We ordered the food from a restaurant after a very long time. The taste of the food was yummy and we all relished it a lot. It was really a great moment to enjoy having food together at home from 24Carats restaurant.
The food is good and caters to our specification as well. However teh only reason I’m giving One star is because The attendant who receives the call is really rude. All I wanted her to understand was that even though they were cancelling the order from their side, just make sure they let zomato know as previously they charged me for an order that wasn’t even prepared and didn’t even refund when I asked for one. She did argue and was extremely arrogant and told me that it’s not her lookout. However it is their lookout to inform whether the order has been accepted rejected or cancelled. Also she claims that the timings are listed for specific categories on the menu, however there are NO timings listed whatsoever. Kindly be polite and more informative instead of being rude and impolite to customers. I’ve been a regular customer since years. I hope the higher authorities take note of how the staff communicate with the customers.
A plush style restaurant with cozy ambience.I was on official tour at Vadodara amd was staying in Hotel Express towers, I had most of my meals in 24 carats. They have amazing breakfast buffets available with a good taste.. I loved pancakes and strawberry smoothie.. They have a courteous staff and quick service too..
Perfect place for having a good quality time with friends and family ! Amazing buffet lunch ! I visited on a festival day still there was no hustle and the staff was very patient with the whole rush hour going around ! Very courteous and welcoming staff ! They had alot of choices available for buffet...mouthwatering desserts and cannot miss the yummy starters ! They had fruits, slice cakes, juices, breads, hummus, salads and alot of other varieties as well ! Overall a very good experience and would definitely try their buffet breakfast also !

Since long I have been Reviewing places for their Lunch and Dinners. However I tried to do something different when I went here today Morning. My Mother was a bit Hesitant to cook in the morning today and that's when this idea of having a lazy Breakfast struck me. I remember 24 Carts because my mother used to take me there when I was a child and thus it would be a befitting thing to do for her when she is not the mood to cook/prepare breakfast. I reached 24 at around 9:15 A.M and seated myself much to the delight that there were not many people around for breakfast. 24 Carats is an old player and enjoys consumer monopoly because of the same. The breakfast table was decently laid with Cut Fruit, Juices (Canned and Fresh), Yogurt, Confectionery (croissant, cream rolls, Breads, Cake Slices and pastries) apart from all this they had Poha (puffed rice), and South Indian spread consisting of Dosa, Uttapam, Idli, Vada. Adding to all this they had Aloo Paratha and Mashed Potatoes and Baked Beans. For the egg eaters they had eggs to order and boiled eggs obviously. Also for Meat Lovers they were offering Meat Sausage. I genuinely liked all the Vegetarian items from the list. Cannot comment on eggs and Chicken and I don't eat them. The thing I liked was the fact that firstly, it wasn't rushed and most importantly the Staff took special attention and care to make the Breakfast feel like an important meal of the day. They made sure things were fresh and also took care of the minute things which was much appreciated by me. A good place to go to If good food is what you care for on Sunday mornings and if you like to wake up early. A big thumbs up and good on the pocket too.

To make things special, I thought of taking my dear wifey out for dinner. Of all the available places, I chose 24 Carats as my choice for the evening.
The place is good. Just what someone may expect a 4 star hotel to be. To start with the staff: very courteous and attentive. No attitude issues noticed. This was a good start. Next came the food. Being a Parsi, which in itself means foodie by birth, I was looking forward to a good spread at the buffet counter. The choices for non vegetarians were comparatively less than the veg counterparts. Can't blame them. Foodies would rip the off 😋
The starters were good. The fish fingers were well made. Even the veg starters were surprisingly good. I mean for a hardcore meat eater, the veg tasted good. The only drawback was the chicken tikka. The taste was great, just the fact that it was with bones, created a damper. A minor setback so no problem. The main course was good to the taste. From eggs to chicken to fish, everything was well prepared 👍
The deserts stole my heart, from the kala jamun with coconut gratings to the gajar ka halwa to the choco lava were really great to taste. The wife went gaga over the choco lava 😝
Overall it was a great evening 👍 My thanks again to the staff and chefs at 24 Carat for making our evening special 😀

This was one of the best hotels I have ever visited in terms of ambience and food !! I personally felt Marvellous service .... The quality of food is worth paying 600+ !! One must visit this restaurant to feel the elegance of quality service and delicious food !!
What i loved most about this restaurant is classy arrangement and super cool interior. We went during navratri time and they have decorated the place using "chunri's". The bar (i don't know whether it was alcoholic or non alcoholic) was the most attractive part. Our order was minestrone soup and to my surprise an Italian suop was sweeet. In main course we ordered their recommendations, Paneer birbal, veg kolhapuri and hyderabadi biryani. Paneer birbal and veg kolhapuri was nice but again biryani was greenish and okay in taste. What i dislike about this place is the quantities of dishes they served, its for a single person. We had mixed experience.
A restaurant you can walk in after 11:00 PM in vadodara and still be served a meal not an extravagant one but their 11 to 1 menu is good enough for the midnight hunger pangs, most of the stuff are run of the mill and above average, but this is the only place which has disappointed me with their service for all the times i have walked in after 11:00 PM, the waiters are up in arms if you mention even the slightest of anomaly in their prep, some of the funniest explanations I have been given for the same. Their buffet spread is good and extensive but the pricing is on the heavier side of wallet, their regular menu is also very large and can be tried.
This is one of my favourite family restaurant in vadodara. The food is delicious, service is good & ambience just awesome. I have been here more than 5times :D
Ambiance - good enough..not very noisy not over crowded..buffet is bit expensive compare to wat they offer .a la carte menu is really very wide choices..tomato soup was below expectations n just never to try.starter was good( corn special),nargisi kofta was worth trying...even peshawri naan was also well balanced...in n all,it was a good experience.food taste is good n I think,service was bit slow..

Having stayed at express tower, the breakfast here was complimentary.
The presentation and decor of the place is really good. The way the food was presented made me little extra hungry.
The food was alright but variety was good.
They had servings of upma, idli, uthappa, grilled tomato, beans, mashed potatoes, cream rolls, fruits, juices, corn and choco flakes and smoothies and lassi to go along with it.
Tried a little bit of everything. Also they had a dosa made for me on special request. The experience overall was good.
Went for a informal meeting with 4 people in late evening. Quite place to have dinner. Serves buffet in lunch and dinner. Though I didn't take dinner snacks like cutlets and chili cheese toast were yummy. Fresh seasonal juices are good choice for health conscious person.
Was bit sceptical about this restaurant... But was happily surprised with quality of food.. Very Good food quality and variety.. One of the best in Baroda... Ambiance is very good
Food is good. Aura of the restaurant is great. Really nice service. Breakfast is amazing. Also there unlimited lunch package is totally worth it. Yummy food, worth visiting.

Well lets start by saying this was my 1st trip to Gujarat and this is my 1st review of a Restuarant in Baroda
Firstly the location cant be better . smack dab on the roadside on one of the posh areas of baroda, easy to lacate and quick to spot
This is late night eats place though its not open 24hrs. their late night menu looked quite welcoming.
The ambience is very pleasant attracting all age groups, family,s and also couples who would like a quite dinner
One thing commendable is that when i went there even though they had a buffet spread going on for their dinner , the service was quite prompt and we were served pretty fast. We went for the chinese option though their menu held a variety of choices
coming to the food. Excellent taste and quality. A couple of perfect dishes. the rice used in the fried rice was the exact thickness as it should be, thr chicken slices were perfect so as not to crowd up ur mouth or not too amall as to be lost in the rice. The taste was trully good. Though the portion served could have been a bit more
all in all a good plce for dinner and would love to come back here sometimes to try more from their menu

When I reached there, they did manage to find a seat for me and the table offered to me was actually meant to seat 6. However I was the only one occupying the table...Coming to my review now
1) Ambience: 4/5.....Very soothing.... When I entered the restaurant it gave me a good feel. Its quite a big restaurant. It also has mini bar.
2) Food : 4/5.....Had a dinner buffet. A mix of veg and non veg items. Each of it was delicious.

One of the oldest luxury lounge in Vadodara. The restaurant is very clean and fantastically maintained. The Daal Makhani is delicious and I also tried the laccha paratha which was also good. But I believe that Bayleaf , at Express Residency has become better when it comes to the taste. 24 carats is overpriced for the taste you get. The breakfast is something to go there for according to me. The buffet has over the years become quite monotonous with only minor changes in the platter. The staff again is very courteous and the service is prompt.

One of the best place in Vadodara... The restaurant offer multicusine options. Good Ambiance... Cleanliness, Good Service and Delicious food...
The best part is the sofas in dining area.. It gives perfect sitting for a peaceful dinner and comfort. Though, there is a variation in food quality and consistency in taste is not found. However it may depend on chef in charge. We are the loyal customers for last 20 years and the staff knows us already. They are friendliest and very polite. All in all, if I have important guests, my first choice would 24 carats.
