The place is a vibe. Is bang on the mall road, right opposite to a picturesque police station. The yellow windows and interiors compliments The exterior and brings a calming feel to the whole place. Went there for breakfast and boy it was amazing. Tried chicken Hollandaise and it was worth every buck. The portions are massive and highly recommended. The people serving you understand the menu very well and are usually able to suggest great dishes and educate you on the same. Highly recommended when in Shimla.

Genuinely the best place we had our lunch . Our kid had the best hakka noodle šŸœ. We ordered Rajma ,butter roti and lachcha Paratha . The bread was soft ,crispy and well cooked. Rajma and Pudina Chatney were home like . Service was good and fast too . Thanks a lot for making our lunch time pleasant.

We had pepperoni pizza, hummus falafal and pita and veg penn pink pasta, apple cinnamon tea, ginger lemon apple pie, chocolate fudge cake. It can't be any better than anywhere else. We sincerely wish Chef Arjun and Chef Sunny to keep serving such a sumptuous delectance. We were served by Anisha with warmth and grace. Very Best of Luck to team Wake and Bake Cafe.

Most worthwhile place to have your breakfast or your evening snack while you are travelling to Shimla. This place, exactly in the middle of the mall road Shimla, has an amazing view with the best crepes and garlic bread in town. The cozy seating space on upper floors offers amazing views from the window and one can sit and relax after walking on the busy mall road while sipping a hot cup of cappuccino or chai with finger licking, hygienic and freshly prepared meals. Must try : - Cappuccino and Cinnamon Chai (For those chilly wintery mornings or evenings!) - Cold coffee with ice cream (Ah! sunny noons!!) - Mushroom and cheese garlic bread (Toasties are fun!) - Hummus falafel pita platter (Hey mediterranean lovers!) - Banana Nutella crepe (Yummylicious! šŸ˜‹) - Pizzas and Pastas (Not your regular cafe!) Recommended!

Genuinely an excellent mall road cafe with large windows that open opposite to the mayor's residence. Very sweet servers who make it all the more special. There are perhaps 3 tables and some more tables on a scenic small rooftop. The coffee was genuinely good and so was the food. Fresh, not too fussy and overachieving but rather keeping it simple and tasty. I had a great time sitting by the window, reading and having a treat with a coffee. Open till way beyond 10pm.

I loved this place ~ great food, lovely teas, and my favourite rooftop terrace in Shimla. Special mention for the sweetest waitress Winona who was super friendly and welcoming each time I visited. Highly recommend!

After a good run, time for breakfast. It had just opened as I entered and took my place beside the window. A small cozy cafe, with wood as the main theme. The staff is courteous and welcoming. As for the food, ordered a Middle Eastern breakfast comprising Shakshuka with Hummus and Pita. Both were good to say. And I absolutely loved the whipped mocha coffee. Definitely recommended to visit.

I went back multiple times, the interiors have an alpine chalet feel to them (including steep staircases!) and the menu has a really good all day menu. One breakfast I had a peanut butter waffle and paid extra for fruit salad on top ā€” incredibly filling. My fave dish was the chicken schnitzel with Parmentier style potatoes, it was as good as Iā€™ve had in Europe. The apple pie is fab too, and you can ask for cream if you want. Good wifi as well. Highly recommend!

This much-hyped cafĆ© is located in a building that offers a fine view of one of the most atmospheric stretches of the Mall. The cafĆ© spreads over several levels, each with only a handful of tables. We found space on the second floor, where there were three tables. Great view from the windows. The food is mostly American-European, with grills, burgers, sandwiches, soups, salads, and so on. There are also lighter snacks such as Mediterranean dishes; we ordered a falafel, hummus and pita platter, along with a cold coffee, an americano, and a virgin mojito. The drinks were fine, but the food was a mix of good and bad. The pita (which, honestly, didnā€™t really resemble pita), the hummus and tabbouleh were nice, but they forgot the falafel. When this was pointed out, they said theyā€™d have the falafel madeā€”but, ten minutes later (and weā€™d finished the rest of our food by then), the falafel still hadnā€™t come, so we got them to cancel it. Also, there was a very odd inclusion in the platter: a helping of some spicy raw mango dip that might have worked on a platter of tandoori items but was totally out of place on this Mediterranean platter.

Great food. Love the view. Nice, cozy & quiet cafe to sit and read a book with a cup of coffee. Service was great. Special thanks to Shubham for his hospitality. Love the food portion size. Visited two days in a row. Highly recommended.

It is a charming coffee shop located in the center of Mall Road that is definitely worth checking out. What makes it particularly special is the breathtaking view from the window seats, which allows you to comfortably sit and enjoy the serene surroundings for hours. While the food served at this spot is decent, it is not necessarily outstanding, and service may take a bit longer than expected. Furthermore, due to the small size of the venue, it can be slightly cramped at times. However, we highly recommend trying the hummus falafel with pita bread, as it is a standout dish that will leave you satisfied.

Food was awesome....we had penne pasta, carrot cake, walnut pie and latte. Entrance to this restaurant is a thin staircase that goes to 2 levels. We sat at level 2 enjoying nice food with good view of the mall road. It's a small restaurant so space is too tight and tables are too small. Staff is good and friendly.

Good cafe opposite the historic Shimla townhall. We ordered Veg Platter, Garlic bread toasties, tea and coffee. And the taste was great. The view is majestic. The cafe is a little congested space wise but it more than makes up for its taste and view.
