A great overall experience, and I won't hesitate to visit again for another dose of sugary bliss.
Absolutely delighted with my experience at Paul's Creamery! The caramel latte was rich and aromatic, while the Brownie Fudge Sundae was a divine treat. The flavors were exceptional, and the service was top-notch. A definite 5-star recommendation!
One of the best sweet spots in Trivandrum. Costly place. But it's worth it. In-house ice creams as well as waffle combos are lovely. They provide good cheesecakes. This is a cozy place. And the staff is gentle and warm. They assist you very patiently. One problem you could face is that they only have a limited space for parking. I went on a Sunday and the shop was crowded.
Pretty expensive but absolutely worth the price. The salted caramel cheesecake is divine, to say the least. Lotus biscoff ice cream is also a must try. The place is not recommended for its ambience. Too congested.
Visited Paul’s creamery in June 2023 ; a very nice place for exceptionally tasty waffles, ice creams and pastries. The pastries are very fresh and tasty, but slightly expensive. It is a very cozy place with limited seating. But you can always hang around outside. Good for family and friends’ groups.
Recently visited after hearing a lot about this spot, and it was worth the hype, The ice cream was creamy and rich, with a wide variety of options to choose from after tasting it.
The staff was attentive and helpful making the experience even more enjoyable. I particularly enjoyed their special Cloud 9 waffle combo with the icecream. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming.Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a sweet treat

Their waffles are really mind blowing - the best in tvm, no doubt about that. N the cheesecake n the caramel one are just 🤤- thinking of it makes me drool. Love it all.

We tried different items from the waffles and ice-cream range and all were pretty good. Definitely visiting them again.
One of the best ice cream outlet in Trivandrum. Located near to the kowadiar palace. Nice ambiance and nice varieties of ice creams. The staffs are very professional, they explain every ice cream to the customers and they provide free tasting samples. On our demand they also add required additional ingredients. They deliver ice cream in short time. The chairs and desks are very unique and they also provide special ambian lights, that’s really amazing in night view. Must try chocolate and mango ice cream varieties. Only thing I don’t like about them is parking space maximum 3-4 cars can park in front of the shop. So more customers needs to park along the sides of road and that make’s little congestion on road.

The best creamery in the town. Their salted caramel cheesecake is a must try. The ambience and the seating arrangement is also nice.
At last... Never been here till now though this has been known for a long time. A good hangout place with friends and family, especially with kids. It was a buzz inside it because of the kids playing around. Ice cream samples will be provided for tasting. Good to decide on which one to pick if you haven't made up your mind already.
We tried the Chocolate Nirvana (Mud cake, 2 scoop vanilla icecream, roasted peanuts, whipped cream, cherry and chocolate sauce) and Cloud 9 (Waffle, Ferrero Rocher Ice cream + Honey and Nutella). Both were good.
They have a wide variety of icecream and we tasted chocolate my son was overwhelmed with the quantity. But with the taste part of it was too good but not excellent. I tried the cheese cake i kind of liked it. And when we tried the waffle bit of salt and caramel taste into it. The place suggested by my friend who lives in Thiruvananthapuram. I liked the concept of good parking space which we found little hard to find in the city. It can be better.
A good place for your sweet tooth 😁 also a very nice ambiance. Had the cloud 9 waffles ( instead of honey i asked them to give chocolate sauce and the sauce itself was yummmm😋) and dark chocolate waffles. Loved both. Also tried their newyork cheesecake and chocolate cheesecake which we felt was just ok. Also had their vanilla cake which was again yummy.. overall i loved the waffles more and if ever i come to tvm again will definitely visit again. Also we ordered the fudgy brownie and salted caramel brownie for takeaway.. fudgy brownie being our favourite. The waffles are definitely the star 🌟
