It was a delight being here. The open air ambience is just perfect and the mood made by the nearby musical fountain is just perfect. We tried the fiery chicken wrap and plain french fries. The wrap was simply perfect with respevct to the quality and taste. It was also quite pocket friendly. It is a sure must try for everyone.

Went at upvan for just a stroll with my parents and saw this outlet. went there and ordered for a classic French fries , corn and mushroom sandwiches, and a chicken seek kebab wrap.all the things were extra delicious . The prices were also very reasonable .a great place to hangout with family and eat with a great fountain show in the evening
Cafe bein close to the lake adds to romantic ambience perfect for sm good time in evening by the lake loks beautifull after the sunsets and place is lite. The food is good and beverages the adds up to complete the whole experience. Worth going.

Had visited the place in the evening. The ambience is lovely and would suggest to visit in the evening time to really enjoy the lake. We tried their pasta Fondue which was a really cool concept and would definitely recommend it. We tried their lemon bubble tea and cold coffee. The cold coffee was pleasing to the eye but we loved the lemon iced bubble tea more! 😁

PEOPLE AROUND THE UPVAN : For once,stop doing the "devil's tango" every corner you find (you know who you're) and get to this small outlet with really unique things which are pocket friendly and being able to have something with such a amazing sight more so if at night.
I went for :
Cold Coffee (5/5) : probably the nicest drink I have had and the having the upvan lake in front as you're doing so just adds on more to it.
Nutella Shake (5/5) : do I need to say anymore than the fact that I've been having this drink for almost 3 years now?

As the name suggests there are lots of wraps in the menu. The location of this place is awesome and the seating overlooks the very beautiful upvan lake..cab seat here for hours. 🤩

Wrappy affairs was a pleasant surprise and a great experience... I had zero expectations from the joint as it is a tiny one but after having a cuppa black coffee, i decided to order for bbq chicken pizza to get over my hunger pangs... And to my surprise the pizza was really tasty and service was quite prompt...
The location of this place is fabulous and the seating overlooks the very beautiful upvan lake. The seating is open air so in rainy season it's a little issue. As the name suggest there are alot of wraps in the menu (refer to picture) but all the wraps mentioned in the menus are not available. The menu also have burges, pizza n pasta. The quality of food and taste is good but I will return to this place for it's location.
The location this place has is awsome, no doubt about that! I can sit here alone for hours. And to accompy me, they have quick bites! I tried peri peri fries, tandoori paneer sandwich, chicken strips and cold coffee. Everything was tasty. However I feel its bit overpriced. Would love to try more finger food in the lovely weather. Very good food. The food is made very quickly. Very fun place to hang out with friends and family. The French fries are good. The pita bread with any stuffing is very very tasty. Good to have at cold nights. Altogether nice place.

All points to the location. An open air cafe based on d extended deck next to the Upvan Lake gives you a relaxing view of the Upvan lake on one side and the mountains on the other.
Good place to spend time for friends and couples over a quick bite of sandwiches, pizza, pasta, burger, shakes or coolers. Kanda bhajjiya with chai has been added to the menu recently to compliment the monsoons. Not everything is available from the menu though so check before u order!

Wow!! Yes that was my first reaction when I visited this place. What a beautiful view for a perfect romantic date and I'm so glad I visited this place with my girlfriend. Value for money, worth your time to visit this cafe if you're travelling from far but trust me the food and the view will not disappoint you.

Best place in thane... surrounded by the beautiful upvan lake and yeur mountains.. visit during evenings ,,,,, it's peaceful and relaxing place, away from cities hassle and traffic... yummy food, best part is I'm allergic to MSG, gluten, but I never felt that I ate something heavy and indigestible. Hygienic , value for money and great service, it's been our weekend spot... me and my friends have never missed a single Saturday and Sunday since last two months,,, must try is fish finger and all the burgers and wraps,,, everything is yummy !!!!!!!

The iced tea was really good but not the best Green apple iced tea. It was missing the flavor of tea.
Oreo Shake was to die for.

Whenever we visit upvan lake we drink tea and coffee at this place. We also have tried veg pizza which was good to have. Not much variety in food.
So the USP of this place is its location. Right next to the clean Upvan lake, out on an extended deck. It is generally flocked by couples and families who want to enjoy a light meal in a calm environment.
We ordered a Mix grilled veg burger, veg exotic pizza, a coffee and a Tiramisu for dessert. So, the burger was nice with a simple dressing of green cutney and mayo. The pizza is like any other street pizzas that you would get. But the star was the Tiramisu. It had a strong taste of coffee which was ideal for people seeking coffee flavours in their dessert.
This lake side cafe with yeoor hills at background has caught my attention with its romantic ambience. Their menu includes all my favourite dishes. I ordered fish n chips which was presented in very creative way . It was perfectly cooked with a taste to remember. Their Nutella shake was awsome as well. It has created it's own niche in Thane.
A nice airy place giving a lakeside view. Went there around 7 on a weekend and the place was almost packed. Got a really nice table next overlooking the upvan lake. There was music playing with dancing fountain lights. The atmosphere is breezy and relaxing. Ordered the nutella smoothie which was really thick with whipped cream on top which was really tasty. Fort starters we ordered garlic bread with cheese and it was good. The best thing were the grilled chicken sandwiches. The quantity was generous with good yummy filling. The place is good for people who like dining outdoors. Will visit again for sure.

Super romantic location set by the lake side. Perfectly lit, sweet little place dressed in fairy lights and cool breeze hugs you throughout the evening. Short crisp menu, quick service, great food. Tried and loved the Nutella shake, the grilled chicken sandwich could have been better if they had used fresher chicken. All in all had a lovely evening by the lakeside, pocket friendly and superb location that feels ur inside of some Parisian movie set, truly a place for affairs ;-)
Love the sandwich, it was nicely toasted, they served it with sauces, salad and nachos. Further it was nicely decorated. Appreciate the presentation.Would give full marks for the ambiance, but the restaurant has nothing to do with it, it is the advantage that they have of this place.Only con I found was the service, it was very slow. I have to re-approach the desk twice asking for my order.

Tried fiery chicken wrapp... I must say it was dammm good and everyone must try.. Loved the way it was wrapped neatly... Most of the time stuffing comes out from the other end.. But this was done to the perfection... That was the nice part.. Also I tried chicken bbq pizza which was ok... And fries which are always good for me... Place is definitely good to spend some quality time... 😉
Visited this place today, on a perfect rainy day with my girl. A great idea for the location, next to the lake, cool breeze blowing up your face. A definite recommendation for those wanting to spend quality time together.

1) Chicken Coleslaw Sandwich- Amazing, however too much cabbage perhaps
2) Grilled Chicken Sandwich- Delicious
3) Cold Coffee & Peach Iced Tea- Good enough. No complaints
One suggestion however would be to add umbrellas on each table so as to give it a little homely feeling. However, the server informed us that the civic authorities did not give permission for the same. A real shame because it would certainly liven up the place. However, many more changes can be done to liven up the place. Overall, a great place for those cozy weekends.

I have visited this deli for about 4 times now. Located right beside Upvan lake, it gets pretty pleasant in the evening. Its an open air café, with cute, quirky seatings. Very famous for their wraps, they have a few good varieties in veg and non-veg. Apart from the wraps, the freshly made white sauce pasta and masala paneer sandwich is also good. Its a bit on the expensive side, but its worth the food. Also you can customize your order. 😊

Been here last evening. I must say it’s a fantastic location to start a joint like this. Great place to chill with friends. Food was decently good. The menu was’nt outstandingly exciting but something which is easy to cater to the masses.
The Menu comprised of wraps, pasta, sandwiches, Pizza and Sides. There were good number of options for Vegetarian and Non-vegetarian. So, alongwith my friend I ordered Corn and Mushroom Wrap for me which I think tasted well perfect blend of mayo with corn and succulent mushrooms perfectly assorted with herbs, Fiery Chicken Wrap which my friend found it to be little too sweet, not like what it sounded. Other than this we called for Virgin Mojito and Oreo Smoothie served in Mason Jars. Virgin Mojito was little too sour and pungent again disappointing my friend while on the other hand Oreo Shake was rich, creamy and velvety, There was perfect balance of oreo and chocolate sauce with whipped cream, just perfect. And at last we ordered for Chocolate Mud Pie which was something we both loved.
Overall experience was good, but strongly feel they need to pay a special and close attention while preparing the recipes and ensure there’s uniformity in what they serve especially the flavors , sauces and herbs to ensure absolute tastefulness

We happened to pass upvan on Sunday evening and decided to stay for a walk. Wrappy affairs came as a pleasant surprise. We didn't quite expect so much stuff on menu. Pizza and pasta we ordered were pretty average but presentation was good. Ambience of place is wonderful with cute wooden chairs and tables placed on the promenade. Would go back for sure to enjoy some chai with the breeze and lovely view!!
Nice little place with relaxing lake & mountains in the background..Wrappy affairs have a better view of the lake on their side..plus their seating is nice. They also have special wooden chairs & tables for the little ones, which is quite adorable. Food is Good but a bit expensive than their competitor Upvan restaurant. Had visited this outlet on my last visit to upvan. We ordered corn and cheese sandwich which was served without much delay, it was accompanied by salad and chips. Taste was good it had loads of cheese and was properly grilled. I liked the seating arrangement specially small tables for kids are sight to see and in ambience of beautiful upvan lake it was awesome 😃

I visit this place quite often and everytime I have visited Wrappy Affairs has come up with delicious mouthwatering food on the platter Be it a Veg Paneer Tikka Wrap or Veg.Paneer Sandwich or Pizza with extra Toppings or this so called Antenna PASTERY (read on Fb).. the list goes on...taste is amazing. Keeping in mind of youth & family, they have managed to keep these small table and chairs for toddlers! Delighted to watch having their cupcakes!(Quite commendable....)

A late evening bike ride to Upvan brought us to this small deli counter located on the small deck overseeing the lake. Hunger was complemented by curiosity as we noticed European style brunch items displayed on the menu. A lot of decorated desserts and colourful fruit jars were on display at one of the counters. For attraction? Well, they do score a point there. Explored the entire menu but we ordered for two Grilled Chicken Sandwiches. Sandwich is one of the safest options to try at a new deli like this one. You don't want to be fooled by fancy names and mere presentation, right? Took some time, but obviously, there were quite some people waiting to enjoy a hearty meal by the lake. A small newly opened deli counter with limited staff to serve hungry, excited foodies justifies the time taken. Once the sandwiches arrived, we marked them 3/5 on presentation. As we took the first bite, 5/5 for the tender and juicy chicken with a delicious mayonnaise sauce filled in slices of grilled bread. We're definitely visiting this place again, this time to try out other items from the menu.

A perfect evening with lake view and some good lip smacking food is what I will sum up as wrappy affairs. They have some great options in chicken and fish wraps and salads. Also how can I forget their great variety of deserts and mocktails. They have that cute little jars in which they serve the mocktails. Overall it was a great experience. It has perfect setting for a little evening date. 😉
A perfect blend of taste, ambience and a fantastic customer service. A must try place with a unique concept at a lakeside. Recommendation would just be a formality and a definite yes!

Been to upvan a lot of times bit never had anything to eat there in the food outlets in the vicinity. But this particular lake restro Wat I would call it caught my eye with its amazong looking cup cakes 🎂 and muffin. Had a chicken 🍗 pizza 🍕 was just awesome to taste. As I am also a hotel management graduate had the curiosity to ask the chef Mr. Rohan Phale an IHM graduate himself when he said, sir thank you very much for that amazing treat your taste of the food is amazing ur setup is as per standards. I almost compared your lake retro to restro's situated in London. Amazing taste!!! Amazing food!!! Amazing view!!! Amazing chef!!! Good luck.

A new concept for thane city, but very innovative and with heart healthy options. Must try is fried fish wrap and masala omelette. Staff and service are good and welcoming. A must try for VALENTINE EVE.

This Place is just a Sweet Spot for every person. It is just beside the Beautiful Upvan Lake and the Ambience is worth the Visit.
Looking at the Lake you can have your delicious food. We had Chicken Wings, Fish Fingers, Pasta, Pizza's, Double Patty Burger and Chicken Popcorn. The food is very tasty and delicious.
Tip: Try Fish Fingers and Thank me Later...🙂 This place is crowded on weekends. So make sure you visit little early between 5pm to 6pm.
Sunset is the best time to visit here, people also come here to just chill and relax by the lake and enjoy the serene beauty of nature.
