The place is the best to have Italian food kn Trivandrum. Absolutely loved the alfredo macaroni pasta. The sauce is just rich with flavors. There's lot of quantity and is totally worth the money you spend. The service is really good. Totally recommend this place.

One of my favourite place for the Italian cuisine was again the destination this time as i was going along that side and was already in a mood to have some Italian culinary excellence and there i was in "Supreme Uppercrust" restaurant in Kuravankonam, Trivandrum... this place always creates the mood to be in love with the food even more... .
Okay now to decide on the menu and after heavy brain storming(the usualđ ) decided on Pasta Carbonara Ham(sphagetti with beef ham in bechamel sauce with parmesan cheese) and paprika potato and passionfruit iced tea... and to try out the veg option went with another Pasta Fusilli with green pesto(fusilli pasta with spinach , olives, walnut etc in basil sauce)....

The carbonara ham was amazingly awesome and the cheese and the pasta melt down the palate and was something mesmerising and somehow the proverb(now) made perfect sense to the tastebuds... the paprika potato was okayish and the fusilli with green pesto was incredibly awesome the walnuts made it even more enticing... the passion fruit iced tea calmed well too.

I am eternally grateful to my husband for taking me to Upper Crust because thatâs when I knew what unequivocal love truly is. I have never felt this way before until Upper Crust wowed me to jelly. Upper Crust is one of the best restaurants in Trivandrum. The food here is to die for, especially the beef burger, itâs so delicious. Most places donât get their potato wedges right, but upper crustâs peri peri potato wedges were insane and I donât even like wedges that much. The frappes here are probably the best Iâve ever had, theyâre so yummy and have got the perfect consistency. I would highly recommend upper crust to anyone who is visiting Trivandrum or lives in Trivandrum. I was only in Trivandrum for around 4 days out of which I went for a meal to upper crust on 3 days because I loved the food and everything including the ambience about Upper Crust. Theyâve also got some delectable desserts. Theyâve got everything, itâs a must visit.
Probably the only decent eating option for a continental/American meal. Has a good range of options, the ambience is on point. Overall it compares to a similar eatery in a metro city.

The ambience is the first thing that comes to my mind while writing this review, everything fronm the burgers to the soups are a treat for the taste buds but what took me away was the macaroons.
They are worth it!!
I am a fan of this place. I guess this would be one of the only places in Trivandrum where you can get some 5star quality pastry in some really good affordable price. The food is also great! Everything is of supreme quality. Been here multiple times and will be visiting again for sure.

"Supreme" has established well in Kerala & has a goodwill of their own.So when they start a Continental restaurant cafe,heads are sure to turn,due to excitement.For me it was my brother-in-law's treat & he asked me what I preferred.Since,I love continental cuisines a lot,I opted for that & since its a Halal restaurant,he was the one who suggested "Upper Crust".So we have exactly one & a half hours to have our lunch & catch the 3pm train from the station.So we reached the place.Being a Sunday,wasn't that crowded & got seats ASAP.First things first..the parking space was limited,the ambience was quiet,seating was very comfy & the interior decoration was good.Was happy to see all kinds of pastries in the window shelf.We checked the menu & found out ,the only thing which was missing in the menu was the thin-crusted Pizzas,which is a usual thing in most of such Continental cuisine Restaurants & the prices were mercilessly high!!Well we ordered a BBQ Chicken Burger,a Chicken Fillet Grilled Sandwich,a Meditterranian Chicken from the grill,a Beef Bourguignon Platter & a Pot Roast Chicken in Chateaubriand sauce platter.Along with it,ordered a Chocolate Thick shake & Kiwi Mojito.The good thing was they didn't keep us waiting for long..within 15minutes,everything came on our table,in order.The presentation was excellent!!We started sharing from all & within a few minutes,felt like the chicken tasted the same in the burger,sandwich & the pot roast...nothing extra-ordinary!!& the beef steak was actually shredded & very less in quantity!!they charged a humungous rate for the steak,where as in other steak places in Kerala,they charge just the half of it & more in quantity too..no idea why they charge almost 600 bucks for shredded beef steak pieces in Kerala,where beef is available in plenty!(In cities like Chennai,Bengaluru etc,where Beef is not that much available,they charge just within 500 & if they charge huge amount,they provide large quantity of tenderloin steak,as well)...the taste was ok,but the pricing is injustifiable!!Finally,as the last nail on the coffin,ordered an Opera cake(which I thought would be soft & melting in the mouth like the ones we get in middle-east) & Chocolate Macaroons and was in dismay after tasting the Opera cake,since it was hard & tasted just normal...Finally,its a great place to flock with friends & family,great ambience,tasty food..but the quantity is not worth the money which we spent on...Too pricy!!...maybe,because its owned by Supreme!!..hmmm

Was rummaging google for a good burger in town and i came across this spot. Even though I'm a fan of their first venture "supreme all spice" i have never been here before. With all the pics and good reviews popping all over the web me and my friend decided to crash here for the now. We both ordered "ham bbq burger" {should have ordered different burgers to get a grasp of other versions}. Now the verdict even though i loved the burger there are a few points that i would have liked to different. Will start of with what i liked.
1) the bread, inhouse bread for sure 10/10
2) the beef and its flavour
3) wedges instead of normal fries, loved it
4) the freaking size of it.. Well done.
Now what i didn't like.
1) first off, the beef was good and well flavoured but the sweetness was bit overpowering. It should have been more balanced.
2) there were no add-ons, i would have loved extra cheese and egg on mine. There was not even lettuce in the burger. For me a burger should have a lettuce like a love in love story.
3) i was expecting a patty instead got pulled or shredded beef. The satisfaction a patty gives when you crunch it and munch it is indescribable.
All in all a good bite nonetheless. Thank you

My favourite place in Trivandrum. Just like any of the restaurants of the Supreme group, they are always consistent with quality of food. No compromises. I have been here so many times and have never been disappointed. Everything I have tried here - the macaroni, the platters, Norwegian salmon, burgers etc. were awesome. The sticky toffee pudding and the dark chocolate Mocha are a must try :)

One of the top premium restaurants in trivandrum. The platters are a bit over priced but the taste and quantity makes up for it.. pastas are good.. I recommend the Pasta arrabiata and the shepherds pie.

Fantastic taste, great portions and top quality meat. Add to this pleasant presentation and you have yourself a happy dining out experience. The deserts are literally the cherry on the icing at this small yet entirely satisfying cafe resto. Two thumbs up and more from me and my family!!
It's a great place to go for European cuisine and for their wonderful ambience. I'd recommend the Caesar Salad and their special grills; the Peri-Peri grill is undoubtedly my favorite. The beverages could do with some improvement.
The ambience of this place is good but a little congested and the food is on the pricier end. But in my opinion the food served here and the way they serve it is unique to this place. It's rare to find such good restros in Kerala.

Extremely delicious food. I had Mediterranean grill, I must say it was one of the best chicken I ever had, and they serve potato wedges with mayo which are again crispy and freshly made. Fusilli with green pesto is a good tasty cheesy pasta - for anyone who is in a mood for veg, and for sides we had herb roasted, again 5 on 5!
Also, with both pasta and grill they serve this extremely cute mushroom shaped garlic bread.
Lastly their ambience, service, food presentation everything is just perfect!!

Been there twice and have had their smoked salmon sandwich,beef stroganoff,sticky toffee pudding and hot chocolate .The beef stroganoff was my fav amongst all the meat was well cooked ,tender and complimented the butter rice really well .Pretty good ambience though a bit pricey .Will try out their macaroons next time

Fine dining is definitely taking the 'gulf returnees paradise' by storm ! Probably realised the potential to tap here. And thank god for that.
While the carnivore within me is in rapture at the many Arabic meat joints around town, it's good to compose oneself to have an exclusive dining experience once in a while.
Upper crust with its regal bearings, polished wood and gold crusted edges seems snooty to the casual observer , in reality the name stands testament to the arduous journey they have toiled to serve the delicacies they do currently.
Certainly not put off by the general consensus or the ignorance of gourmet meals, the CHEESECAKE is a delight to the soul. The pistachio nuts that form the base, the delicate cream cheese centre, the thick berry jam interspersed layers, the thin as an eggshell crust..just the memory of it transports me to another realm.
I unabashedly proclaim this to be THE BEST CREAMCHEESE CAKE in the Indian subcontinent ( I have travelled widely and I will testify to this ) Mumbai fine establishments take heed to this flower that is blooming unseen. They certainly have risen from the depths of obscurity to the echelons of greats.

This place is a definite go for the foodies. Each and everything we tried was perfect.
The must haves here are - Caesar Salad, Hash Browns, Macroni Alfredo, Chicken Ham Sandwich, Grilled Lamb Burger, Classic Grill Chicken and Supreme Sizzler.The ambiance is nice, very cozy. The staff is really courteous and we even met the chef and thanked him :)
Situated on the main road Upper Crust is easy to find..!! It has a nice and clean ambience..!! But the seatings could have been a bit more planned and better..!!
The bakery of this place is great..!! They have all sorts of breads and pastries ...!! The breads are fresh and it adds an extra taste to the Sandwiches..!! The beverages which was tried was also good..!! Could have improved the salad though as it had an insane amount of veggies and the ratio with the meat was not proper..!!

Hands down, my favorite restaurant in Tvm. My go to dish is the beef medallion. They'll cook it to your liking, and the sauce is actually flavorful, not like the usual 'brown sauce' you get in other continental restaurants here. Another of my favorites is the seafood chowder soup. Creamy, thick and oh so delicious! One more thing to mention is their selection of cakes. Their black forest is not your regular chocolate cake and cream concoction, but a decadent chocolaty delight. Also love their chocolato crunch, pear caramel and bourguignon cheesecake.
One could easily say that Upper Crust has set a benchmark. Be it their Soups, Pasta, Salads, Sandwiches or Burgers, even pastry, they are one of the best in town. Their top notch service and interior ambience adds up to the satisfying experience. Located in one of the celebrated food localities of the city it is easily accessible.

The classy and sophisticated restaurant/cafe in the city. The interiors are great and the location is really popular among the foodies. We ordered the Tuna Sandwich and the Mozzarella & Pesto Sandwich. For drinks we chose the cold coffee and blue lemonade (which I think the name on the menu is different). The food was good and the ambiance adds the extra flavour to your food.
Supreme Upper Crust offers a plethora of Continental dishes for us TVMites out here. They never cease to amaze when it comes to their top notch presentations. Their dishes in general can be considered pricey but that is easily overshadowed by the fine dine experience and ambience, the restaurant provides. Do try it out.

Love the ambience, service and food. Their menu is eclectic and has choice dishes from various cuisines. The standard of food served is really good. You can feel that the ingredients they use are fresh and of high quality in the taste itself. Quantity is more than enough. Overall, though the price is on the higher side, the food and the ambience justifies it. I just wish it was a bit bigger in size because it feels cramped when full.

One of my absolute favourite places n yes they serve one of the best burgers in trivandrum ( grilled lamb /beef ) , extremely good service too n donât forget to try there cheesecakes , its just yum
I had brunch here with my niece. I had chicken fajita with a tortilla and an espresso. The fajita was on the sweeter side with a taste of ketchup, otherwise ok. My niece had an Irish cream cappuccino and a smoked salmon sandwich which were nice. Everything is on the costlier side.
We loved the Beef medallion .
Shrimp pasta was also great, though a bit heavy due to the cheese.
For desserts we tried -
Japanese torte (coffee+white chocolate : similar to Tiramisu but I liked this better than the Tiramisu's I have tried);
and Pistachio with raspberry - they were refreshing.

Nice ambience and good service, however the foods were average. I had beef stroganoff and paprika potatoes. It was a little expensive but taste was average. Good thing about the place is in prime location.

Located in a prime area this eatery boasts dishes with all sorts of names and tastes. The taste part is generally good. The ambience and the crowd is fairly upper crest. There is parking for about two cars with ample space on the road. Generally getting space to park would be a task during hours in the evening.
Consistent delicious food, in a cafe reminiscent of European bistros. Beautiful ambience, woodwork and hospitality is good.
Great desserts, consistent in taste, quantity has come down with time. Salads, hamburgers have been good. Mixed seafood platter is another great dish.
