It is small outlet located in the food court. The place doesn't have a dedicated seating for itself. We ordered Veg Regular Frankie, Veg Schezwan Frankie and Paneer Chilli Frankie. The taste of the Frankie is really good. It is wrapped in a plastic and paper cover for protection. Portions are good enough for one person. They serve both veg and non veg frankies. Service was fast and didn't make us wait for too long.
We had a chicken Frankie here today. Like always the Tibbs Frankie was upto the mark. Truly delicious. Also the pricing was perfect.
Little bit overpriced, also , what is a frankie franchise doing in a mall?
Maybe thatโs the reason itโs a bit overpriced.
Anyway, the rolls are really good so overall a good place and lots of rolls to choose from

Tibb's frankie outlet is located adjacent to the Viviana mall's food court.
The egg and cheese frankie was prepared fresh and was lip-smacking.
The staff are good in behaviour.
The ambience of this Tibb's frankie is ok.
The service is quick and good.
We ordered a schezwan paneer Frankie, it was really tasty but bit oily.. and the quantity of paneer was too less I guess only 2 cubes of paneer. Overall it was good.

I simply love Frankies. My personal favorites are Bhuna, Tawa and Chilli Frankie. Both variants in veg and chicken goes well.
Quick snack option. Reasonably priced. Taste was it's good.
Have been a tibbs fan since i was a kid and used to visit their shivaji park outlet. They serve delicious, succulent and juicy frankies. Favourites are chicken frankie and chicken tawa frankie. They have maintained their standard through the years.
Only issue with this outlet is that they frequently run out of chicken frankies after 8pm on weekends. Have had to return disappointed on many occasions. But if you manage to get your hands on one then you are in a for a treat !
My friend recommended to try this outlet and so visited this when I was out for a movie.
I had ordered Tawa Chicken Frankie and it was absolutely delicious. The Frankie was spicy for those who love spicy food.
One must try this Frankie.
A good place for frankie lovers! I must say they got the amazing and tasty frankie, must try i have tried veg and non veg as well no doubt both tastes yummm. Its just that they don't have that big outlet over here but thats fine frankie would do it all! Good service as well overall i had a good experience having tibbs frankie.

I am not much into Frankies, but these guys changed my opinion with their tasty frankies, they have multiple options in both Veg and Non-Veg and everything that we tried is tasty. Cost will be slightly higher than normal since its located in a mall, but if you fancy a tasty frankie in Thane, this is a place to visit.
The Frankie is a perfect example of a"Meal on the Go" The Frankies are wholesome and filling. I personally like mine with egg added to the roll along with the chicken.ย

Well this is my best snack place for anytime carvings.The Frankie made here not that favourite because they don't taste that good. Well the mayonnaise burger is the best one I ever had this is better than McD or some else. The new corn sandwich is new taste stealer!!!

I personally love their Veg masala franky and B-B-Q paneer franky.
I love the quality of the frankies over here. Be it any frankie, i bet it's yummy. I'm happy with the quantity of filling in the frankie as well, and would definitely like to see it more.
Overall, a 4.5/5 to them, for making us still love frankie.

Visited this place in afternoon. Located inside food court inside Viviana, Thane. Have tried out various Frankies at various outlets most of them veg and egg. This time tried out 5 Frankie's :-
Chicken Tikka Frankie :- Good. Had adequate quantity in the Frankie and the sauces and flavouring also was spot on and was not oily.
Tawa Chicken and cheese :- Good. Had lots of cheese and tasted good. The cheese overpowers the taste of tawa chicken and is heavy on stomach.
Chicken Chilly & Cheese :- Good. The spicy version of the normal chicken version is good and with cheese is very tasty. The taste of the chilly is good.
Chicken Schezwan :- Good. The schezwan version is slightly spicy and tastes good although not better than chilly.
Egg & Cheese:- Ok. Classic Frankie with cheese tasted good.
Overall service was fast and compared to other tibbs outlets, this one was much better in terms of taste and was not very oily and their Frankie rolls, were nicely done(crisp). Average of two Frankie's will satisfy your stomach(cheese ones would fill it completely).

Its one of my personal favourite franky outlet and whenever I am hungry and I see this outlet, I am bound to stop by it for a quick bite. There are many outlets in different malls and even outside malls.
They have a huge variety of frankies and most of them are available all the time.
I mostly order tawa paneer or chilly paneer or tawa chicken chicken or chilly chicken with cheese. These are the must try here if you haven't already. They big enough for the price charged and filling for one person.
But the order day I had tried mutton frankie which was very bland. The mutton though was cooked properly didn't have any marination or even salt. It was just boiled pieces of mutton. I just ate the frankie without the pieces. Avoid this particular frankie.
Nostalgic frankies. Chicken chilly is my personal favourite. This outlet always has kind of fresh stuff. Other outlets have uncooked chicken or old stale chicken. A little expensive for a roll/frankie, but satisfies your taste buds.
Best Frankies are made at Tibb's Frankie. A wide range and variety of frankies with appropriate Quality and Quantity filling in it. Worth the price. Unfortunately it discontinued with a branch in Dombivli East , Rajendra Prasad road.

I had a schezwan cheese one which was well made and spicy. The way I wanted it to be. The cheese was well mixed inside and melted.
Over the years tibbs franky has managed to hold its own by dishing out stuff that caters to the masses. I used to quite enjoy them in my college days cuz they tasted good and were okayish on the pocket. This particular outlet in thane is managed professionally by an elderly gentleman who knows his stuff well. I called for a chicken tikka franky today. The roti was nice and fluffy but the chicken was bout alrite. This pretty much sums up the story of the joints who run a chain across the city - your experience will range from poor to excellent, but largely they are effective if not the best.
A frankie is just perfect when you are very hungry and need an immediate fix. That's exactly what this place did. They served my chikken tikka frankie in almost 2 minutes, am not even kidding and it was 8 in the evening.
The chicken was an itsy bit chewy yet taste wise it was superb!!
Never a fan of frankies really... But tried d veg franky which ws okayish I wud say... Hav tried der chicken chilly Franky which ws good... Veg Franky is full of potato bhaji nd onions... Nt dat great but definitely heavy if u wanna hav a quick snack...

The first time, I had Tibbs frankie was at Huma mall,Kanjurmarg. And i loved it.

Tibbs frankie is one of the best frankie joint I habe ever came across. As its located in mall and usually i visit mall around late night hours so doesnt try much of frankies at that time.
One fine day i thought of having a double egg frankie and i was totally amazed with their quality and the way they served it.
Roll was so thick that it made frankie taste the best and the spices they add to taste are true value for your money for their frankies.
I have been here and tried two different types of Frankie's, one was chicken tikka and another one was chicken chilly. Both were great and they give it pretty quick even though they have large orders and a long queue over front of them. Nice snack point in Viviana for having a quick bite. Do try it. It's Tibbs anyways...

Ordered a Chicken Tikka Frankie and a Chicken Szechwan Frankie. Chicken Tikka Frankie was juicy and delicious! Chicken Szechwan Frankie was more juicy and less tasty compared to Chicken Tikka Frankie.

I've been to this outlet a couple of times
And I had to just write a review about this place!
The outlet is small though the staff is highly polite
And the expected order time takes less than 6-7 mins
The chicken tikka and the tawa chicken we ordered are loaded with stuffings
And cheese is much loaded than the other outlet at vashi which charges 20 for just one slice of cheese!
Anyway, I have never been disappointed vein here and I love their Frankies
Prices are much reasonable as per the stuffings
While the Frankies have the Perfect taste just as we wanted!
Would love visiting again!

My favourite is the cheese chicken Frankie..and never have I been disappointed in terms of the taste or the quantity of chicken pieces inside the frankie. It is just perfect! ๐

I had just liked tibbs frankie ever since i had it back in 99. It was a very fresh concept then. The range of frankies that the serve is very indian and satisfies the desi taste. Here in vivianna also the presence of the outlet is a boon if one wishes to have a quick bite.
I got introduced to Tibbs in Inorbit mall Vashi some 5 years ago. Not much has changed about the Frankie in years except the price. The base Frankie starts from 70 bucks now which is 20 bucks more than when it was introduced, which again is reasonable.
Great filler for 100 bucks. 70 bucks and 20 bucks for a Pepsi and you are good for next 5 hours of window shopping. I suggested you a 500 calorie diet !!?
It's very fattening and thus very tasty. So fitness conscious people plz beware.
Good point: it way cheaper than any other chain such as KFC and you can munch while roaming about.
Bad Point: oily hands.
Sad Point: it's losing its charm coz of very aggressive pricing by Pizza Hut these days.

I never miss a chance to have their frankie while in Korum!! Tastiest frankies I ever tasted!!! Especially Chilly Chicken and Chicken Shezwan. I am sure other variants are equally good. Budget friendly, approx 100-130 one wrap. one wrap is okay for one person. Filling. They serve very hot wraps, & mafe in indian style. I personally liked it. We ordered alooveg, paneer & chicken wraps Will try other varieties.

Regarding the taste, it was great, chicken was fresh and perfectly cooked.
