This was my first time in kumli. Since this is the first restaurant I saw I decided to go. I ordered chicken biryani, which had a good portion size, though the taste was just okay. The raita was quite nice, but I wasn't a fan of the pickle served with the biryani. In the evening, I returned to the same restaurant and tried their coffee, which was excellent. I also had their shawarma, which had a little too much minty flavor.
Hotel central hotel is opposite to private bus stand and excise office,kumily.
hotel doesn't have parking facilities and no wheelchair access and also service is not good we ordered four chicken biryani.Biriyani is too oily ,too much masala and less rice,taste was okay. I think there is lack of pickle and salads
It’s a okay hotel. You get all the local dishes here. I had beef roast and Kappa Briyani- tapiaco and beef. The food was amazing. You should eat at least one meal here if you are in kumily. This is not fine dining so do not expect sofa and china clay but food and service was amazing.
One of the best restaurant in Kumily. Located very near to Check Post and Kumily Bus Stand (Kerala bus stand). Many dishes available. Parotta available in morning. Service and Response is good.

Well located and space to park about two or three cars, however as the road is broad in front of the hotel, we could park in designated parking spaces.
Value for money hotel and a simple one. Don't go there if you expect great ambience and luxury service etc. it is a simple place with good food.
Loved this restaurant. You could say the restaurant is good just by looking at the crowd and the aroma of the food. Fish polichathu is highly recommended and one of the chef specials of this restaurant. Quantity is less when compared to other restaurants around in Thekkady. But the food is very good and tasty. Bit crowded during lunch time.
I went there for three meals and I really loved it. It's a simple restaurant with a local clientele. The butter chicken is really good. The waiter was fast, kind, and attentive. I recommend the place.
