For best authentic Chinese do visit here. I won't say it's budget friendly but yet worth it cause of the quality food they offer.

Amazing food! All dishes are cooked as per your liking. Noodles and rice were cooked in very little oil, which made it very delicious. Must try: Spring rolls, noodle wrapped chicken, honey noodles with ice cream!
The portions are generous, the food is delicious, they could work on order taking and suggesting their specialities from the menu. Chilly paneer and prawns in Devils sauce is a must try.
In a place like Thane West Hiranandani Meadows and surroundings, which is full of good restaurants, this place holds its own.
