Comparing from Malabar side here price in some food are high. Masala dosa cost 63rs.in Malabar region it's 40 or 45rs
Lovely and legendary ICH at the MLA Quarters where you can order an ommellette by itself. Coffee was excellent and service again was alert and swift
Good ambiance to have a coffee. Open all days except Sunday . Open in all Hartal days
Mla hostel canteen is good. Reasonable price, for example meals at 50rs, that too chamba rice.. don't worry about quality, they serve the same food to MLAs also
One of the best coffee house in the City. This coffee house is situated in MLA quarters Palayam. So that there is a special room for MLA's. Public has also dine there. Clean and safe atmosphere for good food. Coffee and banana fry is one of the tasty iteam served there. Parking facility is available

Decent food at reasonable price. It is inside mla quaeters so not easy to find from road. Sbi and csb atms are nearby. The only problem that I found is the timings. They are unpredictable. Closes early in the evening. I think at 7:30pm. Also wont work on most of the holydays.
ICH is located inside MLA Quarters, Palayam, Thiruvananthapuram city.
Its nearby Kerala University campus and opposite to Kerala University Library block.
The building here are older ones with maximum facilities.
Parking is available but limited.
ICH serves usual dishes and is less spacious.

Bread omlette and lime juice my favorit .
Staff very well behaved and menu card is very pocket friendly.
Lunch ok but the rice they use isnt that good.
The only option in town to sit and have the traditional coffee. Warm service. Nice Cutlet, Masal dosa. My favourites are bread omlet, cold coffee and mint lime

Indian coffee house is a nice restaurant. They have variety of dishes. It's just near to MLA quarters and Kerala University.
The ICH is inside the MLA hostel complex. Normally, the security staff allow vehicles to go inside and park.
