FOOD AND THE QUALITY WAS VERY GOOD, UNFORTUNATELY DUE TO THE CURRENT SITUATION ALMOST EVERY RESTAURANT TASTE AND QUALITY BECAME OKEY OKEY ,BUT STILL ALMOST ALL THE CUSTOMER ARE WAIT FOR THE OLD QUALITY NOT QUALITY, QUANTITY ALSO MATTERS (THE SIZE OF THE KERALA PARRATA BECAME SMALLER COMPARED TO THE OLD ONE, KERALA PARRATA WAS FAMOUS AT YOUR PLACE ) HOPE EVERYTHING WILL BE BACK TO NORMAL SOON. AND VERY SATISFIED WITH THE TASTE OF THE FOOD. THANKYOU

We Had buffet dinner at Zam zam ymr, it was very delicious and quantity was also sufficient. Crowedy place but good to have meal hear, must try.
The food is just marvellous over here. Especially the waiters who are incredibly warm and professional. I love the fact that they don’t waste food in this joint. The fish fingers are to die for. Well my husband can’t stop himself from ordering the fish fingers every. single. time. Taz James
Excellent food.. especially the combo(1/2 shawai, 1/2 alfam, 1 broaster, 3 porotta 4 crushers ) was affordable. If you going as a group of 10 or more go to majlis sofa. It's give u a private atmosphere with Arabic touch... Great taste and we'll experienced staffs... Worthy to take a look back again...
They are one of the best in town. Here they have “Zam zam dosa hut”, “Zam zam Bun cafe” all under one roof.
They have some of the best chicken varieties. Specially Alfahm, Shawayya, Tandoor and Broast.
We can have different set of platters according to our requirement.
The food is really delicious. Having wide varieties and keeping quality and hygiene is a difficult thing but they come out as a winner. Their service is also commendable.
They have different varieties of desserts as well. So this makes it a definite place to go. It will be a complete package for sure...

This is the best zam I have ever been.This is kind of busy place but its worth the wait.The taste of meen polichath and malabari chicken still tickle my taste buds.This is far good compared to calicut zamzam.A hygenic pocket friendly corner to taste few authentic recipes.

Zamzam restaurant is another famous restaurant in tvm mainly known for Arabic cuisines. I ve been hearing a lot about it especially the 'Shawaya Chicken' or Shawai Chicken you get here. In this basically chicken is cooked by it's own oil which btw makes it bit more tastier. Healthy wealthy people can see this as a zeal meal because it is a zero cholesterol recipe. Finally I did tried it and the chicken was perfectly grilled and tender. The marination over the chicken was evenly cooked and tasted good. But the kuboos that was served along with it was pretty disappointing, it was half cooked as I felt it was bit damp and cold which something they should look to correct.
Also they had some new additions to the menu (on the grills) and I tried their Peri Peri Chicken. This one wasn't great as I felt the marination wasn't cooked well. The taste wasn't that exciting I felt and it could have been better. The ZamZam feeling didn't Zam through me 🙄
Highly recommended especially if you like arabic food . Always crowded but gives good service and importance to the customer which is not the norm in many restaurants in trivandrum . Their combo food is real value for money . I have visited the place around 100 times and always liked it except i dont like crowds when i eat . But i think good food attracts crowds . parking is difficult so ideally go by bike or uber . Their bun cafe is nearby so lots of dessert options nearby after a good meal at the restaurant . I dont like their paratha however .

Three years in kovalam, and this was the best place to grab good north-indian food. Have so many memories in this place. Used to visit this restaurant every weekend.
Best thing was their chicken Shawaya. This dish is their speciality, will recommend to you all, do try this chicken.
Zam zam have a good collection of Desserts, shakes, coolers and juices. So, its a restaurant, where you can get a complete course. Prices are very normal, and very student friendly. People visiting Trivandrum, do visit this place.
They also have a Zam Zam outlet, which serves continental food. I love their Rosemary Chicken steak.
Absolutely fantastic food and even better service! The staff on the phone was extremely kind and patient (keeping in mind I don’t speak Malayalam)

If you’re in Trivandrum, East or West - Zam Zam is the best. A perfect place which makes you satisfied with their food and customer experience. Their Chicken Shawaya is the best among the menu. Al Fahm, Sizzlers are also great ones to try out. You’ll definitely be their repeated customer since the food you ate are worth for the bill you paid. Not a wow factor in curries section but they’ll not disappoint you since it has better taste. Cool Blue Mojito is their best Mojito.

Mainly busy serving their barbeque and shaway. Both these are really great. And most of the dishes are good. But the place seems crowded evening specially weekends. So better go in weekdays.

First experience and it was great. We tried their signature Butter Cookie Bun which was too good and recommended. And the 7inch pizzas are freshly made and as instructed they made it spicy both the veg and non veg option. One of best things is the ambience at this place. Apt for lil catch ups with group of friends and family. Finally value for money!
Really nice food. A great place to chill with friends. Variety of cakes and other things available.its good for a get together. The prices are not too low. Then also the food is worth it.we bought a variety of things from there.we also bought a burger from there but forgot to take photos.
Went to Zam Zam Bun Cafe with my sister because she recommended it. She told me that it's famous for its buns and their varieties. Upon entering, the ambiance was excellent, with well-cushioned seats and cozy lighting.
We ordered Beef Lasagna, Cream Cheese Bun, Pineapple Lemonade, and Lychee Mocktail. The Cream Cheese Bun was incredibly soft and fluffy, filled with cream cheese. The Beef Lasagna was also perfectly made. The drinks were delightful. The service was good, and parking is available. The wash area and restroom were clean. I highly recommend it.
One of the best restaurant with great ambience and quality food. We tried their lotus Biscof shake, Arrabbiata pasta, Beef Lasange and their signature butter cookie bun, nutella bun and chocolate lava bun.
Lotus biscof was rich with delightful flavor-it was really worth it and i would really recommend it. Pasta and Lasange was also good, I would opt for chicken Lasange rather beef. Perfect place to chill out with family and friends peaceful atmosphere, friendly customer service.
We've tried passion fruit mojito, chicken club sandwich, oreo shake, sizzling brownie with ice cream and classic kunafa.
They are all delicious, and I love their kunafa most!
Visiting bun cafe for the nth time, we tried some healthy meat ball soup and chicken sausage hot dog and dilli chai for this time.. The food tasted really good with best quality. Especially I became a fan of healthy meat ball soup and definitely going to share about this dish to my friends circle

I ordered for a shawaya and it was not at all well cooked and it was like chicken piece taken from chicken curry, while I informed them about the same they told me to eat and check it will be well cooked. I expected a better response from their side.
Zam Zam in City is an exceptional restaurant. The food is delicious, and the service is top-notch. The ambiance is inviting, making it a great place for a meal with friends or a special date night. they're simply superb
Tried their honey al-faham and beef tenderloin steak. Both were delicious. Had to wait a little, but the wait was totally worth the taste.
