As a road side restaurant, the service was good, the food was clean, quantity was very good, cleanliness can be improved.
Prices were very good and we preferred it to the restaurant opposite the road.
Breakfast food nice, lunch also good but some time due to croud taste is not fair, Chinese item like noodles and fried rice is not comfortable when ever I had over there but meals is awesome, non veg dish also comfortable, service out of 10 good service 6 time, delay service 4times, dinner also comf
We visited during unconventional hours, yet were pleased to find a wide selection of available items. The food we ordered was delicious and the service was impressively fast. Additionally, most items were fairly priced. Parking was hassle-free and the restrooms were well-maintained.
Happened to stop by this restaurant while travelling from Munnar to Bangalore. Had non-veg food here, and it was good. The restrooms were not so clean, but usable.
The pepper prawn and egg biriyani had the best authentic flavours of South. The caramalized onions and the lavish dash of pepper made us drool every bite.

Wonderful zeeraha Samba biriyani in almost all varieties from chicken,mutton, naatukozhi to kadai, prawn and fish briyanis. Neat rest rooms and car parking facilities available.
Very nice place to have fantastic non veg food, Butter chicken, bbq chicken and tandoori is best in this place. Nann was so soft and parotta was too. Even veg options are there tried couple of times in this hotel and budget friendly hotel with good varieties in this surrounding must try it👌👍
Tried breakfast here. Eventhough the name doesnot have the typical Vegetarian Bhavan's name and since the name is Kannamma, the restaurant has all the vegetarian breakfast menu too.
Taste was equally good and price was not too expensive.
It has a decent parking lot and grand dining area. Good menu, good food - bit spicy for my taste and bit over priced.
today i entered in this hotel for eat some food. and i ordered some food. that was more delicious and so hot and fresh. especially mutton biriyani, i addicted for it. they have a clean and hygienic dinning hall, that is more attracted me. totally theni kannamma mess was really amazing hotel for tast

Stop over Theni for a dinner on the way to Madurai from Munnar. The thosai was the best meal after few days sightseeing in munnar. Pepper chicken gravy was yummy.
Very tasty food mutton Biriyani and Boneless chicken 65 Biriyani which my daughters and mom liked.... The waiting staff were friendly as well
