Finally glad to discover a great fish joint in Thane. Fresh fish and great food. Also the service is soo good. We are the regular visitors now.
We had a really good time here. They begin with complementary kokum sharbat, which was very refreshing. They have a pretty good menu: we ordered the tisrya (shellfish)- surmai thali, bombil thecha fry, and kharvas. The quantities are pretty good and the food is fresh and authentic! We were so into it that I forgot to click photos of the food!
This place serves amazing Konkani and Malwani food and specializes in seafood.
They serve amazing kokum serbat as welcome drink , We tried Bombil techa fry (Must try) , Prawns green fry , Surmai fry , Bangda stuff fry , Chicken Sukha (manglori style) with Chapati & Prawns Rice....All dishes were amazing and tasty
Next time we would like to try Prawns aluwadi ,Crab & shell fish dishes for sure which we missed due to unavailability .
FCR is well established with a well-deserved reputation as a brand. The place is simple and modest. I loved the ambience and its character with functional decor, I felt far away from the outside world when I was in here. The staff are excellent and take you carefully through the menu. I took waiters recommendation and had the fish thali, a lot of food and tasty. The food quality, presentation and taste was clearly above average. service is excellent, seafood and fresh fish of the best quality. Considering some serious competition in Thane. The reason it doesn't get too excellent (5 star) is because I don't think the food is necessarily good value. I thought it was a bit overpriced. But a good experience and very good food.

Authentic Goan fish curry rice style. We tried the Combination Thali (fried fish, prawns curry, steam rice with some chutneys). We ordered some Bhakris separately.
We finished off with a Kharwas and Solkadi.
The food was awesome, authentic and service was very fast.
We only felt it was a bit overpriced for the quantity, that why ONE less star.

V good for sea food. Surmai thali and prawns fry are worth having.sol kadhi is too good. Tried once crab masala and it was not good. Need improvements in chapatis.

One of the newer joints located at Dosti Imperia at Manpada in Thane. Good tasty food, fairly reasonably priced and sufficient quantity. Service is also quick, courteous and efficient.
Had a great experience here, we had ordered a special fish thali which was around 700/-. The prices are pretty steep but the food preparation,the quality and the quantity of the food is really very good. I was really surprised that such a restaurant isn't known to many people. Their preparation is not malvani but goan (Saraswat), my go to dish would be pomfret thali/pomfret thali/bombil thali. Overall, my experience was good but I still feel that 700/- bucks for a fish thali is a bit too much. I would've given it a 5 star if the dish would've been somewhere around 550-600/-. Strongly recommended for all the seafood lovers.

Awesome place to have seafood..we had different fish, shrimp dishes..all were very fresh and prepared well. No the usual type we get in most restaurants. Highly recommended
