This restaurant is located close to the city palace and hence it was a convenient choice for lunch. Aloo paratha had good filling of the masala. Unlike most restaurants, this one prepared the chole well though it was a bit on the spicier side. The dal makhani was average tasting and lacked salt. The Rajasthani royal thali was decent only the kadhi was too sour for being authentic Rajasthani Kadhi. Overall a good experience for a tired tourist who is looking for a decent lunch close to the city palace.
Amritsariyat offers incredibly tasty, Punjabi food. It surely leaves your taste buds totally satiated. The Punjabi flavors are firmly authentic and exceptional, and the delicacies are expertly prepared. It's a culinary delight that deserves a top rating for its sincere, lip-smacking offerings
Nice place for family , taste was too yummy . Ambience. Was great but that one door of restaurant’s kitchen .Was annoying . Otherwise. Highly recommend 👍🏻
One of the best restaurant in Udaipur situated just 100m away from Udaipur City Palace. During our 5 days trip of Udaipur, We've tried many restaurants but I haven't found any food tastier than this restaurant.
Their Punjabi menu is out of the box but their Rajasthani thali isn't less than anyone's.
While I've enjoyed their Daal Makhni & Paneer Butter Masala, my friend loved their Rajasthani Thali; specially Gatte ki Sabji.
If you're in Udaipur, you must try their dishes.
According to me, It is the most recommended restaurant of Udaipur.
Amritsariyat, located near City Palace, has been on our list for a long time, and finally we made it on the occasion of my son's birthday. We loved the place quite a lot.
Every kind of food be it Punjabi, Rajasthani, Chinese, Italian was just perfect.
The manager was very polite and nice to us. He arranged a complementary dessert, which was so amazing and delicious. It was a wonderful gesture.
Thank you @Amritsariyat for a memorable dinner date. We would definitely recommend the families to visit for a special occasion.
Very fine restaurant located at the City Palace, Udaipur has been maintaining its taste, flavour, service and standard well. We visited the place after 3 years. The team is excellent in service. We began with Paneer Tikka Masala and Hara Bhara Kebabs. Then switched to the main course consisting of Punjabi Paneer curry and Dal Makhni with Butter Garlic Naan, Kulcha, Tawa Paratha and Veg Amritsari Biiryani. Each dish is quite a delicacy. We thoroughly enjoyed to the last bite. Cheers!
The Amritsariyat is the best restaurant for those who want to have the best quality, authentic and rustic Punjabi food ever.
We have been visiting this restaurant for the last 4 years and found that they maintain the quality pretty well. The cost is on the higher side but it guarantees the quality and high-end service. In the main course, Garlic Butter Naan, Shahi Paneer Amritsari, Veg. Amritsari Biryani are the best in taste.
Go for it once, then you'll be a regular eater here, for sure.
Biryani was Excellent. Dal Makhni was average but this place is famous for its Veg. Biryani. Punjabi kulcha was fine in taste with right spices. The service was ok. Overall you can visit this place for Punjabi food.
Very very good and delecious Punjabi food. Interior design is extremely amazing. It is one of the best restaurants we have visited ever.
Punjabi taste 😋👌
Uncomfortable seating arrangement
I loved the Punjabi cuisine here and Lassi was awesome
One of the best fine dining Punjabi and Rajasthani restaurants I have ever come across. The menu is very rich with a plethora of options. Most delicacies are prepared from fresh, healthy ingredients. Most of the recipes feature authentic Punjabi and Rajasthani flavors which you should surely try out as they area rare delicacies. The chefs are not only experienced and talented, but also passionate and dedicated to making the best dishes for you. If you are a fan of Punjabi and Rajasthani food then this is a must visit restaurant in Udaipur.
Great selection of multicuisine dishes specifically curated by the chef by travelling across the states of Punjab and Rajasthan. The dishes that we selected were oozing with flavours. Rajasthani dal bati thali is the best in class. Never ever had this much tasty dal bati in any part of Rajasthan. Moreover, the location is the great - just right next to the City Palace gate.
I had dinner at Amritsariyat recently and was totally impressed with the quality of food and service. The Punjabi Paneer, Amritsari Veg. Handi, Dal Makhni and Kulcha are the standout dishes, each packed with flavor and cooked to perfection.
The Amritsari Veg. Biryani and Punjabi Lassi are also quite delicious. The Rajasthani dal bati choorma thali is very special and satisfying way to end the meal. Overall, Amritsariyat is a must-visit for anyone looking to experience the flavors of Punjab and Rajasthan in a lovely, royal ambiance with top-notch service.
