A lovely cafe one might overlook while exploring town. It's a place with good music, a collection of games and books and a relaxed vibe.
Would recommend their sandwiches with the mushroom one I ordered prepared fresh in front of me and the filling was not only refreshing but had great mouth feel combining soft and crunchy elements.
Menu on Zomato is outdated and needs to be changed. The only negative might be the limited seating space.
A good one to go for any time of the day.
Bon Appétit
I searched this cafe on Zomato and reviews were really good too. Besides, this was nearest to my hotel. Cafe is really good in terms of ambience and staff. We ordered pancakes and sandwiches for breakfast. It took little bit of time as they were preparing everything fresh but they were worth waiting. Do visit it once while your trip.
I could give this place a 6 star. Everything about the cafe is amazing. From food to drinks it is really lovely. The lady who runs the place and her son are such nice hosts. The suspend a meal program is too good. This is just one space where dogs are so comfortably allowed around the door so that they can rest
Also, it is a superb place for digital nomads like me.
So, my trip to Udaipur isn't gonna complete unless I review this place brutally. Just kidding! While loitering aimlessly on the streets of Udaipur I suddenly saw this cafe and both interior and exterior made me curious to visit the place. Eventually it became my everyday breakfast place. So I tried their cheese sandwiches, Sweet lime soda and white sauce pasta. Cooked in a light way, all the foods were superb in quality. Most interesting part was the interior (attached some pics) with quotes and all. Only one suggestion, considering mostly foreigner customers at the place they should consider keeping few tissue papers at washroom. That's it in a nutshel.
Went here on a Saturday night when we were randomly street shopping. Amazing place with great decor, games to have fun with, polite staff and good food! A must visit place in Udaipur!
Very nice experience. Cool cafe with good music. Food is good, but not exceptional. But for Udaipur, the quality is well above average. The vegan tea is exceptional. Sandwiches were ok. Happy to recommend on the whole.
Very colourful and cozy place for hanging out. Located in beautiful streets of Old Udaipur area and surrounded by attractive handicrafts vendors. One can even enjoy mesmerising lake view from Gangaur Ghat located nearby. Must try from the menu - pizza and red sauce pasta along with chocolate shake.
I was walking down the streets of Udaipur on our way to city palace when I saw a board which says "Main samosa tu aloo" that was a small shop and the board atttracted me,while I was clicking a pic of it,right beside I saw a cute cafe named cafe satori and instantly wanted to check it out.
As you enter, you are greeted with lot of people, sitting and chatting, moving in you see few books, jenga and other stuff lied out on the table along with a space above for donating extra stuff, they also have a suspended meal and coffee on their menu which is so amazing!
Getting on the food,it was just superb. We decided on sticking onto the basics and ordered a cold coffee, pizza and garlic bread which was good.
A must visit place when visiting Udaipur and you won't regret for sure 😀
A little cafe run by a mother son duo. They serve good food and their guest interaction is amazing. Their best thing on menu is probably the pizzas and their chocolate brownie with ice cream. Do drop by for some brunch while in Udaipur.
Satori is one of my favourite cafés in Udaipur. It has maintained its taste since its inception. It never fails to amaze with the ambience. The ambience is backpacker-friendly and it's a cosy place to hang out. The management is lovely and I'd never ever get bored of Satori. Do visit.
Love the place, it’s cozy and nice ;) the nearby samosa place serves mac n cheese samosas and chai! Go for a nice evening snack and come back delighted 🌸
A tiny cute cafe dishing out some amazing coffee and finger food!
Visited in October, on my 4 day stay in Udaipur.
Loved the Irish coffee, thin crust pizza and Sandwich.
The owners are very warm and welcoming.
Full marks for service, ambience and food.
Seating is very limited but the place is extremely cosy.
Books, cards and few board games are there to kill some time and have a relaxed meal.
Situated in the middle of a busy road in the main city, this cafe is the cutest memory of our trip. Satori is a pretty cozy place with only negative point being the limited seating. The food here is amazing, we ordered the mocktails, sandwich and pizza --- all was flavoursome, made with heart and tasted yummy. Pocket friendly and cute place to chill when the heat of Udaipur strikes you! Must visit!
Just visited dis place #random. Cozy and nice place, nd a pleasing host cum chef, as per his suggestions I tried exotic sandwich and blazing punch pizza, turned out fabulous. Kudos to Cafe satori for relinquishing my foodie soul, Thank you!!
This place was one of the best places we went to in Udaipur. We had a brunch of sorts here and wanted to come back for every meal. We had fluffy nutella pancakes which were better than any other pancake I have ever eaten, a cheese and mushroom sandwich which was not bland but so flavourful that it brought out the taste of the mushrooms and complimented it beautifully. The espresso was very good and is a must try if you love coffee. The tea was also delightful, and overall I could find nothing bad with the experience. We got to lounge around in a place filled with trinkets from across the world, and it is smack dab in the middle of the tourist area.
Cute place run by a gentleman named Rahi. The cafe n owner both have beatiful meaningful name😊 I highly recommend this place.
They have some really unique concept to give back to society: suspended schemes for homeless n poor. They feel its better to feed the needy n give them the necessities rather than paying 'em cash. U can donate clothes n other provisions for poor. Also they have this suspended food n beverages which are nominal cost which u can order for the homeless n needy folks.
Must try this place
The ambience is quirky
They've good collection of books
The seating is comfortable to sit n chill with ur tribe
Food is good. He was kind enough to feed the hungry me even after his closing hours😊
Chai was massahallah 😋✔😍🤘🏽
Do try n lemme know if u liked it there.
We were looking for a place to chill and it's perfect for that!! All the games and books just add more fun!! This place is run by an aunt and she is very sweet and friendly !! You can have all the homely feeling here!!
Now coming to the food we didn't have that experience!!
We ordered ginger tea (not good) , fruit punch cooler ( nice), watermelon soda ( nice) and espresso Americano (okayish).
We had pizza and I didn't like it.
So it's a good place to hang out but food can be improved!!
Ps - Loved the lady owner!!
"Love and good coffee can fix things people ever imagined!"
Okay, so we were roaming through the narrow lanes of Chandpole, and bumped in Cafe Satori.
It's a very small cafe with warmth of love and coffee! 😍
It has been run by a lady - Reema. Her welcoming and generous nature added cherry on the cake. I am so fond of reading and the cafe is full of good-old books, some even so unique to find anywhere else!
There are few listings I need to highlight about the cafe, what makes it unique from every other one in the city:
1. The collection of books they have. Even one can leave the books there if wants, so that the others visiting café can enjoy their time.
2. The lady who runs the cafe have a very beautiful idea of handmade things and doing a bit from her plate to homeless people. She made earrings, postcards etc to be distributed at places or to children in need. People who are visiting the cafe can also make a contribution to it. One can also buy the jewellery and things and also I want to highlight that they made it from waste/recycled/upcycled stuff.
3. Also, there is an option to donate your meal or chai or coffee to one in need. There is a board they maintain to keep a track for suspended meals.
4. Limited menu, but one can get almost everything what needed to make a heart and stomach happy 🤩
5. Cosy sittings with the tiniest chess I have ever played in my entire life.
At last, I just wanted to say if you're in Udaipur and need a me-time place just to soak yourself in the calm amidst of the chaos of city, do visit this cafe.
And they support #NoPlastic 🌱
Amazing service and coffee, loved the concept of Suspended Tea(Maybe) where you pay for an extra tea that they offer to anyone who cannot buy it! I guess the Cafe is run by a Mother Son duo and both are very polite and humble! loved the ambience! A Must Visit
The ambience reminds me of a one small hideout where I would like to hide from all over the world. The food the ambience is so cozy and warm you will just feel as if you are at home...more of it the food menu is limited but don't go buy it, aunty and raahi can surprise you by their customizations they put into their food. In all whatever u order would be a lip smacking dish from the list...she even customizes food depending on the origin of a person so they love the food.. we had a pizza and then we ordered pasta which was not of my fav sauce but she made it and I are it all, and then pancakes and that too with vanilla ice cream...wow....I have never eaten a pancake like that in India... What a waffle and Belgium waffle people should definitely learn from her....in all too good .... So good that we were compelled to.go there even the other day and then we found peace..in all a palatemerising place to be at.keep up the good work.. forget to tell u juz move around each corner..it's all corners have a story to tell...just forgot to add

So much has been written about this place that I am wondering what I can add. Probably that it has one of the most positive vibes I have ever felt in any cafe or restaurant. And I enjoyed my pasta and iced green tea. And I wish I could have spent more time there. And made a personal connection :-)
Cafe satori, a pleasant cafe with limited seating area is a good option to visit for brunch. The thing which really needs to be appreciated is the generosity of the lady who runs the cafe. when I told her that I was there to give a birthday surprise, she helped me with balloons & happy birthday banner & made some arrangements accordingly.
We had white sauce pasta & coffee both of which tasted good.
If you are fond of reading books & prefer quite ambiance, this is the perfect cafe for you.
Amid the narrow lanes near City Palace lies this oh so urban cafe. A small outlet run by mom & son duo the place is quite impressive. There are books you can read and board games you can play while sipping your cuppa or digging into quick bites. I ordered a brownie with icecream and the taste was incredible. I also happened to spot Cinderella's shoes (pic attached).
Best food in town. Good games to pass your time while you wait or just have a conversation with people around. Made a new friend there. Thanks for having us Sam
Wonderful. Place.... Awesome pizzas and pastas. And one of the best Pan cakes......
Nice place to spend your day with a couple of friends.. has few books and games and music...
Also the family running the places is one of the sweetest...
And aunty cooks better than Sam.... Sam's good too though.
I liked everything about this little cafe in heart of the town ... literary everything .. owned by a family .. people were so friendly ... we asked them to suggest best out of their menu .. and we got this yummy Exotic sandwich (filled with goodness of exotic veggies and mayo), lichee smoothie ( yummy), we also tried their Veg cheese sandwich and cafe mocha and cappuccino... everything was great ! I was literally pleading to my husband to go back there for lunch.
Talking about ambience.. its not a huge set up .. but very welcoming and gives a feeling of peace, as soon as you enter that place. May be, because of the positive vibes you get from owners and all those plant ( i am crazy about them).
One can find this cafe filled with foreigners.
I would highly recommend this place !
This place takes you away from the noisy streets of Chandrapole. You can sip coffee and have some good vegan snacks. It's ideal for somebody looking to work quietly and the jazz music will be your lullaby.
Also, I loved this Pizza. It was pure comfort food. The owner Rahi is a warm host and can give you some interesting insights about Udaipur.
Cutest café in Udaipur!
Loved the vibe and the owners. So chilled and relaxing. Too bad I discovered it on my last day in Udaipur.
Be sure to stop by and enjoy this café.
A nice place to be with friends, Cafe Satori. It is actually one of my favourite cafes in town where in you can order a coffee or a pizza and enjoy it while reading books (they have a collection of foreign author novels) for hours. While visiting this place, one mostly finds foreigners & tourists in and around. This place is a must for all those who love cafes and books.
great food...lovely ambience...friendly staff...great service..love the coffee here..would highly recommend...worth the price-quality, quantity...
great ambience, very good service, food is amazing...very affordable and worth the price...being a big foodie will definitely recommend this place...
Satori wins an extra point for it's zen feel and for it's set up. Compared to the multiple cafes at Udaipur, this was a favourite. Endless amount of time can be spent sipping tea and reading a book from their make-do library.
Highly recommend to order their White Sauce Pasta.
Was there for just a coffee... A cold one... Which was very nice... Planning to go there to actually eat something & add value to this review... But for coffee you must visit... A nice & cozy place....
When we went they were out of food so we had dessert there. The cafe is great and the owner was fun to chat with. Pleasant place. They make you pull out chits with quotes on them after a meal. Wonderful.
It's a small place with decent ambience, the food is prepared according to international standards, so ask them to make food lil spicy to suit Indian taste, travellers n book readers can have a great time here as they've a small library of their own.
Food - 3/5

Just wanted to visit some new cafe in town and i choose satori. My decision was pretty good. A small place with amazing ambience and food. The service was soo fast it just took 10-15 mins.
Coming towards the taste it was very good.
They also keep lots of novels and travel magazines.
Situated...
The white sauce pasta is out of the world. Yummy, creamy and amazing. No words. The pizza was okay but the pasta is a must try. A very modern, friendly and new place. The ambiance is also good. With books and games to spend the time. Everything is made form scratch and tastes great. A must try.
Small cozy and a good place to nibble. We landed here for a quick breakfast, and were very happy with the food and service. The ordered items were veg and cottage cheese sandwiches with tea and coffee. The cook the owner prepared everything fresh in front of our eyes. As expected it came out great, the bread used was very good. Special shout to the friendly and always smiling staff.
A must visit cafe if you are staying in udaipur....the most chilled out, relaxing, laid back back place....good music...
And must say deliciously made food...everything on the menu here is a sure to taste...and very polite staff...they would go out of their way to make u feel comfortable...5 stars for sure !!!!
we found this small gem when we were really struggling to find a place a good bf place in udaipur. b4 sitting even i requested the folks at counter that we have plenty of time so please make everything from your heart and believe me outcome was really nice. we were damn happi eating their veg-cheese-grilled sandwich along with one ginger lemon mint green tea and once masala tea.
these all items were superb.
Bhavya and her brother are doing good job !
kudos for u guys carry on !
i cant forget a punch line outside their shop "u cant make everyone happy as you are not a pizza" hahahah very true !!
Good food. Good people. Very cosy. Especially liked it because it serves Pesto Pasta, my wife's favourite. Although it serves only vegetarian items, the owners were kind enough to direct me to some non vegetarian cafes.
Nice cozy imaginative and thought through ambience, with very delightful people running the place and making some amazing coffee. Definite must go for your coffee fix as well as visit for a differentiated experience.
Nice place. Litte space crunch. Tasty food. Non AC. You will love it if you like prefer non -ac. On road. It is not difficult to find.
Loved the owners! They were such nice people. They especially cooked an amazing pasta keeping in mind our preferences on a sultry afternoon in Udaipur when we went there super hungry after a long travel and hotel hunting. One should visit themselves to find out the warmth of the place. Be ready for surprises. :)Debarati Bhattacharya
This is a really cool place to hang out as it provides the best coffee even better than starbucks . I mean literally you should try one and is a place for cool one and to find peace antiques or just have chat with your friends you should visit here. great one !
Been here about four times. Great service, ambience and calm.
Have tried their teas (perhaps a little on the small side given their price), but their shakes and pastas are delicious! Good portions, too.
Plus they had filtered water and were happy to fill your bottle without asking - in fact, they couldve easily sold me a bottle of water, which shows their integrity to their customers.
Wifi worked fine, and they have a small library (sadly no book exchange yet, but maybe in future?).
They also offer a suspended coffee/tea service for the community.
Would come back for the ambience and service.
