I was recommended this place by a friend of mine. Located in the heart of Udaipur this place is on City Palace Road. I fell in love with the place as soon as I entered the ambience was lovely and staff was courteous. They had the mandatory sanitising & temperature check desk before entering the place. They have diffrent sections we choose to sit on the first floor. It has no great view as such but place is beatifuly done and great if you wanna sit across chill n talk to you friends. We ordered for White Pasta, Honey Chilli Potato, Cold Coffee Shake and Ginger Lemon Tea. We liked the food and drinks. Only thing the staff are little unattentive you have to keep looking for them to ask for things. Overall good experience and must explore place when in UdaiPur.

One of the best places in Udaipur .. came here for a meeting... stayed all day... amazing staff and food... they are keeping great care about hygiene during these covid times.. all the staff members were throughout wearing gloves and mask... they even check your temperature when you come in... I believe that is great... in terms of food, one can’t go wrong at Oladar... my favourites here were ferrero rocher shake and butter chicken... everything else was great too... if you are in Udaipur, you have to check this place out.

Visited this nice and cozy restaurant in March 2020, during a friends trip to Udaipur. We decided to grab lunch before visiting the City Palace, and this place was an instant selection from a quick Zomato search.
From the scrumptious Pasta, to the savoury mocktails, everything was awesome. Especially, the Laal Maans, which me and my wife thoroughly enjoyed. When in Udaipur, this restaurant is a must visit place, not only for the good food, but also the ambience of this great place.
Scrumptious food, just loved how they were putting extra effort for the customer's hygiene, staff was very well dressed with all the necessary equipment (like gloves, mask etc.) Staff was really friendly and the host personally made sure of our comfort. A must visit place for all the locals and travellers.
Delicious food as always. Following the hygiene guidelines to par, the staff is properly dressed for utmost cleanliness. Sanitation on point, temperature screening at the door, worry less dining experience. Extremely impressive in all.

A must visit if you are near the Udaipur palace. It has different areas of seating with different and unique themes. It is part of a haveli and is really good. The quantity of food is worth the price and the ambience is wonderful. Highly recommended!

The ambience is lovely. We came here 3 times in a row as the food is brilliant! We mainly tried the pasta, paneer and prawns which were flavoursome! I would definitely recommend this restaurant to any tourists visiting Udaipur!

Oladar turned out to be a great find on our way out from the City Palace. A modern dash added to the otherwise heritage feel defines this place and you would instantly fall for this beautiful place.
We enjoyed our food - Nargisi kofta which was delicious along with some breads. Their hot chocolate was good too.
Recommend this to anyone looking for a good place in the old city. And the best part was that they had some traditional jewellery, accesories and apparels reasonably priced also good quality stuff. So if your not satiated with the food you can certainly save some room for shopping!
The place was superb!! I went there twice on our 2 day udaipur trip and everything we ordered was super tasty. The staff is very sweet and very fast. The food came without any wait and the ambience was true to Rajasthan chique! We were quite surprised with the food preparation as it was very very continental. If u think a small cool cafe in udaipur can't match your happ cafe food, you will be proved wrong my friend! Highly recommended!🤟😊

We ordered the food and requested them to get as quick as possible and the staff was so good that they accepted our request and provide the food in 20 mins as we have to go for a boat ride early. Ordered pizza, pasta, sandwich ,shakes. A lovely interior makes u sit for a long .
This is my go to place, whenever I want to have a really good Italian and Mexican food. The mix sauce pasta and Mexican pizza is to die for. Other then that, sandwiches, Quesadillas, pancakes are also good. The Oreo shake is awesome.

We were impressed with their food menu. They have a very vast seating area for different people which is thoughtful. The menu is a multi cuisine, I loved that part as it doesn’t limits your options. We ordered a mix of Indian and Italian and was impressed with taste and portion served.

Delicious food, awesome coffee and unparalleled vibes define Oladar Village Café. Ideally situated in the heart of the city, we were welcomed with warm greetings and smiling faces.
We enjoyed our chicken quesadilla and make-your-own pastas in the tastefully done restaurant, the walls of which are adorned by some fantastic abstract paintings. I would really recommend their Hazelnut cappuccino.The open areas are filled with sounds of birds and rays of sunshine, just what we needed on a cold winter day.
It is a perfect hangout spot for all kinds of travellers. Guests can also pick up locally crafted printed shirts as souvenirs. A must visit in Udaipur and I shall highly recommend it.

I went to have lunch at this cafe. Full point for the ambience.. It is very lively and has positive vibes. They have a swing too and the theme is really good.
Coming to the food- the white sauce penne chicken pasta was creamy and really nice. It had the right amount of cheese too. The chicken pizza was not thin crust hence did not like it much. The toppings were adequate and great. The hot chocolate was not very hot and was lukewarm. Also their card machine wasn't working so had to pay by cash! All in all a must visit place while in Udaipur.
This place is close to pichola, and have a great ambiance and multiple seating option. The place is peaceful and elegant at the same time. I ordered a mocha and pizza. Mocha was pretty amazing but the pizza was a disappointment as i was expecting a hand tossed pizza base instead got a readymade pizza base, which was a let down.
We went to oladar upon seeing the reviews. And we were not disappointed. The decor is exceptional. Service is swift. And the food, out of this world. We had grilled fish in coriander sauce and pesto pasta. Both were beyond expectations. We also had tandoori prawns in pesto sauce. It was something new we tried, and we were absolutely blown away. Overall a great experience. Highly recommend it!!

Visited as a guest in oladar village restro for lunch today. We were entertaining friends from jaipur, and enjoyed our meal. We chose to stay indoors - to enjoy the air conditioning 😊. I just want to say that, in addition to a nice meal, we had a delightful waiters, they had just the right balance of friendliness and efficiency.

Oladar Village restaurant is unlike any other place in udaipur. It blends the Indian heritage vibes with contemporary European decor. The place has been divided into 5 sections which ensure that you have your privacy with no other people breathing over your neck. Coming to the food, we ordered pizzas and kebabs for starters and both the things were amazing. For the main course, we had laal maas, roti and rice. It was the best laal maas I have ever had. Highly recommend everyone to try it . Overall a very pleasant experience.

The place is more of an experience than just dining. Although it's not a lake facing restaurant, which is like a mandate for most cafés in Udaipur, Oladar stands above all in food and ambience. The service is great, the food is amazing and the experience is an unforgettable one. A nice and quaint place in the city to enjoy a sulking Sunday or lazy afternoon for brunch.

An adorable cafe in the old city of Udaipur. The cafe is easy to locate and serves one of the best pizzas in the city with a winsome ambience and flawless service. The cafe is the best break from the overwhelming royalty of the restaurants in the city.
Absolutely mind blowing. Must try the Dungar Maas and Grilled Fish with Coriander. It was good to the extent that we came back for the second day in succession to repeat our order.

Trust me the penne arabiata pasta was one of the best pasta I tasted before. Cheesy loaded nachos are also rich in flavour loaded with plenty of cheese and sauted veggies.

Wonderful Cafe this. Located very close the entry gate of the city palace, it definitely has a character of its own! The place has a Goan, rustic yet very authentic vibe to it. The places is divided in 3-4 types of setups and everything is unique to each other. The food was also great but the menu is strictly Cafe types so don't visit on lunch timings, would be a waste. Otherwise definitely give this place a try

Went just for the aesthetic and came back with much more than pictures . With situated nearby the city palace walking distance. With food served hot and quickly the place has good breakfast options , took hazelnut frappe - tastes good , cold coffee good and sweet , white sause pasta liquedy and garlic bread . Filling meal must try but it’s pricy

Veg as well Non veg food items were great in taste and appropriate in quantity & with aptly used spices… Great place to visit for friends as well as family with kids…. Great interior and best food in terms of quality and presentation. The service is 10/10 they are really humble and quite fast. We tried Mexican and American cuisines. It was an awesome experience to visit and eat there. Also the place is easy to reach as it's on comparatively big road than other restaurants in the city. Every here is best in class. If you see on any platform this place has quite high ratings and when you visit there you can feel that the ratings are really accurate and the standards are matching the ratings.

This is a MUST-stop for any visit to Udaipur. They have some of the best coffee we've tried in the city, the food is great, and the whole place has a chill, artistic, historical vibe. Conveniently located to the center, palace, and lake. Good breakfast options with HUGE omelettes. In fact, all portions are a good size. Again, can't say enough of how friendly, nice, and professional the staff are here.
2nd floor Rooftop doesn't have a view of the lake, but it does sit directly opposite a small, +200yr old temple and the whole place sits a 100m back from the main street (blocking some of the traffic noise).
I'd also recommend you check out some of the Havelis they have in the city, and nearby as well.
Located near old town in vacinity of City palace, this cafe lies at the end of narrow alley. It's some kind of old haveli (which are ample in udaipur) beautifully converted into haveli having multiple rooms with different decor. Cafe is mix of indoor and outdoor seatings. Lighting theme are scooter headlights... sort of retro and European cafe look.
Food is excellent and place is full of menu from Italian to Indian. Taste is amazing.
