Their food quality is amazing but not all items are value for money.
I love their cakes because they are not overly sweet nor unnecessarily loaded with cream or icing. Their ethnic snacks are outstanding - ada, kozhukkatta, vattayappam- just to name a few. But yes, sometimes it does feel like they are charging way too high. But of course, I am one of their regular customers because you don’t always find such quality and taste elsewhere.

I had tried scotch egg, meat roll, vattayappam, chicken sandwich, crazy chicken bun, chocolate pastry and all were absolutely fabulous. Their spaghetti chicken bake n chappathi chicken kuruma were of top notch quality. But quantity wise a lil bit small. I would say the best among their cake items is Dulce de leche cake.... * yummy*

Their cakes are my personal favourites. It tastes rich in butter. They don't substitute ingredients with cheap alternatives like most others.
Pricing is also very reasonable considering the quality offerings.
Unusually, their products still tastes as good as they were - in their initial days. I am a regular visitor for over a decade.
Service is also very good. It's a family run business. Mostly it's their family members who attend you.

The best place to get tasty and healthy homemade foods. Their service and ambiance are special and very loving. They have wide range of cakes, especially custom made cakes for all occasions(yummy! chocolate cakes). I must say they're my all time favourites for any occasion. It's been a long time since I've been their customer and always a pleasure to be one.
Their service is really good, as always. Banana cake we ordered was too sweet, probably because of the icing.

Seating is available for 10-20 people at a time. I recommend to visit early evening so that you get the best choices. Parking space for 2-3 cars available. A bit crowded at peak time. Easily visible from main road. Located in the city near Pattom. Easily accessible. Nothing extraordinary though.

Very nice outlet with nice tempting ladies to buy the stuff on sale 😁. I mean no harm but the taste of the product is enhanced by their presence until you find that the final order is fulfilled by a very senior person😁 😁. Bought chicken puffs, Punjabi Samosa and plain croissant. Can't understand why they cannot keep butfer croissant along with cheese croissant. My wife hates cheese croissant and so I have to visit lulu mall every week to get butter croissant. Have to drive a long way every week and hope and wish that this outlet keeps butter croissant and save my commuting time an also the idiotic parking charges of lulu mall. Pricey, but priceless, the bakehouse has outgrown every other delicatessen in the city.
Famous for their classic chocolate cake and white chocolate mud cake, the bakehouse has some of the most unique and unparalleled products in the city. They've pooled in the crumby butter cake, the solid chunk of jackfruit halwa and many more munchies. A tea/coffee counter in a corner gives out the legendary French press coffee and other beverages. The aroma of fresh coffee grounds fill up one's nostrils while in the bakehouse. An arrangement of tables at one end is for munchers to sip over a cup of coffee and snacking over a morsel.
A few years back, at a time when every other bakery was content with their dried out nibbles and more show than substance, Square one introduced the city to a whole new level of bakes. Ever since then, the bakehouse has seen every native drop anchor at the place. Today the bakery has outgrown in décor and quality. Surviving for more than a decade now, the store has established its roots firmly in the capital and expanding to the outer edges. It raised enough eyebrows to cope the next wave of generation.
Prices are exorbitant, but for some, it is never too much for the uniqueness offered.
