A great dining experience with a large variety of veg and non veg dishes. Maintaining this good quality even with such a large variety needs special appreciation. The view from this pool side restaurant is amazing. A very well maintained garden adds to the mood. Very pleasing staff who were personally attending to the needs of each table. The cost is a bit high for a single meal, but for the kind of variety and ambience, it needs a special mention...
Great ambience. Has great views over pool. Breakfast spread was really expansive and good quality. Service is excellent. Serves both local and all other cuisines. Local food tastes authentic. Dosas, Appam and the kerala curries all were very authentic and great taste. Had a great experience.
Excellent multi-cuisine restaurant with a full spread. Local preparations are very good. A full laid out buffet is also a stand out. Can try local kerala plus conti plus italian or north indian. Great staff led by Pragati, Tanisha, Venkatesh and Krishna. Excellent service and very warm and courteous service.
It's a Taj property, and wouldn't disappoint you...food, service, ambience are all perfect...if you are lucky, you may also get treated to superb live music!

Jasmine Bay Restaurant is one of the restaurant in Taj Kovalam. The key attraction of this restaurant is that the restaurant is beside their pool area facing the beautiful Arabian sea. serene view. Soothing to your eyes and soul.
The staffs are very polite humble and supportive. I went their along with my 10month old to celebrate my husband's birthday. Staffs were more than ready to make my angel feel comfortable by getting her appropriate baby chair and cushions.
The food is as good as the view and the hospitality.

I am in awe of the food served by the Jasmine Bay, a multicuisine restaurant attaché with the Taj By Vivanta. The food served was very tasty and the ambience was very soothing especially the live music organized by the restaurant made our day more special. A high tea by the pool side will lift your mood instantly. The service provided by the staff is top notch and they take special care of the children. The prawns and the fish served by the restaurant is so delicious that one can eat endlessly. A great place amidst the greenery and backwaters to lit up a dull day!
Excellent Restaurant, Good atmosphere for stay here. Pool side restaurant. Amazing Lunch buffet. Very expensive. But taste is superrrb. We can saw Arabian sea nearly to the pool. Best customer service provided here. Food is excellent, yummy, very tasty. 👌🏻👌🏻
Food was fairly good, especially there buffet menu, they had variety of seafood options and cannot forget the delicious desserts!! Would definitely recommend this restaurant for a good brunch!!
What an experience, I perpetually had every meal in this cafe. Right from Indian to Asian to European.. Every meal was worth it. Being in Taj I didn't expect it to be so light on pocket. Top class service, highly soft spoken staff, loads of pampering and the pool side cafe that it is overlooking the sea at the distance through the middle of coconut trees across the pool. Sunday brunches are lavishly laid out. Can be little sticky not being air-conditioned but it's worth every bit of what you eat there and every penny you spend there. Go Taj!!!
Amazing Indian food. And the ambience was great beside the pool overlooking the sea. Chef ensured that I enjoyed the meal.
Awesome place . Very good ambience , nice service and very good place .We had ordered tandoori veg platter , fried rice and steak. The place had good views as well.
