Good area for a student hangout who loves tea and addictive stuff.
Society is Awesome.the society is close to the nature less pollution more oxygen 'bachelors are allowed'. Peaceful environment.
This area having variety of stalls, hotels for dinner, lunch, breakfast. But issue is, there is not proper clean area. Most of the area outside hotels and stalls are occupied here with people who are smoking they don't have separate area for them. Some stalls, hotels maintain cleaning but only inside their place. Hope in future someone will take action on that.
Great place to live and enjoy food points
It located near about a kilometre from Sinhgad College Campus.
It generally has a variety of restaurants, cafes and food services. It also has vehicle service centre, saloon and other domestic service centre and shops.
Due to the greenery you'll feel refreshing and good all in any time or in any whether in Bhansali Campus.
There is a police station also near about 100-200 meters. So there is nothing to worry about.

As per society rule passed in AGM, students are strictly not alllowed as a tenant.
No traffic noise.
More open space in common area.
Good common aminitis as Ampitheater, fountains,Turf Ground, Precious Club House.
Most beauty of society location is Canol Joging track and Taljae Forest track is on few minuit distance.
A residential building near sinhagad institute
Old constructed, nicely spread over, its a green and clean society. The society is kind of cozy and full of nature. Channel gate lifts which climbs with the speed of end credits from an old Hindi film! Management is courteous and security is good. Many flats are rented to college students. The place have food joints just besides the campus else ‘Khao gali’ is within a km with all food options. All essential services are close to the area and hence it is good society to opt for. Rent is competitive. Tenants may face some issues with brokers e.g. yearly brokerage system, as I heard. Overall good place to reside.
Clean society & well maintained
This apartment is situated in sinhagad institute campus .good amenities and environment. There is also a gaming center and a pool snooker club out there . Night lifestyle is good there because of series of cafe . Youths are attracted to this place.
Saw flats there, little high maintenance poor cleanup, ambience & people very good. Saw flats below terrace d wing. Security vv. good. Worth second sale flats. Little off on vast shastra.

Good Place For students for temporary living during education with best quality of flats and surrounding
Good society with nice facilities, little issue for bachelors to live on rent but overall nice, nearby sinhgad college campus that has big cricket ground and environment is dynamic, good place to live.
It's a chill-out place, has local foodjoints and some Computer game parlours. It's always rushed with college students. Cafe Durga is a nice place to hangout here
Residential complex near educational institutions. Quiet location. Students can rent a flat. Parking available.
