For 5 dishes, we received around 2 liters of Sambhar and 250 gms of Chatni (I'm not joking). This was definitely the highlight of the order.
I paid Rs 340 for five dishes. I think it was reasonable.

Work time breakk..v Ordered for grill veg cheese sandwich from here today... 3 layered sandwich with lots of cheese and veggies.. The taste was yummy.. Sandwich came in a properly packed box with ketchup totally filling and worth the price.. ..
I don’t know why I skipped this place all this while!
I took a half-jain cheese pav bhaji and it is one of the tastiest pav bhajis I have had in a while.Seeing the look of the food and that of my friends after they ate the food I could deduce it was damn tasty. We had ordered masala papad, dosa, regular pav bhaji and some juices to go with them.
I didn’t expect much from the staff as the waiter was extremely busy with so many orders, which included dine-in and take away orders both.
No doubt the place is small and a little cramped but knowing that it is in prime location once can settle with the fact. Also, owing to the prime location it is no surprise that the place stays full and gets quite difficult to find a place. Seating and ambiance are average but it is one of those palces where you don’t go for that stuff, you go for the mouth-watering and lip-smacking food, which this place offers in abundance.

A must visit in case you are looking forward to some great paav bhaji. I know being in Mumbai most would recommend you a sardar paav bhaji for its really generous butter but in my opinion Amar also does it very well. They have all sorts of combos and they also make recommendations. You also have something as half jain which is with aloo but no onion or garlic. Kadak paav is also catered too. The place is not huge but is cozy inside. There are other items as well on the menu that can be tried like fast food or Rice items etc but paav bhaji is a must. They also have a secret ingredients that make it taste well. So go for it. I have done lots of them already including those outside Mumbai visiting people who are eager to boast about taste.
This a place perfect for family and friends. I really like pav bhaji here and sew puri with typical spice in Taste.

Restaurant is alright and there medu vada is really good with good flavourful sambhar and the tawa pulav is good as well. Loved here with Sis.
It is a small fantastic place at Panch Pakhadi in Thane. The seating is available in AC and Non-AC. The place is famous for it's Pav Bhaji, and it did not disappoint at all. Furthermore, the place has awesome rolls, (try Cheese Garlic) which are in amazing quantity - 8 pieces for regular. The Tawa Pulav is good too. This is a typical, yet brilliant family restaurant as well as a pocket-friendly hangout place. A must go place in Panch Pakhadi, if you're not in mood for Pizza.

Famous for its pav bhaji n as the name suggests juices too but I like masala pav n garlic roll.. Not only that but south Indian is also good dosa n uttapam not the spcl spring n noodle dosa etc.. Haven't tried Chinese yet but soups are avg (Manchow n other Chinese).. Cheese Grill Sandwich was really yummy.. Located at prime Food hub of Thane it's going on well.. Has decent ambience n is also quick in service.. Only lacks enough sitting space, very less tables..
I visited this place with a few friends since they were all craving for Paav bhaaji. And I didn't regret going there. It was one of the most delicious bhaajis I've had. We ordered special Paav Bhaji and cheese pav bhaji and we couldn't stop hogging on it. We also ordered some fries and milk shake, which were good as well. However the Paav Bhaji is worth the visit even for a hardcore non vegetarian like me!
I really liked the variety of menu that they are serving. They are famous for the chaat items and pizzas. The garlic bread roll that I tasted was very good. Overall great place to have snacks.

I've visited this place several times. The best things to have here are Pav bhaji and Masala Pav. I've tried schezwan rice too, it was good. I just got disappointed once because there was no pasta on the menu. Whereas their other outlet in Andheri serves pasta and it's lovely. Overall, it's a nice place!
#pavbhaji is the only reason that takes me to this place everytime.

One of the newest family dining places in what we call khau galli in Thane. Pay Bhaji is the hot selling item. Other preparations are also good enough. A casual dining place. Make sure to go a tad early or be ready for waiting.
The beige colour ambience with an extremely homely feeling, this place will mesmerize you every single time. This outlet is way better than its counterparts as also other branches. The name might be a bit misleading, but these people have a knack of taste. Their Cheese Pav Bhaji is something worth drooling over. The cheese blends into the bhaji as if it is one of its own. The spice and flavourfulness of the bhaji is completely balanced by the neutral taste of cheese. Their Dragon noodles, too, are quite amazing. Oodles of noodles cooked in a fiery sauce and blended with all sorts of assorted veggies and garnished with a tower of fried noodles. This is what makes it delicious and slurpy. A famous one, this place will not disappoint you when it comes to Fast-Food and Chinese.

For me it's that friend that doesn't let you down ever! Any time of the day and you will find something yummy to gorge on-be it the quintessential idli sambhar or the fusion schwezwan dosa, the aromatic Pav Bhaji, the tawa pulav to die for or the cheesy and delicious corn capsicum sandwich, there is something for everyone! The service is quick and the waiters are courteous. A meal doesn't take more than 30-40 minutes! So next time you are in Thane and you are looking for a quick filling bite, head to Amar!

So Mumbai's famous Pav Bhaji is made here. I have had pav bhaji at many restaurants but when you tell the guys at Amar to make it spicy they won't disappoint you! Cheese Pav Bhaji is a must try! Also the Family Garlic Roll is very filling.

This is a no frills place with indoor as well as outdoor seating. We had ordered Mosambi juice with no added sugar but it seemed to be loaded with sugar. When we asked for a replacement, we were first told it us naturally sweet but later they agreed to replace it. Ordered the veg Frankie as well, it was decent. We also had the veg cheese pizza which had a generous layer of cheese and rightly so! Next up, we tried the sev puri which was strictly ok. The schezwan dosa was delicious and extremely well prepared (4.5/5 for this!). For all this, our bill came to a modest 550 bucks.
Masala cheese Pav Bhaji remains to be their signature dish. However, one to try the Pav sandwich which is yummy!

Every time i visit this place i see some new changes. I find it slightly overpriced . According to the food, the price does look slightly higher.service is good for a fast food restaurant. For a juice center, It has very lesser variety of juices on the menu.
This is one of the best place to have food in Vashi, the taste of food is quite great and the cheese masala pav bhaji is very good they have a very hygienic chat stall and tasty too and when it comes to ambiance is very good so it is a very good option to go for a family outing
Amar has replaced very famous open house restaurant in the area.u will always find rush in this restaurant which makes it difficult to get the place here.but i have ordered mostly at home as their home delivery is quick.their pavbhaji is one of the best in thane. Also their chinese items are great especially fried rice and noodles.but this is not the place where i will go to eat chinese as there are many better places around thane so if u want to visit this place,try their dosas and pavbhaji.

Pure Veg restaurant in place of old favourite "Open House" at Gagangiri, in Panchpakhadi. Sister concern of Amar Juice Centre (Vile Parle). Nice and bright, yet cosy place (2 tables with total 12 seating and 4 tables with total 16 seating in AC area).
Initially started with only snacks, but now added full Chinese menu to it. Various types Dosas, Frankie’s, Rolls, Pizzas, Burgers, Pav Bhaji, Chaat and Sandwiches. Most of the Chinese items, the best part is taste and quality. Better than any restaurant currently in Thane City.
Also offer all kind of Juices and Shakes, Falooda, Custard and Kulfi (traditional Pure milk, sugar ice cream hand churned, handmade)
Me and my Wife tried Pani Poori, Pav Bhaji, Combination Fried Rice, Baby Corn Manchurian and Lemon Coriander Soup.
Best Quality of Pani Poori money can Buy, Clean, hygienic and very tasty. I loved the Lemon Coriander Soup.
In Desert the specialty of the house is Sizzling Brownie (eggless) sitting on roasted nuts on Sizzler platter topped with scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream, covered in dark chocolate sauce.
Must Try. Defiantly recommended for singles, couples and families.

This is my wife's and my favourite spot to have pao bhaji at 11.30 in the night. Very clean and a descent restaurant. Am glad run by a Maharashtrain and am proud of him. The place serves real good vegetarian food. Some of the innovative dishes like the grilled stuffed papad that he serves is really nice. The place is always packed. All the best and keep serving pao bhaji, which for me is the best in Thane.
Not sure if its branch of amar at parle..but dsnt matter it serves gr8 food too. Their pav bhaji and tawa pulav are highly recmnded..besides it they also serve chinese food but it can never b an option fr pav bhaji:p
its one of d best pav bhaji I have tasted. So yumilicious. Also tried their cheese toast sandwich , veg pizza and paneer Manchurian dry. Sandwich was superb. And quantity also huge enough for 2 persons. Pizza was ok . paneer Manchurian was again very tasty. The paneer was so soft n best quality.

This place has replaced the famous Open House in Thane. The food was decent, I had been here twice and had Masala Dosa and hot and Sour soup. Both were good in taste, it was not something I will regularly visit but a decent food joint for sure.

French Fries Review: 3.5
This is not the kind of restaurant people would order French fries. They'd probably ask for 'potato chips'. But what you do get are French Fries served on a banana leaf slip on a plate. So cute, aiyyo! These are good fries, mind you. Evenly cut, properly fried till nice and firm. I hoped for proper salting and oil dabbing before serving, but oh well, you're not at an American diner.

I tried pav bhaji. One, because i was craving for it, and two, because that's what you order when you 'don't wanna have a square meal' when you're at such restaurants. So this is the Shiv Sagar league restaurant where pav bhaji is perhaps ordered by every 4th customer. Hence the bhaji is almost always ready on the tava. But I never understood why it is never served piping hot. Never! The virtue of the blessed pav bhaji is to be served hot!
The dahi vada we tried was nicely made. I liked the difference between the curd served for the dahi vada and that served as a dip for my French fries. It wasn't the same curd. It was spiced differently. 0.5 points extra for that effort.
The foods real good, especially the dosas. Quality and Quantity, worth your money. Service is excellent. One of the best 'Pure Veg' diners in Thane.

Opened in place of a lovely restaurant called 'Open House', Amar does justice to the replacement. They have a wide array of choices in case you're feeling particularly unsure about what you want to eat. From chaat to Frankies to biryani, pav bhaji and pizzas, Amar plays host to it all.
Although, the pav bhaji is stunning and you'll remember it forever once you eat it. They also have Jain food options for Pav bhaji and other foods.
Its always crowded with a lot of people and it's a task to manage to get a table here on weekends. They have an AC and a non AC seating, both of which is pleasant. The home delivery service however takes a little too long sometimes.

Ohhhh my this place really rocks..this is the chain of amar restaurants that is in Bombay. Chat especially bombay bhel puri and pani puri is d best. Pav bhaji ultimate. Chinese good. South indian worth trying. The mosambi juice is superb and tasty. In short all items on menu card are tasty. I have tried chinese, chat, pav bhaji, south indian.
We had been to this restaurant early morning around 8.45 when it was just opening. We were told to wait for sometime as the stove takes time to get hot. We expected just to get some idli or meduwada because it was not even 9 but to our surprise they got us the ordered mysore masala and onion rava dosa in just 15 mins of ordering.
Although they needed time to set everything, but we did not have to wait long.
Dosas were good. Sambhar is also tasty, but he forgot to put salt in the potato bhaji.
Overall a good experience.

After a busy day me and my friends had walked in for a late lunch as usual. Ambiance was good only downside was air conditioner was not on. Services was impressively good for dosa preparation, Chinese starters took a long time. Had ordered masala dosa, pav bhaji and veg crispy. Taste is really good n quantity did justify the rates. Overall experience was really pleasant.
Amar has great Pav Bhaji..the plus point here is that the quantity of Bhaji is sufficient for a person to be quite full. One more thing I love is their Sweet Lassi. I bet you cannot have a full lassi along with Pav Bhaji. Also the Burger & south indian items are good. Overall it has good ambience & home delivery service is also satisfying.

In the deserted land of Navi Mumbai where there are hardly good reasonable place to eat Amar stands apart. Its perfectly located. It serves good food. Ambience is a good for a fast food centre and service (major problem everywhere) needs to be worked upon. Overall its delight to have a nice restaurant in vicinity.

We ended up here a not early for lunch time. It looked as if its yet to open, bit they told us everything on the menu is available. We ordered a masala dosa, idly and Dahi wada. The service was very quick! Within 3 4 min the food was there in front of us. The masala Dosa and the idly were great, the chutney was great too but the sambar was not that good (compared to the food served. It was good none the less). The Dahi wada is served in an ice cream cup which makes it hard to eat. It had some weird flavour and none if us liked it. The lime juice was good. Overall this is a good joint to go. It got moderately crowded when we left.

A new option for thanekars for quick fast food which has started in the heart of city, the best part is they give home delivery,which makes life really easy. Thane had no special pav bhaji outlet and this place fills that gap with a good tasty pav bhaji, tawa pulav also is really good with mild flavours. Udupi items like dosas and idli very good if you are in a hurry...but all the items are considerably over priced, may be because it is a famous chain from vile parle. All in all a very good option for fast food...

This newly opened fast food restaurant in place of 'open house' has been drawing in a lot of crowds. Did not know though that it is a branch of the famous amar juice centre in vile parle. Menu is perfect..pav bhaji, chat, dosas, sandwiches,juices, shakes/blossoms and ice-cream/kulfi/falooda. It sticks to fast food and does not venture in to punjabi .They give home delivery which is great for the times you wanna have fast food without stepping out of the house. Its predecessor 'open house' did not provide delivery.

Tava Pulao: Exceeded expectations befitting a good fast food place..he raita couldv been a bit better though,
Royal falooda: Slightly watery but delicious.
It is slightly expensive considering the average fast food prices. But for chatpata quick food at the doorstep, i wouldnt mind paying a bit more. Looking fwd to visiting/ordering many more times.

This is my regular place of dining because of its food presentation and taste.
My favourite is cheese corn balls and pasta which taste very delicious.
Ambience and sitting arrangement are really soothing and it's background music. It is spacious and can be good for groups. Situated on second floor of the Mall, next to Copper Chimney, opposite TBSE.
Service is nice and polite.
It is pure veg restaurant with lots of options and it doesn't serve alcohol.
My recommendation is to visit it as priority when you are looking for elite dining experience.
Amazing variety of delicious food! We tried the cheese chilly toast and the veggie lover pizza and we instantly connected to the taste as this is what Mumbaikar want! This is reasonable ( a pizza for 300-500 ans the toast for 300) and delicious. A must visit place!

I love creme centre. It being one of the best pure veg restaurants is my favourite restaurant. They have the best corn cheese balls. Doesn’t have enough soup options but otherwise its the best restaurant for a cheese lover!
I love the place for options available and quality of food. The tawa Paratha is awesome. Sizzlers are also worth trying. Ambience is fine and staff service is good. Parathas are also recommended. There are few options as far as drinks are concerned. Price is at higher side but worth the quality of food.
