Its just soo amazing that words will never be enough to cover it. My mom actually started bringing me sweets from Sweet Bengal as it was near her office and it is byfar one of the best quality bengali sweets I have ever tried. One of my personal favorite is kheer kadam and I highly recommend it.The amazing part is when one layer of sweet was just enough to send you to food coma kheer kadam is a sweet dish made up of grated khoya and powdered sugar and the inner layer has tiny rasogullas. The prices are definitely high than other normal sweet shops but once you try it I bet you can decide for yourself that its worth it. If you haven't tried it even once you are missing all the fun.♥️
The sweets were mind blowing.....
But, the only thing was the Samosa
It did not feel like a typical kolkatar samosa expected it to be better.
Thank you
Ordered Baked Rosogullas, Malai Chop and Nolen Gur Sondesh. Sondesh was good. But both malai chops and basked rosogullas were mindblowing. Rosogullas also had milkmaid flavor on its sides. Both had very juicy taste and tasted delicious. Definitely recommended.
On my second time, I ordered Chocolate Sondesh Modak, Mishti Doi and Chitrakut. Didn't like the Modak too much. It was very ordinary and too costly. Mishti Doi and Chitrakut were really very good. Mishti Doi is delivered on earthern pot typed cups. Tasted a bit like Malai over Shrikand but it tasted very good. Chitrakut also tasted very delicious.
Best sweet shop in country.Authentic flavour.Amount of sweetness is just perfect
If you want mithai or sweets for your special occasion or celebration. I would suggest you Sweet Bengal which is located in Thane at Hiranandani Estate.
As my sister passed my graduation with distinction we order different sweets from Sweet Bengal.
We order 10 pieces of Two in One Sondesh.
10 pieces of Nolen Gurer Sondesh and Nolen Gurer Kanchagola.
Also we order Badam Pista Raspberry.
As my uncle has diabetes specially for them we order Sugar Free Sondesh.
All sweets are very fresh and aromatic. Also sweets are tasty and sweet.
Thanks Sweet Bengal for such amazing sweets.
Just ordered for an after meal dessert for all of us. Baked rasgulla highly recommended to try. Brown rasgulla also known as nolen guller rasgulla is ok nothing too great about those. Regular and baked versions of rasgulla are best to order.
Sweet Bengal is famous for their Bengali sweets and savouries. They have a wide and delectable range of sweets like Sondesh, Kheer Kodom, Chomchom, Rosogolla, Baked Mihidana, Mishti Doi, Dry Fruit Mishti.
We tried Rosogolla, Langcha & Kaju anger roll they taste flavorsome and are worth a bite.
Prices are on higher side but totlly worth a visit.
When it comes to sweet it should be sweet bengal only, no comparison. I have ordered almost every sweet from here. Every bangali sweet u should try. Sandesh i dont like personally that much. I have like ros kodam, kheer kodam, kala jamun, baked rasgulla all this sweet must try from here.
This place is my personal favorite when it comes to Bengali sweets.
Baked rasgulla is heaven ..
All the types of sandesh .. especially ice cream sandesh is best.
Rasmalia with gurer are very nice
The baked rasgulla is a must try ...Amazing taste and perfect sweetness ...The only complain is it easy gets out of stock....But still I manage to get one when I want to 😋

We ordered chom chom n baked rasagullas, they tasted heavenly but the thing is they aren't packed well, is this how you always pack your sweets? all the malai spilled into the box. Just take care while packing.
Fantastic spot for sweet lovers. Quality of sweet was best. Sweets was fresh & juicy. I ordered mohan bhog, chitrakut, sondesh, gurer malai chomchom, malai sandwich. All sweets are very very fantastic.
When you walk through the doors of this shop, you have introduced yourself to Sugary Heaven!
Whenever i walk in, I feel like a kid in a Candy store who just can't make his mind up.
With a range of sweets like Chamcham, Sandesh, Roshogullas and Mishti doi, Sweet Bengal can be the spot for satisfying your sweet tooth!
My personal Recommendations are:-
1)Ros Kadam
(Rose flavoured Roshogullas)
2)Malai Langcha
(Elongated Gulab jamun with cream in middle just like a cream roll)
3) Gurer Chamcham
(Chamcham made from special jaggery .Missing this dish is no less than a crime!)
4) Vanilla pedha.
(This Sweet is the one that you select for mass distribution amongst relatives.)
Only if the staff here were a bit more welcoming, it would make this place all the more awesome!
Love it... It was amazing
The desserts are very good and you will get the feel of Kolkata...It has fresh sweets ...less sugar
However its amazing in one line its awesome
Complete Bliss, Delightful affair, wide range of sweets to give a Sinful experience.
Delicious taste, shall leave one craving for more.
Whether it b the classic jaggery based sandesh or the mushy mishti doi.
Personal favourites are baked rosogollas, creamy chumchums and kheer kadams.
Priced high, but good in quality. This place is must visit, Highly Recommended.
my first ever review on zomato goes to u . ordered first time from zomato , it was surprise packed into the box , i ordered baked rosgulla and it was amazingly delicious and malai chomchom as well , thanks for making my day sweet .
delivery reached before time
This place completely justifies the name “sweet bengal”. My favourite from this place is their baked rasgullas which you will hardly get anywhere in Pune.
Recently got a chance to visit this place and tried -
Samosa - Crunchy and flavourful.
Khasta Kachori/ Geeen Peas Kachori - I love it.
Mishti doi - Was good in taste but nothing extraordinary.
Baked Rasgullas - Delicious as ever.
Ras Malai - Not up to the mark.
Malai Chom Chom - Amazing.
There is no match to kheer kodom of this outlet...though malai sandwhich, malai roll and sandesh are good...kheer kodom remains the best offering ....note there is no place to sit....
If you are looking for authentic Bengali sweet, then sweet bengal is the right place. The variety of sweets is unbelievable. The misti Doi/dahi is to die for. Not only the sweets are tasty but the Samosas are unbelievable. Craving for some sweets that will blow your mind, then head straight here.
I love Baked rasgulla here. Apart from that malai toast is also really good.
Guys who were handling counter could have been soft spoken. They seemed bit rude or as if they didn't care.
Will visit again for baked rasgulla.
This place has many varities ..... and each one of them is tempting.... I really like their baked rasgulla it is delicious.. Another item of them which is must try is mishti doi fresh and creamy i loved their concept... Perfect place for bengali sweets...
The big question still is the where the rosogulla come from orissa or west bengal ?? the answer is don't bother just walk into sweet bengal because they really serve you a amazing bangalli sweet spread.I dont where to go for mishti dhoi in thane other than sweet bengal and trust me it was really good. The baked samosas are excellent crisp and less oily!! One has to really try the chomchom.Didnt like the baked rosogulla so much but anyway this is a good place to have authentic bangali sweets!!
Sweet Bengal is located in Hiranandani estate, also the store is located at viviana mall, Thane!
Here you get authentic bengali sweets!
One should definitely try their Mishti doi which is my personal favourite and is heaven on earth! It has a layer of malai on the top!
So basically its a type of yoghurt!
Also you get cutlets and samosas which are also good if you can't handle too much sweet!
So all the sweet lovers can visit this place and Don't forget to try Mishti doi! 😍
Love this shop for real taste of bangali sweets. Their samosa and chutney is very good. Backed samosa is a must try. But after 6 or 7 pm their stock gets over so they should prepare it in more quantity.
I just don't like Bengali food or sweets. I find it over rated. I tried their meesti dahi and found it wonderful. Unlike typical Bengali sweets which taste like a bowl of sugar, this was mild. In hot summer, it tasted close to Indian version of ice cream.
The quality of sweets is really good and I had a good experience when I bought a couple of boxes. However, prices are a bit high, though it is expected in a shop located in Hiranandani estate!!
We placed a bulk order their for marriage purpose and they did a great job, sweets were fresh and perfect.
Pros: They provide a 10℅ discount while paying by ICICI card
Cons: They don't deliver it to doorstep no matter how close you stay or how bulk the order is.

2/5 for mishti doi and 4/5 for sweets. Nothing new to say about their sweets as they are always amazing . I am a big lover of their daal and kachori and samosas as well. Must try
Authentic bengali sweets with the actual taste and fragnance of bengal. Consistent availability of varieties. All forms if Sondesh are awesome. Elaichi sondesh, mohan bhog, kacha golla, vanilla sondesh, kheer kadam, malai chamcham and so on. Nalen gurer sandesh is also very tasty. Though slightly over priced but it ok because the taste is created exactly as per region from where it belongs. Mishti doi is over priced and vegetable chop and other snack items outrageously priced. Over all good experience.
I tried their Mishti Doi. Never heard of that dessert before but it was really delicious. The consistency of the condensed milk with little saffron on the top was really good.
Went there during drugs puja... Took assorted sweets for a take away... Luvd all the varieties.... Also ordered samosas... This is one place where u cm find lots of unique varieties..
Sweet Bengal is definitely a heaven for sweet lovers... They serve the most yummiest Bengali sweets.
Recently I had been here & had samosas parceled. Samosas tasted fine but what they missed on is heating them before packing. The samosa were cold which made all the taste fade away.
I suggest that you guys should make sure that you pack the snacks hot.
Overall its a Pleasant experience all the time. Keep it up guys...!
Come here for misti doi & sondesh.. Love kesar sandesh :) like all flavors of sandesh here.. they also deliver in the area so thats a plus during pujo ;)
Sweets-4/5
Best place to have bengali sweets. Rasmalai, rasgullas, gulab jamuns all tastes awesome. Price is ok too. Ambience is good too. Good place to satisfy sweet cravings.
The best place for Bengali sweets, confirmed! It's right next door to where I live in Thane and yes, there is always sondesh or baked rosho gulla at home for sweet cravings.
Zomato says I have to write at least 140 characters here.. But honestly I could sum this review up in two words "Mishti Doi".. Period!
The first time I had ever been to Sweet Bengal.. It was for this delicacy alone.. And Mishti Doi is an addictive thing for sure,Let no one tell you otherwise..
Milk and Palm Jaggery combine together to form absolute heaven in an earthen pot..
The final result is a not too overpowering, subtle sweetness that continues to linger on.. Combined with an amazing silken smooth rich and creamy texture that tantalises the taste buds..
Still have to try out a lot that they have to offer.. That's for laters..
Authentic bengali sweet shop... Payesh... Gurer sandesh is must have... Also the ghee samosas are awesome.... Easy to locate .. Accept cards...
Home away from home
Koraishutir kochuri with aloo r torkari and few delectable sweets which you can devour till the last bit. Those are the few things we tried.
Kochuri was surprisingly soft and broke with ease with 2 fingers. It was almost as if i am breaking a soft cheese slice. It was warm and undoubtedly tasty, fried with ghee yet dint leave that heavy ghee smell. It was heavy on stomach though coz 2 kochuris kept me full for next 4 hrs almost.
Tried few sweets including a rasamalai which was rich with flavor and the sweet dip was not runny like other shops but it was like a consistent cream. It was heavenly!
Singara was amazing too! With just the right type of filling, which is aloo made perfectly with the right amount of sweet and salt, had the right crunch and got the right crispiness that you should get from the outer layer of singara. The crispy outer layer was fried so nicely that it almost melted in my mouth and the taste of aloo was left behind.
Nice Kolkata sweets and namkeen is available here.Take away and in dining available.
The quality of all the products is amazing,
Variety available too but an only suggestion will be...
To keep it more clean and hygiene.
The garbage is cluttered anywhere and everywhere around...
Such an experience is disappointing specially from a branded speciality group.
Managers,
Kindly note it for next time..
All the best otherwise 😊
If you are in a quest for searching some amazing authentic bengali sweets then your quest ends here.
Sweet bengal as the name says provides some amazing authentic bengali sweets which gives you the real essence of Kolkata
I tried out their
Chitrakut
Nalen gurer sondesh (Personal favorite)
Kheer kodom
Malai sandwich
Mohan bhog
Malai chop 😍
Nalen gurer rosogulla
Typically a sweet bangal outlet... All Bangali sweets available under one roof
Tasty sweets, could feel kolkata taste, but too costly plus gst is extra charged...
Great place for Authentic Bengali sweets
Though the prices are a bit steep and the store is too small, but once u taste the sweets, you will forget all these things. Always fresh and they have started trying out some unique sweets
This place is famous for Bengali Sweets. You will get amazing variety of Bengali Sweets over here. Perhaps the only place serving purr Bengali preparations in the Ghorbunder Road area. The shop also serves quick bites and snacks as well
Sweet Bengal brings to the rest of the country what is truly sweet about Bengal.. it's wonderful assortment of sweetmeats and the famous Bengali yoghurt - Mishti Doi.
SB does a good job of it too.. some of the items on offer are, in fact, not even available in most Calcutta shops! And their mishti doi feels like it's a direct import from say a Mouchak!
The only grouse I have with them is their pricing.. one does feel it is a little expensive at times - especially when one comes from a Calcutta that would probably still sell the same kheer kodom or roshogolla at say 10 or 15 rupees cheaper.
Anyhow.. I've been a constant consumer of these Bengali delights for years now and intend to continue for a while yet!
If you are looking for authentic Bengali Sweet then this is the right place. It has got variety of sweets to offer with snacks as well. Baked Rasgulla and Malai Chom Chom are amazing. Samosas and Khasta kachori/Green Peas Kachori are also good.
I think one of best dessert placed to visit. You have to try all of the specialities they have and I'm sure everyone with a sweet tooth will definitely enjoy more than a fancy dessert out there.
