Rush to K2 for the best butter chicken and butter naan! Amazing consistency- rich and creamy, yet light! � The food was served piping hot. The Burani was absolutely delicious with the generous amount of dry fruits. Great food, I’m definitely coming back!

A nice restuarant for having mughlai and punjabi dishes.
We had ordered non veg platter, murg musallam, mango cream (seasonal special) and Shahi Tukda (their speciality).
Food and service both were amazing. The owner himself was making sure everyone is having a good time. He was suggesting dishes and was sweet enough to customise our platter to include seekh kebabs in it. Kudos!

This place is so good, a variety of things to explore, starting from starters till main course, the food is amazing, also the service is a bit slow, but a good place to visit with your family and friends.
We had Prawns Malvani, Chaap Turki, K2 Special Tandoori & Chicken Sai Woo. Everything was fabulous. I happily treated my bhukkad friends on my birthday. Although we were full, the waiter recommended Shahi Tukda and we were extremely glad we tried it. It was the best Shahi Tukda ever. Outstanding food N warm service. Will visit again soon
The Mughlai cuisine of this restaurant is impeccable. Chef Chicken, Tawa Murgh, Prawns Malvani everything is to die for. Though my friends are very choosy they all loved the food. Excellent desserts & service too. Keep up the great work
They serve the best kebabs in Thane. Especially the Zaitooni Kebab, Kalimirch Tikka, Lebanese Kebab & Turki Kebab. The Chinese cuisine is also fabulous especially Chicken Saiwoo . My family simply loved it

Amazing taste and amazing quality. We ordered Chicken 65, Chicken Manchurian, Chicken fried rice and k2 special tandoori. Everything was so finger licking good, it felt no amount would suffice for our group. I was taken aback by how good the food was. I did not have vegetarian but I heard the veg 65 and fried rice were fantastic too.

It was a nice and simple place quite far from Thane station.
I ordered Dilkhush kebab, pan fried non veg noodles and Ethiopian ecstacy thick shake.
I have liked everything I ordered, dilkhush kebab tasted good but it had less cheese filling.

This place is located opposite to Nitin Company in thane.. A very small place but a heaven for all non veg lovers.. We have been to this happening place for celebrating my bday and my parents anniversary and we enjoyed it a lot..
Firstly starting with starters we ordered veg manchow soup and it was good..
Then we ordered Dil khush Kebab and as the name goes this dish really made dil khush..
Chicken saibo was just awesome.. it was crisp well marinated with hot and sweet taste the chicken was very soft and was very good..
Chicken cheese tikka came with 6 peices of chicken tika with cheese on it and it was very soft
Then we ordered chicken fried rice and it was okish..
Last but not the least ending with dessert we ordered Shahi tukda- a mouthwatering dish spread with all dry fruits rabdi bread dipped in honey and what not..
Overall we had a very good experience n it's pocket friendly..
The speciality of this place is all the food is cooked in desi ghee n not in oil..

Food is delicious and if you are a had core non-vegetarian then friend this is the must visit restaurant. You should try the Tandoor platter and the Chinese platter, also the desert is finger licking. In desert, we had shahi tukda and burhani (sort of dry fruit lassi).

We tried k2 special tandoori, k2 special biryani and creamy cheese biryani in non veg which were all really unusual and tasty In veg we tried manchow soup & mix tawa sabzi wid tandoori roti which is again tasty. In dessert, shahi tukda biryani which was remarkable and lasooni kher which is awesome.

On watching tv show "curries of india" on Living Foodz channel got to know about this restaurant that also serves some authentic kokni muslim dishes. Visited this restaurant on bygone sunday for lunch. The dishes we ordered were catch of the day pomfret fry garnished with fried garlic. Enjoyed a special fish thali that had dishes of dry seafood like shrimps and bombay duck. Ate these with pillowy bhakris. Then savored wedding special dish of Kokani Muslims called Mutton shikori with baghari rice called dhaan. Also tried one fusion Mughlai starter called Dum ka Kebab or grilled chicken infused with cheese.
All the dishes were very flavourful in their own right. And mutton shikori and fish dishes gave a taste of authentic kokni muslim home cooked food. In dessert we tried burani and shahi tukda. Both these sweets were decadent and utterly delicious. And dont miss their two types of K2 Special desserts which pack a surprise and I wouldn't want to disclose their secret ingredients but would urge you to go and try and figure it out for yourself.
So do visit for a lovely food experience.
Karthick here! Basically, I am from Chennai. I have been to Mumbai several times. This time I came for an official purpose and ordered food in K2 in the first day. It's damn awesome and the very next ordered again K2. We ordered Special Tandoori and K2 Special Chicken Biriyani. Mouthwatering taste. I would recommend everyone to give a try. Worthy food and spending money here has great value.

I would highly recommend this restaurant. Whenever I have ordered from it. I have always been satisfied, in terms of taste, quantity & most importantly quality of the food. Plus, the good part is they customize the dishes as per the liking of the customer. Recently I ordered Chicken Schezwan Fried Rice. It was very good in taste. Apart from that I have tried their Bhatti Murgh Tikka, Chicken Sholay Tikka. Must say the tastes of the Tikka's were mouthwatering. I would urge to try out this restaurant. K2 - Kebab and Kokan, brings you the best of both worlds. K2 is well known for their juicy and luscious chicken kebabs. They have a small seating area upstairs and can host upto 15 people at a time. The staff is warm and hospitable, makes you feel right at home. The owner Mr. Rafid, himself made all the dishes for us. The service is impressively quick and the place is hygienic. K2 is located on the Nitin Company service road. About the food we had,
K2 Special Chicken Tandoori:- This devilishly hot and spicy chicken tandoori left us craving for more. The chicken was soft and fresh. I loved their portion size. Pair it with some pudina chutney. (4.5/5)
Chicken Tiranga Kebabs:- The Tiranga kebab platter comprised of two pieces of chicken Dilkhush, chicken Haseena, and chicken Makhmali kebabs. My favorite ones were the Dilkhush kebabs which were stuffed with cheese. The heavenly combination of chicken and cheese can never go wrong. These creamy and flavour rich kebabs are a must have. The Haseena kebabs were average and had a monotonous taste. Makhmali kebabs were on the herb side and a distinct flavour to them. (4.5/5)
Chicken Sai Woo:- This sweet and spicy Continental chicken starter is a bomb. It's packed with flavors and melts in the mouth, with every bite. It's served with Fried Palak which is absolutely delicious and is itself, a must have! (4.8/5)

Prawns curry with Dhaan :- WARNING - Only for the spice lovers! The coastal style Prawns curry is a test for your taste buds. This small inconspicuous outlet located at Nitin Company Junction, called K2 Kebab & Konkan, serves up a storm !! They have a two floor restaurant, an elaborate kitchen on the ground and seating on the top.
My recommendations
* Dilkush kebab- (5/5) well, did try other varieties in this line, namely haseena & makhmali , but neither came close to the Dilkush ! The subtle spicy flavours was cut by cheesy stuffing ! Delicious !
* K2 special tandoori (4.5/5) juicy, tender and well marinated without any necessary red colouring.
*Chicken saibo (5/5) ❤️❤️❤️ an absolute must try !! The slabs of chicken were tender and well coated. The side of grilled palak was phenomenal ❤️❤️❤️ along with chillies and till.
Main course
* Nalli NIHARI & tandoori roti - (5/5) again, great combination. The bones were particularly meaty 👍
* Prawns coastal prep & Dhaan - (4.5/5) ❤️ the prawns were perfectly prepared in the simmering coconut gravy and Dhaan, which we were informed, is a specialty dish was rather striking in flavour.
Dessert
* Shahi tukda - a mouthwatering spread of dry fruits, cut and wrapped in the sweet delicacy of honey and what not. (5/5)

Food quality is really good. I have been to this place twice. Though, restaurant is small in size but taste wise its good place to visit. They have lot of varieties in chicken and mutton.

As the speciality of this restruant is kebabs, we decided to try on the Schezwan Chicken Cheese Seekh Kebab- the ready made chicken kebabs are tossed and pan fried in home made schezwan sauce and spring onion leaks, garnished with grated cheese. The kebab pieces are succulent! And the portion is praiseworthy!
We ordered a Chicken Kolhapuri Tikka Kebab- We love spicy, and what better than to do it the Kolhapuri way! The chicken chunks were nicely marinate in Kolhapuri Masala and other spices. The kebab was grilled to perfection and tasted delicious with the green chutney.
We jumped on to dessert as these kebabs had us full already. We were curious to know the K2 Signature Special. To our surprise, the kind staff treated us with a mini portion. The taste was awesome! We were blown away with the ingredients! Not going to disclose it here, but if you go to K2, please try it out!
Last but not the least, we ordered the Shahi Tukda. This dish was so rich- saffron infused bread slices cooked in pure ghee and milk and loaded with a heap of dry fruits! The portion was massive. The first bite of the Shahi Tukda literally made us melt! For the portion served, this one is a steal.
The best part of K2 is- they don't use oil in the preparation of any item!Every thing is made out of pure ghee. And the schezwan sauce is made out of different sauces here unlike other restruants that add onions, etc. The sauce literally melts in the mouth! Also, the staff here are very kind and comforting, definitely visiting this place again for a full course meal.

Simply ausome preparation with no room for error.I relished the dish which was wholeheartedly cooked to perfection.The paneer was tender and so were the mushrooms.l give a full five for everything.Kudos to the cook.Keep it up guys.
I ordered paneer Tikka and veg crispy dry from I have say even though it came in foil the taste was wonderful and food was hot and fresh. Veg crispy won my stomach and paneer Tikka was bit spicy and paneer was layered with excessive masala on top making it spicy! But quality was good and wonderful.

Yummiest kebabs I've ever had.
Went here with family for casual dinner, we ordered chicken kebab platter which had 6 different types of kebab. Each kebab was so juicy and flavourful , we all simply loved it and I would definitely recommend it to try if you are someone who loves kebab.
For the main course we had chicken bagdadi and chicken tawa masala.
Again chicken tawa masala was so flavourful and, cooked perfectly a must try.
Chicken bagdadi was okish, it was more on sweeter side.
We also ordered chicken dum biryani,but I would definitely not recommend it. It was bland,this was the only dish which did not meet our expectations .
We also had shahi tukda for dessert, it was good(I have had more better versions of shahi tukda so didn't really like it so much).

I visited this place for a quick lunch. It's a small place and the ground floor tables will accommodate only 2 people per table. I tried the veg food here and against my expectations the food was really good. I ordered a veg spring roll and a paneer biryani. Both dishes were freshly made and taste was excellent. They did take some time to prepare but good things do take their time. The dishes are reasonably priced and the menu has quite a good variety specially for non veg food. I will visit this place again for sure to try their non veg cuisine.

Had our lunch at K2 today and thoroughly enjoyed it with an excellent array of yummy dishes and the hospitality. Every dish (eg dilkhush Chicken kebabs, prawns in Hunan sauce, burhani, shahi tukda) was so delicious and of high quality and surprisingly very reasonable priced with a 5* service. Liked the food so much that took some take-aways as well.
