outlet is located inside a mall, we can have a cup of coffee after shopping. Moreover good place to hang out with friends.

Starbucks is my personal favourite just because of the whipped cream over the top, tiramisu and blueberry delight are my favourite pastries again.
Seating arrangements are good at viviana outlet but too crowded in evening hours .
Starbucks is not pocket friendly as such but it’s worth it .

Spending a handful amount for some amazing frappuccino of starbucks sounds right. Always been a Java Chip Frappe and their mouth-watering Red Velvet cake girl. Also, if I ever get those chills, their hot chocolate is way to go and makes my day.

Indeed a best place for coffee lovers. It is located at the ground floor of the mall. The ambience is very cozy and has comfortable indoor seating. The staff is very polite and the service is very prompt too. Tried with many things as we hangout their a lot and love all the items. Indeed a very amazing cafe for desserterian too.

I happened to visit Starbucks @ Viviana mall twice during last few days for quick business meetings.
The location is very convenient in Thane. It's at the entry of a very famous Viviana Mall on the eastern express highway. Commute is convenient and locating it is no problem at all.
It has arrangements for two, three, four or more people to sit and chat. High chairs are also available. Inside there are sofas and I found that arrangement quite convenient. No one disturbs you till you are finished with your meetings / interactions.
Menu is a standard one available across Starbucks joints and it's very good and well prepared. Needless to say that hygiene is very good too.
I liked their service with quite professional staff.
Now it's a place of choice for me for any business meetings, conducting interviews etc.

Recently I tried their Christmas special beverage which is Wishing star dark mocha frappuccino. I must say you should try this once. Strong mocha flavor but it was not bitter.

Starbucks is may favourite place. I was in viviana mall, which is near Majiwada and i had one chocolate crunch cake which was very yummy. So i want to visit here again to have some other delicious items.
It is located on ground floor of Viviana Mall. This outlet is always very busy with crowd and its very spacious. Ambience of all starbucks is very high end and classy.
The price here is little high i think but the service is nice.
Must try their Java Chip Frappe - It's my favorite drink there.
Triple Mocha Delight - This is a chocolate drink. Chocolate lovers shoukd try this.
Hot chocolate here is not as good as I expected.

Today we went there to have coffee as we were in Viviana mall and wanted a cozy place to sit and do some work.
We ordered for java chip frappe and triple mocha coffee. Both the drinks were good. Personally I liked the mocha one better as it was less sweet.
The ambiance of this place is so good. The seating is comfortable. And the outlet is quite big.
You can sit and chat over a cup of coffee, grab a bite and can do your work too.

This store of Starbucks is located on the ground floor of viviana mall. It’s such a lovely store. It’s huge and has beautiful ambiance with modern twist. Staff is very friendly and service is quick. We have been here for so many times and they have never disappointed us.
Only one thing I would like to mention is that they need to improve their snacks menu. Food doesn’t look exciting, it looks like it has been sitting there for days. So please work on that. But I do love their red velvet and orange cake. It was phenomenal. So soft and light . It’s worth a try.
Every season Starbucks brings new drinks to their menu and they are pretty delicious so do try those.

I sit here for hours at a time and apart from being super comfortable and cozy the food and beverages are upto STARBUCKS standard and so are the staff. Will be back everytime i am in Viviana. The fact that the billing que was huge and it was taking 15 mins to place the order on a week day was a turn off, otherwise it's a great cafe joint to hang out!
When it comes to coffee the first thing that comes on my mind is Starbucks Coffee their coffee is really very good especially the Carmel frappe was so delicious it gave me a satisfactory to my soul and the ambience of this cafe is really very comfortable and that one day when they have this one whole day offer like for every coffee it's just for hundred and people just run to Starbucks and get their drink and then it satisfies every one I would surely love to visit Starbucks once again.

Whenever I crave for coffee, I directly head to Starbucks. I always visit the outlet in Viviana Mall.
We always order my all time favourite drink.
Here's what we ordered:
1. Java Chip Frappe:
It is one of their signature frappe's. If you're confused what to order, this is the one to go for.
2. Mocha cookie crumble frappe:
This is another frappe I love the most. A perfect one for chocolate lovers.
3. Tahitian vanilla latte:
Tahitian vanilla flavoured latte was served. It was good to experiment new things, but I will stick to mocha and frappe.
Ambience and Service
The place is very cozy and comfortable. I can sit for hours working on my laptop and sipping coffee. The staff is friendly and welcoming and the service is on point.
I mostly order latte with a cookie in Starbucks. I have also tried Hazelnut cold chocolate, peanut butter nutella and oreo shake. And ofcourse Red velvel is their best dessert ❤️ Its a little overpriced but worth the price. The place is nice and fit for every mood. Staff is good and very helpful. Overall experience 4/5
I've had Starbucks coffee twice and I must say I have got no complaints in terms of the taste.
The ambience is just so relaxing and soothing one can do any office work here, meet up with friends or just chill. It also provides free wifi and charging slots. It's just the place to go when you're having a hard day and need a place to just relax with your coffee.

I prefer a pour over brewed coffee with a quarter unit of milk per cup. I was really glad that beyond expansive menu of Starbucks, the baristas did not have any problems in understanding and accommodating my order.

If you are craving coffee this is the place to go. It has a range and variety of different coffee. The ambience is perfect to spend a lazy evening doing nothing. The place is also suitable for professional meetings etc. Another thing I love about this place are the desserts. The different types of cakes and cookies are just amazing. My favourite are the java chip cookies, blueberry muffin and tiramisu. Another best part is that they keep adding new flavours of coffee to the menu everytime so there something new to try everytime you visit. Although a little pricy it is worth it.

You get varieties of good coffee here. The best thing about this place I loved was the ambience.. it's beautiful.. spacious at the same time cosy. The coffee aroma is usually strong and feels just right as you enter this shop. Usually it's crowded during weekends.

This Starbucks outlet is right at the entrance of the mall to the right side. The vibe of the store is amazing and has great interiors.
The ordered hazelnut triangle and coffee was perfect for monsoon season. Staff is good here and helps to customise drinks as per requirement.

I went here today for a quick beverage. I got a Signature Hot Chocolate takeaway. Like always, I absolutely loved it. The amount of sweetness and foam is amazing. The staff was really nice and helpful. The service was very quick. We ordered our beverages around 10 am and got them in 5-8 minutes. The seating is lovely. The place is squeaky clean. There room temperature, atmosphere and aroma is refreshing!

We visited in the morning , seats were vacant , we got our order in time.. Blueberry Cake was awesome , very spongy and fresh. Ordered Capachino & Hazelnut Hot Coffee which was good too.

This place needs no description. A cup of hot coffee tasty cakes is what I call pure indulgence. So many amazing flavours of coffee to try right from latte and mocha to hazelnut and Irish coffee. They keep adding something new to their menu always just like their special Christmas menu which is just amazing. Love the hot chocolate here it's highly recommended.
I have recently been upgraded to the Gold membership and i'm loving the rewards recently. Most of my loyalty stars have been from the orders at this outlet. I have a soft corner for cafes and more so for Starbucks which is why I visit every week. This outlet is Viviana is spacious and has lots of seating options. I love the corner couches. The experience is great and holds upto the global standards. There are multiple counters so not a big queue at all times, orders aren't delayed, savouries are freshly prepared. My three staple food here is Hot Chocolate, Java Chip Frapp, NY Cheesecake. One thing I didn't like about this outlet is the poor cellphone receiption in the inside area. They do have wifi though.

Very lovely place. Inside of Viviana mall. Very friendly staff. Big choice of souvenir mugs, cups, tumblers.
There is no other coffee which can compete with Starbucks as they maintained their level of serving their customers the best coffee all the time.
Along with alot of varieties of coffee they also have amazing quick bites like croissant, sandwiches, pastries etc.
You can also try the Tiramisu dessert of Starbucks which one of the best.
The only negative or the thing I don't like about Starbucks is the pricing structure for different sizes of coffee as there is not much difference in the pricing of Small, Medium & Large but the quantity served has clearly alot of difference which seems unfair to me.
But nevertheless the experience is always good.
Starbucks India is definitely more environmentally conscious. We were served cold drinks in a glass. They also have the standard drinks in the short size. Which I think is perfect for kids. All in all, you pay for the name at Starbucks. But you also get good advice and high quality drinks and food.
I have no words to explain how much I love this place I go like 2 times a week if not then more. The ambience is amazing it's very open n staff is very friendly. If you plan on going avoid Sunday evening because it is crowded you might not get a place to sit. But we'll you can take a take away.. 💕💕
