I visited this place with my friend. We had Fish Chattichoru, beef varattiyath and Porotta. The beef was cooked well and tasty, but the chattichoru did not meet my expectations. The restaurant's interior looks as if its a airplane hanger. Differently set ambience and good customer service. 'ഏലിയാമ്മ' chicken certainly passes the grading parameters. Has got a spacious parking lot.

We tried chicken biryani, beef biryani and chutta kozhi biriyani , among these beef biryani was best, chicken biryani was okay, but other biriyani could have been better.

Very good restaurant nearby highway with ample parking space. A flight is designed inside the restaurant, and dining is also possible. Malabar style cuisine is main, and other styles are also available. Neat and clean. Well maintained. Enough hand wash and washrooms. Overall, good 👍.
Overall the food was good. Must try their pineapple raw mango salad and butter chicken. My favourites. It's just the furniture can be improved as they are quite old and uncomfortable.

Thakkaaram Restaurant offers excellent service and an extensive range of delicious dishes. The cuisine is expertly prepared and beautifully presented. The ambiance at the restaurant is truly delightful, making it a fantastic destination to visit.
This has been my usual eating point enroute Kollam Trivandrum. Ideally located besides the NH, towards Trivandrum direction. Specialised in Malabar dishes.
Theme of restaurant is like a hangar, with an aeroplane parked inside. Seating and tables are arranged inside the plane also.

Ambience and place is good. Spacious parking, good staff.. food is average, but palatable.
Good ambience, Better taste, usual wait time (10-15mins), good varieties for non veg dishes, less ones for veg, reasonable prices. Enough parking space, kids play area.

One of the best restaurants around. Serves tasty north Kerala and Arabic dishes. Dining space set inside an airplane model is quite attractive and unique. Enough vehicle parking space.
They have a great menu Kerala menu. But consistency seems to be an issue. Ordering the exact same thing different times gets different results.
