It's my final destination where I want to end up this birth. From my first entry in 2016 so far this almighty brought lot of changes in my life. Iam already searching property in that place if anyone had contacts can share to me.
Very relaxing place.
Try to reach by 9 am and visit main Shiva Temple. Them come to Ashram which is 1.5 km from temple. You can go for trekking up the hill and visit bhagwan's meditation hall and virupaksha cave. Have a stick while trekking to avoid monkey charge on for food. Buy some books.Attend evening prayers and head back home.

Such a cool atmosphere...and there are many peacocks and black monkeys 🐒. Such a silent place to visit.
This ramanuja aashramam will have your hearts. And it's as beautiful it is. No words to say about the place.....it's cool and fantastic ❤️❤️.
You can just walk peacefully there and your mind gets lost into the beauty of the place.

Calm, serene, devotional, spiritual etc., are some words that I get to my mind when we visited this Ashram. We were lucky to get their GH rooms so we stayed in their guest house which are located in the opp. street from Ashram.
The Aahram is filled many peacocks which go around along with humans.
The Ashram served 3 meals for people who stayed in their GH. The meals were hot and tasty. The accommodation and food was free which was a great service.
The meditation hall, the prayer hall and the temple inside were good. We could also see the items used by Ramana Maharshi.
It was my 3rd visit to Ramana ashram in 2 weeks. Shri Ramana a realised soul is the founder of this ashram. Situated in a sprawling site it is a beautiful place with neat surroundings. One can meditate peacefully in the meditation hall. He was a lover of animals and he had a unique relationship with them. The tombs of Lakshmi his most revered cow, crow and others are in the compound. I was there during evening chanting of Bhagavad Geeta and hymns. It is so soothing to the soul. One must not miss the bookshop. Books about his life, Arunachala Girivalam, Bhagavad-Gita etc are found in Tamiil, English, Telugu, German, French Chinese and other languages are available. A place not to be missed if you are in Thiruvanamalai.
A place must for spiritual seekers...
Ashram will provide stay (including ashram food) for 3 days to 5 days for everyone if one writes to them in advance, which is detailed in their website.
During your stay, you can interact with the President of the Ashram to enlighten oneself.

Since it's a public holiday there was more people to visit. But still people can try maintain silence since most of people visit here come to get a peaceful vibe and positive energy. It would be great everyone maintain silence in every possible way . 🙏

Calmness and peace all over the place . This place is best for those who seek peace and happiness in their life . This place is filled with foreigners with smiling and beautiful faces who wish to seek Bhagavan's blessings . Stay here needs to be booked in advance of 3 months which they will provide based on availability. All the glories to Sri Bhagavan Ramana Maharshi.
One of the best place to visit in Tiruvannamalai. Very peaceful place where we can meditate.
Lot of animals (lion tail monkey ,dogs, cow, cat) and birds (peacock, Verity of birds)are there.
You can never have enough of this place. This is not a regular temple to visit with large groups for pleasure. Rather a place to contemplate and calm down. You'll need at least two three days to vibe with the place. You can see a number of people meditating and it is really soothing to just be. The book store is well stocked with books of different languages.
