They used to be so good. Recently two times went there within this year. They didnnot have many options for food. They only had so many to choose from, I dono what is happening (maybe labor shortage?!).
We were anyways disappointed and left to a different restaurant.
By 7.30 pm they said dishes that we requested were finished (dinner time just started)
The customer service was good and ambience is still good.
Food quality has definitely changed, not as good as it used to be 4 yrs ago. No varieties.
Located on the main road when travelling back from Munnar, this was an ideal pitstop for us. We stopped there for lunch. Having tasted their biriyani from Chennai outlets we were surprised that the taste here was slightly different. But it was good and I liked it much better.
The outlet is small but very clean with prompt service.
Biriyani was very good. Starters and soup was below average.
For folks who are traveling this is a great pit stop with very neat facilities

This time missed the authentic taste of Dindigul Thalappakkatti Biriyani. Less spicy and aromatic components were less compared to the original.quantity is enough for one person .
The taste was asusual good but the quantity is very much low. It also took a lot of time to deliver the dish.

The place is located in roadside and its easy to spot. They have a very nice set of menus and options to choose from, i had a Thalappakattu Mutton Biryani it was good.
Too much rice and ok-ok meat, had mutton biryani, rice was well cooked and had a good taste, daal curry came along with i dont know what was it for because it kinda ruins the whole 'biryani' thing, may be its the tradition of that region. Egg was perfectly boiled, mutton was great but lesd in quantity i would say. The place looked nice neat and clean.

Its one of the good place in Theni to have a good food. The starters and main courses are mind blowing. If more dessert available like tender coconut dishes it will be more enlightenment. The service is best and every corner of the place are cleaned and maintained well. Most beautiful time to have the food is dinner. Try Muru Muru Chicken stick and Palipalayam Boneless chicken those are the must try in this restaurant.
