Stopped by this place one morning to buy breakfast. We ordered Idlis, Vada and Ghee Dosa which came packed with ample quantities of sambar and coconut chutney. A plate of idli contains three pieces and are fairly large in size. The dosas were absolutely delicious and crisp, and the vada with coconut chutney was lip-smacking.
The immediate space after entry has about a dozen tables and can feel a little crowded, especially when all tables are occupied. However, service is fast and the wait staff are attentive.
Note that as the restaurant is right by the road, and without dedicated parking, it can be a bit of a hassle to find parking space.
Everything was good.
We visited the ac restaurant downstairs. Service was quick and they have only limited menu.
Very customer friendly and fast service. Only downside : not wheelchair accessible place and bit crowded place at the front section. Rate are moderate and food is tasty.
This can be your go to restaurant for masala dosa. Food quality was satisfactory I would say. This restaurant is family friendly so you can definitely go here with your family. Considering the price they are charging the interiors can be improved.
When me and my partner lived in Trivandrum this was our favourite place to eat. So affordable, so tasty and the service was always quick. We loved it here!
Ariya Joythi Hotel provides an experience that leaves much to be desired, primarily due to its lackluster ambiance. Upon entering, the atmosphere fails to captivate, lacking the warmth and charm expected from a quality establishment. The decor appears outdated, contributing to an overall uninspiring environment.
The lighting within the hotel seems inadequate, casting shadows that further diminish the already subdued ambiance. The choice of colors and furnishings lacks cohesion, resulting in a disjointed feel throughout the space. This inconsistency in design contributes to a sense of neglect, making it challenging for guests to fully immerse themselves in a pleasant atmosphere.
Additionally, the choice of background music seems mismatched, failing to enhance the mood or create a relaxing ambiance. The lack of attention to these details detracts from the overall guest experience. Improvements in lighting, decor, and music selection could significantly elevate the ambiance and transform the hotel into a more inviting space.
While the hotel may excel in other aspects such as service or amenities, the subpar ambiance is a noteworthy drawback. Addressing these aesthetic shortcomings would undoubtedly enhance the overall appeal of Ariya Joythi Hotel, making it a more appealing choice for guests seeking a well-rounded and immersive stay.
I have gone to this restaurant to dine in dinner. We ordered 2 masala dosa 1 plain dosa 1 poori masala and 1 lime juice. And all the cost was only 290/- . Food is also good for this budget.
It is a pure vegetarian restaurant in between Kesavadasapuram and Pattom. The poori masala, dili, vada, dosa items are really tasty here. We have also tasted the meals for lunch earlier which was also quite good. The beverages like tea and coffee are up to the mark. The staff are polite and well behaved. The have good seating capacity to accommodate the customers during busy hours. The restaurant, dining table and wash area were clean and tidy. The price of food items were reasonable. They don't have dedicated parking facility. It is usually pay and park along the roadside. They accept both cash and card payments. It is place where you can take your family for vegetarian dining.
Average Tamil style restaurant with a limited menu. Food is ok and price is moderate. Parking is on road and it's chargeable by corporation.
Clean place. Food is satisfactory. Affordable price. In my recent visit I felt that the their quality and taste went down compared to the same few years ago.
Good restaurant. Decent food and good, quick service. The only problem is lack of parking space.
