Food was good. The famous kethel’s chicken is tasty. At the same time bit expensive compared to other restaurants. Also to get access to the restaurant is difficult. Parking is not near

A Very Nice Experience. The menu is Chicken Fry, Ghee Rice, Wheat bread(Chappathi, Wheat bread), Chicken Gravy, Spice-less lemon pickle, Onion Raitha and Pappad (fryems). One serving of chicken is 8 pieces ( two legs, two hands and four breast pieces). The one and only rice item is Ghee Rice made of pure Basmati rice. Other item is Roti or wheat breads which are cooked without oil free. Only chicken fry available here. The chicken used in this place is specifically bought from Namakkal in Chennai. Ghee used in Ghee rice is in moderate. The spices used here are specially prepared in this place. The spices are not bought from the market. The spice less lime pickle and Onion Salad in curd are super. Only very less oil is used in chicken fry. Chicken pieces are fried in slow cooking method. Courteous service is a speciality. Reception is Good. There is wait here normally. Food is served here in plantain leaves. Sweetened lime juice is another speciality. I am a regular visitor to this place for the last 50 years. For me, this place is Quite Nostalgic.

Kethels chicken fry is a must try in tvm. It's very spicy and the combination with chapathi , lime juice and lemon pickle is legendary. The service is quick and it's mostly crowded at all times as the seating capacity is very very less.

Chalai Rahmaniya Kethel Chicken. The authentic one. I had it from their calicut outlet and plamood outlet but none of that matches the original taste. 8 pieces chicken fry, 5 chapatis, gravy, lemon pickle and lemon water is the minimum order. Which costs you 210 rs. Remember this is cash only outlet. Around 20 seats available. Try it once. You will love it.

This place is worth visiting once for trying their Kethel's chicken fry which is not so super spicy but super tasty for anyone to ask for a second round. The menu is limited with either chappathi or ghee rice along with chicken fry or liver fry. Liver fry felt average with the sane masala coating. They also serve unlimited lime juice. The place is cobgested and parking will also be an issue since the hotel is inside the market. The price is on the higher side which averages from 250-350 per person.

This place is famous for its kethel chicken fry which is small spring chicken. They have only chapathi ghee rice and chicken fry. And they serve unlimited lemon juice. Ghee rice was good. The chicken fry tasted ok but not upto the expectation. It's just for the experience. Place is neat and clean but limited seats. It's always full so u have to wait to get seat.

Recently visited the shop and the food was up to my expectations . If you are looking for dining option, the hotel has very less easting capacity and you might have to wait for a minimum of 15 minutes to find a seat even during weekdays. Food was served hot and tasty. We tried their liver fry as well, which was good.

This restaurant is located inside Chalai bazaar, so better to park your vehicles inside Gandhi park and walk to the spot. This place is famous for its Kethels chicken fry, served along with chappathi and ghee rice. The chicken smells and tastes really good as it is being friend in coconut oil. You get lemon pickle, gravy and lime juice with this. The dine in space is small but they've maintained it clean.

Visited the place at evening.. had just 8 pieces of chicken without chapattis... Probably one of the best chicken fry i have had from trivandum... The masala made of red chillies is just amazing!! It is a must try for all who wanna try out food from trivandum.. parking is a problem as the shop is within the chala market.. also seating capacity is limited which may not be a problem unless you visit during peak hours
