I'm in love with KFC. They serve really delicious fried chicken. I love how the chicken is coated. My favourite item is chicken popcorn. Can never go wrong with that. Amazing taste. Great place to go out with friends and family. Great
KFC burger as usual is good.
However I am disturbed by the charge of Rs.33 for packing a burger in a paper bag.
This is almost 15% of the price of the burger.

Number one for chicken oder two mingle bucket and soft drink chicken wings was si yummy but boneless chicken was ok ok all over had good experience and staff behavior is good as welll
KFC was my favorite place .chicken popcorn was awesome .last time we ordered chicken popcorn it was not hot .there is no chilly ketchup in the parcel

KFC is the king when it comes to chicken based fast food. if you go to their store and eat, its always mouth watering and freshly served.
The game changes when you order through zomato or other and receive delivery.
First: They charge you up to 40 to 60 Rs. extra as packaging.Second: You always receive leaking small boxes fitted with all your ordered items. Doesn't matter it is 3 items or 10, it will always come leaking in a small boxes.
Well I already have stopped ordering to KFC since last month when spending approx 15000 to 20000 to KFC per year. I also have managed to stop my groups and asked them to stop ordering to their groups. And finally managed to stop at least 60 to 80 customers going or ordering to KFC.
I had been requesting their managers many times to help about their packaging charges and service that we are getting against charges but I think the business they have doesn't care on received feedback. Last time I ordered and wrote a complaint about packaging they dishonored my order. That's where we all can see where they are going.
I will keep stopping as many users as I can from ordering over apps. Great support KFC!!! Thanks.
Very nicely packed. Delivered before expected time. Delivery man asked two times the location to reach and deliver food on urgently and he did that. His behavior is good. Thanks Zometo and Thanks to service boy too.

The KFC chicken is made the hard way and not the fast and easy way! Everything is prepared freshly. The cooks have to follow extensive and multi process to create this yummy chicken. They use the best A grade chicken so whatever you bite is the best. They doesn't use processed chicken they only use fresh chicken. The best of best that you can have in kfc is the double down chicken. It is a must have product other than that are many things like chicken wings and bucket and burgers to try .

I m glad that they give home delivery through Zomato in baroda at home. Love it’s hot and crispy chicken wings, all chicken items, and especially rice bowls.

The girl at the front register was very friendly and she took my order and made it very quickly. When she handed it to me she asked if I needed sauces or anything. I could tell that she loved her job and that she has alot of good experience with customers. I didn't know the name of my cashier. I just wanted to write a review so that this young lady will know that I appreciated everything and that this was the best customer service I have ever had.
KFC, probably the only outlet in Vadodara. Very well managed. Supportive staff members. During rush hours you may not find seats, Though take away options are available 😂. Very attractive offers and combos. Per head 500 bucks would be enough. I hope you find this review helpful.
1st time visited KFC and was worth it. Ordered Peri-Peri chicken was a bit dry but the overall taste was amazing. The veg zinger was also not bad but who goes KFC for a veg burger. Order time was 7:22, know this cause there was a message that said your order was served in 7:22 minutes and so got a Free piece of chicken. 1st impression well done KFC.
Went to kfc for lunch... the staff was super. Well dressed, with a smile on the face. Ready to help and courteous.

The one thing that was a turn off was the cleanliness of the place. Tables still had the previous diners trays.
