We had three different Thalis, Ravas Thali, Pomphret thali & Surmai thali. Also ordered Bombil stuff which was delicious. Ambience is good and service was also quick. I visited with my entire family with three senior citizens and two kids so on request they managed our sitting on ground floor main dining area. Only thing is inspite of Wednesday we had to wait for more 20 min but our overall experience was good.

Guys u must try this place if you are completely fish lovers plus both places the mahesh lunch home are the best surmai slice tawa fry mahesh special prawns plus regular rawas mangalorean must try it's awesome

If looking for authentic Mangalorean flavours, then Mahesh lunch home it is. Fish was cooked nicely and was soft and tender. Good ambience, friendly staff. Overall a must visit.

We like the food here, host is welcoming, lots of varieties that you can choose for every type of fish you wish to eat infact you can see it the sizes before ordering the dish prizes are very as per size, sea food is the speciality by them, overall me and my family was very much happy with the experience l, this was our 4th visit to Mahesh lunch home in Mumbai and suberbs.

Great ambience, prompt & excellent service. Food taste is amazingly delicious. Go for Lobster, Pomfret, Surmai, and a very different preparation of prawns fried rice. Loved the food.

Seafood on mind then it has always been Mahesh lunch home for my family. They have opened their doors in Thane now and we couldn't resist from visiting this place. Been here yesterday for lunch with family and had incredibly good experience. The ambience is very well put and has comforting feel all over with all the comfy sofa seatings with few chairs. They do have big size tables which can accommodate big families. To start off with the f&b , In drinks we had deep blue sea and mojito in mocktails. Very well presented and made to perfection these mocktails were super refreshing and great in taste. To begin with the food spread , we had bbq chicken salad to start our meal with something which is light yet yum. Stripes of grilled chicken breast sauteed in bbq sauce mixed with salad greens and cherry tomatoes. Lovely one! In appetizers we had fish koliwada which was ravas deep fried in the traditional koliwada marinate having mildy spiced crispy coating. The fish was super juicy and fresh. Tried veg Crispy from Chinese section which was fantastic in terms of portion size and taste both. Served piping hot and the veggies were crisp coated and deep fried, later tossed in schezwan sauce. Also tried the chicken chakori kebab from their tandoor offerings and I must say it is one of the best kebab we have had off late. Tender and juicy chicken perfect cooked inside out went amazing with the mint chutney served along. We also tried the crab meat soup and Manchow soup which had good amount of crab meat and shredded chicken respectively. Moving towards mains we had Crab Gassi and Chicken sukka alongside neer dosa and appam. They had totally nailed the mains. Perfectly spiced , generous portions served with all the necessary elements an ideal gassi curry and sukkha should have. Loved it to the fullest. Also had veg stew which was incredible and must have if you are looking for veg mains. To sum up this beautiful meal we had sizzling brownie in dessert. The brownie was soft and fresh and had that perfect texture and taste you would expect. Along with the scoop of vanilla ice cream and sizzling chocolate sauce it was total bliss. Mahesh lunch home completely ensures customer satisfaction and the hospitality delivered is just flawless. Captain Santosh Behera was kind enough to recommend some great dishes to us. Kudos to the team for making our dining experience a delightful one.

I visited this place today with my sister as we are fond of sound Indian style vegetarian food and I really got recommended by my friend to visit this place for.yhw same. First impression of the restaurant was amazing with very splendid ambience and very comfortable seating. In order to get some refreshments we ordered Deep Blue sea & virgin mojito which was totally refreshing and chilled. For starters we ordered paneer ghee roast & veg crispy which was the most favourite part of my visit as it was too delicious. Coming to main course we wanted to try something new hence we ordered veg gassi & darbari paneer with Malabar paratha & Butter roti. We were stunned with the mesmerizing fragrance and the taste it was 10/10. To end the visit and complete the meal we ordered caramel custard 🍮 as a dessert and this made our day perfect. Special mention to there hospitality service as it was real quick and amazing. Must try this place for vegetarian & non-vegetarian people. Happy Dining!

So I had been trying hard to visit this place and finally got time for it. I had heard a lot about this place as they are mainly into seafood speciality. So I got to try few of them. Talking about the ambience, they have huge dine in area with colourful seating arrangement. The vibe is pretty refreshing over here. What I had - Refreshments - I ordered Virgin Mojito and Sol Kadhi. I always love to have Virgin Mojito because it's healthy and refreshing too. Sol Kadhi is an Konkani refreshment drink made from kokam. Loved it. Soups - In soups we tried their signature Crab Meat Soup and Seafood Soup. Both were yummy but I specially loved the crab one. You get chunks of crabs and seafood in both the soups. Loved it. Salad - I love to try different salads so thought of trying BBQ Chicken Salad. Loved those exotic veggies and top of it, it had a lot of chicken. Yummy. Starters - In Starters, we ordered Bombay Duck Fried and Chicken Chakori Kebab. Both were super tasty. Bombay Duck Friend is crunchy and yummy at the same time. Kebab was juicy enough. Loved it completely. Main Course - In Main Course, We tried Manglorian Fish Curry with Neer Dosa which had baby pomfret and rawas in it. Loved the gravy. We also tried Crab Sukka. Flavourful. Yum yum. Dessert - And finally ended with the dessert. We had Caramel Custard which was so yummy in taste. Overall I had an amazing experience over here. The manager was so friendly. He suggested us some of those dishes which were totally worth. Do visit once and let me know your experience! Happy eating, spread the positivity!

If you love coastal food, you should definitely check out this place. Has such a wide variety of menu! I would definitely recommend to try out their caramel custard, crab gassi, appam, solkadhi, veg crispy, squid butter garlic masala, bombay duck fried, knight and day mocktail and seafood and crab meat soup. Having lunch over here was such a wonderful experience. The quantity of all the dishes is good so is the quality. The ambience is a add on to such delicious food. Definitely recommend this place!
