Saarangi fine dining is one of the good options to have dinner/lunch along with family on tirumala hill top. We have ordered Idli, masala dosa,Vada, veg fried rice for dinner. All items tasted nice . Food portion/quantity looked less. As the restaurant was full and crowded, service bit degayed. Good place neatly maintained. Cc ar parking available. They accept cash/UPI. They don't accept card payments.
This Saarangi fine dine restaurant is located uphill on tirumala right opposite of the Annaprasadam counter of tirupati temple, Went there for breakfast and lunch. Both time, it was quite a nice experience. When I went for Breakfast, they have usual menu like dosa , idly , poori etc and the quality of food and test is good . We ordered a masala dosa and a plate of poori and asked for Carrot Halwa with Ice Cream . Dosa and poori is good but the carrot halwa with ice cream doesn't comes with a ice cream (i don't kno why the put that on the menu tho ) Afternoon, I went for a lunch and find our that the thali or meal is too over priceed 240 for a single thali that too you can't share with your family or friends that is not expected . Service is little slow. Food is above average but since there are not many better hotels around, we will have to live this hotel as it is a moving crowd in Tirupati and not many repeat customers, I guess they don't care for proper service! The variety of tea is one plus point if you want to take some rest and energy before entering to the Darshan que you can visit and have a sit there , the ambiance inside is good π one can really relax with family or friends , try avoiding on weekends as tirupati temple is too much crowded on these days so the restaurant also get very crowded and you have to wait for a table to get vacant . Overall a nice experience you can visit once when you are traveling to Tirupati Balaji, thank you ππ
Good place to eat in tirumala. Very good food available here vegetarians like to eat here very good service very pleasant atmosphere need to wait at the peak times but so fast service. We can go via tarigonda vengamamba annadana satram to east gate easily to restaurant.
The best option to have food in Thirumala (Tirupathi) is Saarangi restaurant. The food really nice & the service was awesome. Saravanan and team goes beyond expectations and serve d food in friendly manner. Itβs worth to try and would recommend this restaurant strongly
Little bit on the expensive side. But quality-wise excellent. Good ambiance and service. South Indian thali meals was really good. Good variety and taste. Biriyani items had good quantity. 1 biriyani could be shared by 2.
All time favourite. They have moved to a larger location with great views. Saravanan made us feel like home, ensured everything was in place. Than Saarangi and Saravanan.
In general, we enjoyed the food and the ambiance. Despite a setback with finding hair in the idli, the staff swiftly replaced it with a fresh one. The prices are on the higher side, but they align with the food quality. Ample parking space adds to the overall positive experience.
It was the first time we have been here. The restaurant is really good. Food is very good and so is the service. We were with Saravanan table and he was outstanding. He was very kind and gave attention to every thawing we asked for. Great service and yes will definitely come back again. Kudos ππ»

After a long time relaunched this restaurant by Bengaluru people at this location. Observed that many people were confused with the same named restaurant near Nadakam guest house and giving ratings . Even when cab people were dropping at the wrong place when asked for Saarangi.Needed to specify particularly for SV rest house . Verify the arrow symbol logo before entering this restaurant. People were posted many pics related to that restaurant. This restaurant was very famous when it was in an old spacious area. They shifted to SV rest house after pandemic time. We had the same old taste at the new place.
One of the very few restaurants in Tirumala for having decent seated dining, but not a fine dining. There are both La Carte and buffet, and the buffet is not so recommended.
We visited late at night after our darshan when the restaurant was closing but as we were a group of 14, the owner made an exception for us. The waiter at that time was so helpful in providing us proper quality food even in that time and hats off to his dedication without getting frustrated due to overtime. He also assisted us in getting a table the next morning.
Overall a good experience at the restaurant.
