Tried the food twice, once during lunch and the other during dinner... Exceptional taste, we ordered Paneer Angara Smokey...Go for it if you love spicy flavor, superb presentation, delicious taste and generous quantity...Must try their Lassi, very refreshing...Overall value for money...Good joint with family or friends...
The food was excellent, very authentic punjabi food, it tingled my tastebuds, I would recommend Dal Makhni it was the best and so was soya chaap. The dessert were above par. One of my favorite restaurants in Baroda...
Food was very good. Need more training for service staffs , lack of upselling and suggesting.
Need to focus on cleaning of crockery and curtlery.
Best of luck....
Great new restaurant. Butter Chicken and Kofta curry were really good and the best in city. Jay, our server was really friendly and gave us great recommendations. I am glad that we have a new Indian place with good food and reasonable prices!
Loved the food and especially the owner involvement in recommending the food. It shows how passionate they are in running their business. Will definitely visit again.
Writing this after tasting approximately all premium restaurants in town, the best paneer veggies. Must try is paneer angara smoky. Flavours are unique, unmatched and always the same. Portion is good enough for two good eater. Paneer is always fresh and tender. Seasoned well not too spicy nor blend. Go for it.
Just today I visited this place in vadodara on O.P.Road named The Dhabba restaurant.. I was very delighted to eat there as it was a special occasion for our family. The food, ambiance, staff, time to serve, kindness of staff all sums up for a beautiful experience of dining...!!
.
.
In appetizer I had Paneer Bharwa tikka - cheese baked and it was very flavourful..
.
.
in main course we ordered kaju curry and Dhabba special kofta masala and i would like to tell you that this kofta masala was the best I've every had in my life till now 5 on 5 for this dish...it was very good in looking and also did tangle taste buds just in time... must try this when you are visiting...!

overall it was a beautiful dining experience on a Sunday afternoon...now this plave has made some special place in my heart ♥️
Ordered from here while at a stay in Gujarat. The service was fair. Decent prices and great menu options to select from. Quantity of a single paratha platter was fulfilling enough for 1 or 2.
Ordered chur chur mixed paratha platter. Taste was satisfying and the paratha came fresh and warm, along with pindi chole, dal makhani , raita and butter.

It was so delicious that I literally licked my fingers in the end! Amazing food! I ordered Dhaba Special Kofta Masala. It was really chef’s special! Happy happy
Was here tonight for dinner with family, the food was really good- kulchas, daal makhni, chole were really good. There are very few authentic Punjabi restaurants in the city, The Dhaba is certainly up there when it comes to providing the customers with a Punjabi experience. Had Jalebi for dessert - crispy, served hot with mouth watering taste- could not have asked for more. The ambience is also great.
Starters were the only let down and hence I would give the place 4 🌟
A restaurant on Old Padra Road, visited this place for lunch! The ambience was just too good, with walls adorned with all Punjabi quotes. People can also choose to sit down on the diwans.
Went with the Hard Bhara Kababs for starters and it was too good, with the chutney and veggies. The presentation of it was also amazing.
For main course, we tried the Aloo Pyaaz Paneer paratha, my favorite veggies and it was very filling. As I ordered the platter, it came with Chole, Dal Makhani and butter, all rich and thick, going great with the paratha. Also tried the Chur chur Hari mirch paratha, which was nice. For drink, went with Rose Lassi, which was thick, with sprinkling of rose essence on top.
The service was very slow, given the humongous crowd, but the food was worth the wait.
One of the best Punjabi restaurants in the city, for sure!
Amazing service. Authentic taste. 🤩🤩
I ordered mushroom sabzi from here, taste was worth 3.5 *, but I loved their efforts, because they took care of my special request not to make it very spicy and oily. Definitely my experience was worth 5*, I will definitely visit this place soon. Thank you for good food.
Food taste: 4/5 star
Cleanliness:. 4/5 star
Staff:. 4/5 star
Time to serve: 3.5/5 star
Kulcha tastes better compared to paratha.
Good restaurant.
Amazing restaurant and the best punjabi food in Gujarat
It's a good place for Punjabi food in Gujarat
Best Service.Decoration Superb
Kulcha platter is a must at this place. Very good food with nice taste and quality. Tomato mint soup was exquisite. Overall it was a wonderful experience true to it's name.
The best dhaba I have ever visited. Bang for bucks. Every dishes we ordered tasted yummy. The price is so reasonable. The ambience and service was perfect and everything was exceptional. A must visit restaurant. We were two and we had makke ki roti and sarsau sag with dal makhani (platter), paneer lasun onion paratha and veg dum biriyani.
After a long break! (bless the rains), we went to @the_dhaba_vadodara , an authentically rustic place being run by innovative people. Whose motto is "शतं विहाय भोक्तव्यं" Which means stop every work and just eat first.
.
.
Now, on the appetizers side, we had "PANEER BHARWA TIKKA CHEESE BAKED" and "SOYA BHARWA CHAAP", with the former prepared very carefully, baked twice in their tandoor for maximizing the taste and texture,an extraordinary combination. The latter was equally mind boggling, if not more! Two differently prepared soya chaps one with a stronger spices while other being mild (which was surprisingly, equally flavourful), both the delicacies are a must try!
.
.
Subsequently arriving, we tried their "CHEESE BURST PARATHA" and "CHURCHUR NAAN" I dare to say, the best thing in the range we've ever had (my teammates would agree) as the name implies, the paratha was full of cheese, a cheese lover's paradise! They even use one of the best cheeses available in market. Crispy paratha, wow I could totally understand when they said you'll not get this taste in entire region, and I have no doubt about that haha, It is a very well thought out variety, infused with amazingly balanced tastes and textures, especially the "Daal Makhani" they serve with the paratha was exemplary! And I'm not even exaggerating, everyone should try it. I'm sure you will agree with me.
.
.
Later on the main course, we had "SOYA STICK MASALA MAZEDAAR" and "GANGA YAMUNA SARASWATI(tri colour)" first being meticulously created with absolute aromas and spices, it was just too good. It's one of their best recipes, I can be sure. The timing of "tricolour sabzi" was perfect (I could hear our respected PM giving speech on J&K) it was assortment of various flavored sabzi, all with different tastes (spicy, mild-sweet and earthy), later we had their "DHABA SPECIAL MATKA BIRYANI" as if their sabzis weren't enough, Biryani added totally different dimension to our experience, simply A-mazing, without a doubt one of the finest main courses till date.
.
.
The dhaba excels at desserts and cold beverages, we had their newly formed iconic "WATERMELON TULIP" a mocktail made from crushed watermelon and Tabasco sauce, I took a sip and I could only say, what!?!? Followed by a smile. I'm visiting them again and again for that. Then we had "PAAN ICE CREAM" "JALEBI and RABDI" usually I get bamboozled in choosing the best among, but this time I was, in choosing which is not! Both with competitive flavors on their own, balanced sweetness and what not! Both are a must try!!
To be fair, @thedhaba is my new favorite destination for North Indian cuisine, with their experimental dishes, they deserve to be praised. Please do visit it with everyone you love, I'm sure you will exit their door with a big smile and happy stomachs!
One of the finest Dal Makhani I've ever tasted.
The flavours are so on point, must must try it.
Also ordered the Aaloo pyaaz paratha which was super super delicious and filling which had a side of Chole,Raita and Dal.
Everything was super tasty, definitely recommend this.
Visted this place for a quick lunch while I was travelling to Ahmedabad. Turned out to be a great decision. Normally you don't expect to get authentic punjabi food in gujurat but this place was amazing!!!
We tried the paratha platter, dal makhani, panner adraki and assorted breads.
Paratha platter consists of 1 paratha, dal makhani, chole and raita. We ordered cheese chilli lasoni panner paratha,it was really good but the best part was the chole and dal makhani... Too yummy.
Panner adraki was very good, gravy was thick and tasty but panner was not that soft.
Ended the meal with jalebi... Oh boy! What taste and quantity- 4 big pieces of jalebi..delicious.
This place is a must try in Vadodara!!
Dhaba with excellent taste with full of punjabi flavours.I tried their Kulcha platter which was stuffed with methi and aloo and tasted best with there authentic daal makhani and chole.Ended up with their patiyala lassi.Overall a must try!
I am a big fan of The Dhaba. I have recommended many of my friends, I would say finally I got the good taste of Punjabi paneer. The dal makhni and the paneer dhaba special both are outstanding and mouth watering.
good . had ordered kulcha. came well packed with 3 chutneys and chole. was satisfied.. it was quite tasty. I liked it and the kulcha was quite crispy too
I visited this place when it was just inaugurated..
It was not on zomato and it didnt even have any facility for digital payment..
At that time they treated very well and the food was also as good as their welcome..
After this many months I again paid visit to this place..
They have made some changes in the interior..
Ordered aloo, pyaz, lahsoon, cheese kulcha combo and aloo, paneer, pyaz kulcha combo..
Though both were delicious, 1st one was relatively more tasty..
Makhani was just perfect...
I havent tasted their proper punjabi food yet but I think that would also be great..
I would also like to mention that you can also peek into their kitchen..
That way you are assured of proper hygiene.
Its just as good as jassi de parathe..
Perhaps more good, just not that much good name yet..
The place has a good collections of Kulcha's. Have visited a number of times and never disappointed. The ambience is great. Catchy phrases on the wall gets you going. The staff is courteous. The deserts are also fabulous, a great indian collection. Recommended to everyone who loves North Indian food.
Had a blast there , staff is friendly. very courteous and food is mouthwatering. Best Dal Makhani , jalebi , Pan ice cream and chur chur paratha all were too good.
Ordered palak paneer paratha @ 10.30 and delivered before 11 very nicely packed ,received hot and yummy. In less than 150 bucks they provided a big sized paratha,a bowl of chole, dal makhni, raita and some oninons and pickle. High five from my side
Just wow!!! After so long I tasted good quality dal makhni but star was soya chap masala, less oily, less masala yet tasted so good. Prices are bit high but I found VFM.
Kabhi jana ho Punjab to Dhaba jao.
Bestest kulchas and partahas of Baroda
Dhaba special paneer is truly special.
Dhaba special lassi is very thick and tasty
Jalebi is sone pe suhaga hot and tasty.
The best Punjabi food in Vadodara
This is the real Punjab.
The softest paneer starter Paneer Bharwa tikka. Simply amazing and outstanding.
The best Parathas served. With stuffing oozing out and rich aroma of ghee.... Not to be missed Parathas.
Also tried jalebi and Paan ice cream.
Excellent taste and sufficient quantity. Value for money. Received without delay. Delivered in time. Recommend to try at least once to get experience.
The food taste is really awesome if you love pure Punjabi taste then this is the place you will just love it and feel like you are having something thats straight from the kitchen of Punjab. Its a nice Ambience. The service is also good and its value for money.
Things you must try are :-
1 . Cheese Paneer Garlic Kulcha Platter
2. Chur chur Paratha
3. Dum Matka Biryani
4. Maake de Roti and Sarso Ka Saag Platter
5. Dhaba Special Patiyala Lassi
These things are just great you wouldn't be disappointed if you order any of these things I assure you that.
The food is extremely tasty, I have tried couple of times and lived the taste, the food has an awesome aroma and looks very hygienic.
It's definitely a must try.
The dhaba is a hot list restaurant near my place. If anyone asks about the place which has rich taste in the food, it is none other than the dhaba.
The price is also very low for the parathas and other food as per the quality is concerned so anyone can order and enjoy the food
One gobhi kulcha platter was the choice for the food this time and I also chose the dhaba for ordering food and no other place as the platter reviews were very good from here.
The gobhi kulcha was outstanding and the chutney added more flavours to it. A paratha increases its taste when butter is topped and this actually happened.
This time I did not order anything big from the dhaba and order was as simple as that it was soup only.
The tamatar corn soup which I like a lot. When I stay at home my mother usually cooks that and I have atleast two cups. The corns were fresh here and it can be tried when soup is in your mind.
Chur chur ajwain paratha is also not a bad option to try when you are very hungry. Infact the ajwain adds more flavour to the parathas. I liked the way they served the food along with chutney, butter and onion.
The parathas did not become soggy even after the delivery. Recommended place for food.
A place which is worth spending money on food. All the food is so authentic and you will feel like you are having food at home.
The preparation technique is also differen may be that's why the taste which is found in the dhaba is not elsewhere. I have ordered from here so many times but never got a chance to write about their service. The service is of top quality too apart from their food as well.
All the food from the dhaba is really great and if anyone chooses any of the food from here he will be overjoyed to have it all.
Whether you are ordering parathas or any other dish, you will surely like it. I loved the parathas the most. Will be trying out something else.
There are so many dishes to order from the dhaba. It is just what you want to order from here.
The parathas are mindblowing from here. I have tried the couple of them and it was too good. Would like to recommend them and for me, I will be trying all variants of parathas soon.
The dhaba is a special kind of place for parathas and sizzlers. The sizzlers when delivered to the customers are also packed and nicely send to them.
Next time when I will be ordering the sizzler I will surely take a pic as well. This time I missed. Liked the taste.
One chur chur onion paratha was the order I made recently from the dhaba. The onion paratha was such a delicious paratha that I have not eaten recently.
I will be ordering some more variants of parathas which has ajwain in it and chutnet making my day. The entire platter was enough for two of us.
The dhaba was very near to my home and this time I planned ordering food from here so that it can be on time.
I ordered some parathas and one soup from here. The soup options were many and I chose any one of them. The Tomato soup was very good and home like preparation was done for it.
Corn potato tikki, a simple starter where the tikki which is less oily is made up of sweet corns and the boiled potato mashed and mixed together and then mixed with spices and it tastes more good with mint green chutney and ketchup.
I highly recommend people to order paratha platter or the kulcha platter over here. As they many type of variety in that and they have many different stuffing although the sides or the others portions given with the platter are similar in all.
Aloo ajwaiian paratha, this paratha was so good. So tasty and it was made up in pure ghee and the paratha was also soft. It was served with many more items and this items increased the taste of paratha and made them taste even more good.
Palak is my favourite and i feel it is very healthu too to have it. Thus i ordered palak paneer kulcha platter from this place. The palak is crushed and used in the paratha and then it is used to have it with the items provided in platter.
Aloo methi kulcha platter, this platter has many items which support the taste of kulcha. The kulcha is stuffed with aloo and methi and this taste better with chole. I loved this place and i love this platter also very much.
Ordered chole from here. Punjabi chole tastes really good from the special dhaba place and to have this chole i ordered something new like the mix kulcha which had mix chopped vegetables stuffed inside the butter kulcha tasting good with chole.
This place is pure vegetarian food and they have a sitting too and delivery service too. Their main cuisine is the north indian as the name says the dhaba and a dhaba is expected to make the best punjabi food and so does this place makes it.
There are very less places in dhaba style or serving dhaba food in pure vegetarian but this is one of those places and being a vegetarian eater i love this place the most as it makes the best north indian food to have at this place.
This place not only has to many varieties but also has dishes which rate very reasonable in prices. They have so many affordable platters also. They have so much good taste of north indian food and this place is specialized for it.
They have many platters in north indian style. It is like a mini thali. I ordered one of their platter named aloo kulcha platter. In this platter, there are some chole, dal makhani, raita , chutney, onion and butter with kulcha served with it. It was a real good meal.
I just focused on their specials. The Mix Kulcha had variety of kulchas and tasted the best with their authentic dal makhani. The Jalebi was lip smacking. Ended my meal with the Patiyala lassi!
Being in Vadodara, this place didn't disappoint me with punjabi food 😅
True to it’s name the dhaba makes mouthwatering, filling dishes: I was a little Hesitant given that this is a veg only place, but I was so much in love with the dishes by the time I returned home. The place is amazing and budget friendly!
When we visit a dhaba ,we expect to have some times that is a must to have while we go to a dhaba like the sweeet jalebi, sweet patiyala lassi, punjabi main course like the proper gravy and the butter tandoori roti. I had all this over here and had good experience.
Started with mix kulcha and ended up having patiyala lassi. Since this is the dhaba it is necessary to have the patiyala lassi as it makes the best lassi and serves very nicely and i liked their mix kulcha also. And lassi was sweet.
Dal makhani and paratha is the thing i tried over here. The dal makhani was thick and it was brown in colour with brown dal and it was churned properly. It was medium spicy in taste and i liked it alot. The paratha tasted too good with this dal makhani.
I am a happy customer of the dhaba. This was the first order I made from here and I was completely satisfied with all the food that they delivered.
The order list was a long one and each one was very tasty.
Makki roti platter in gujarat and the best one can only be found here at The Dhaba. The sarson saag was very tasty and the ghee into it was so relishing.
A complete punjabi platter was this.
They have many variety of sizzlers available at this place. They have many indian continental fusion starters. I tried their sizzler named cheese paneer sizzler. In this sizzler they have cottage cheese masala in rich gravy, with exotic vegetables and jeera rice and paratha and some french fries.
They have amazing type of fondues. All fondues are amazing and very different. The quantity of fondue is also amazing. The fondue contains exotic vegetables and pieces of indian bread. I had their dal makhani fondue and it was very amazing in taste.
Cheese chilly lehsun paratha platter was the order I made from The Dhaba and it was my first experience with them. I have ordered from so many places but the platter which I got from here was outstanding.
I found the price to be perfectly reasonable and it was enough as well.
Veg Dum Biryani with veg raita was the order I made from The Dhaba. I like Biryani too much and when Veg biryani is so nicely prepared no one would ever deny having this dish.
The price was also very reasonable and the order was also delivered on time.
Ganga Yamuna red and Green was the order which I made and this I found to be quite unique dish by the name itself.
The gravy was unique infact and the taste was superb. The paneer was as soft as anything. The chefs speciality was clearly felt in their food.
Chur chur garlic paratha platter I ordered from here and I was remembered of the most famous places in North Delhi. The taste was exactly of that and I was very happy to find this place.
Now whenever I will be having a craving for the parathas I will surely order from here.
I tried for the palak soup and one paratha platter from the Dhaba. The platter was the most recommended dish from here which I saw in the review section.
I was quite satisfied by the taste of the soup and the platter was outstanding. Love to order again.
You need to understand the difference between words/adjectives....Good,very good,Excellent....Divine.....
The Dhaba is more than DIVINE.....
Food is simply out of the world....
SHORBA: The best ...We tried TAMATAR SHORBA ....perfect 5/5

Main Course: Dhaba Special Paneer; Simply outstanding 5/5
Dhaba Special Dal Makhani: You can compare this to best available . This was the best dish of the day. you can feel each grain of Dal and feel the smokey flavour. 5/5 Could have given one bonus marks....
Breads; The Parathas are the best and stuffing coming out baked in Pure Ghee served with white butter. One must try the parathas as they have huge choices and amazing quality. 5/5
Jalebi; Cannot miss this crown...piping hot and perfect sweetness. 5/5
And not to miss the one liners ....too hilarious.....
All food lovers not to miss this food Paradise
The food from here was too yummy and delicious. Would definitely recommend for real Punjabi experience. The delivery was also prompt and on time.
One should Must visit because it's too good.we order the platter their dal makhani and jalebi's are worth ordering.ambiences is ok ok but the food is yum.
Perfect north indian taste. Ordered kulcha platter served with Dal makhani and pindi chole, which were really good. Kulcha size could have been bit more. Matka biryani was tasteful with lots of cashews.
Recommended.
Delicious Food ever had.... Must visit once in life time...You will love to eat again and again.. The Dhaba a real Punjab Test...Kya Lassi hai wah maja agaya....
I had ordered food for delivery the packaging was great and even Jain specialities were of great taste loved the cheese chilly and corn capsicum... Value for money..
The food is authentic and taste really very good. The Kulchas are our favorite. Place is my son's favorite.
The owners and staff members are polite and takes care of customers very well.
Must visit place for a good food and experience.
food was best as quality as well as by taste..i visited most of standard hotels of vadodara but taste of yours food was bestest i have ever tested...even service was good...but service should much better as waiter forgot to serve us butter milk..

Had been to their Ahmedabad outlet for lunch and tried Baroda outlet for supper.
Had a long waiting of an hour .
Its a small cozy restaurant with very less seating compared to the Ahmedabad outlet.
The comparison ends here as the food is equally yummy.
The owner pampers you like anything
If anyone wants to have north indian food in Ahmedabad or vadodara the dabha is the place.
Simply outstanding food and service and not yo be missed is the witty one ljners ‘Massom biwi man ka waham hota hai’
Excellent food and timely delivery.Had ordered carrot beetroot cheese kabab to try something new but it was amazing, must try, their signature dishes were great
Well it deserves more than 5 ratings thou...
It's a nice decent restaurant with amazing interior of Bollywood and all creative... The staff managed it well as it was damn crowded..
I order kulcha platter, sarso da saag and jalebi
My parents don't usually appreciate outside food but they loved it.. they have already asked me when are we visiting next..
Food 5/5
Ambience 5/5
Staff 5/5
Cost 5/5
It's my favourite restaurant to have authentic and yummy Punjabi food. Drooolllll
PS - was too hungry to click pictures of the food
The best dum biryani in town, the authenticity of each grain of rice denotes how well balanced aromatic spices are being put up inside it.Also the dal makhani is fantabulous,it will dive you into the pool of cream and amul butter..The jalebi rabdi is another gem in the crown..In short , an authentic palace to try great Punjabi cuisine.😋😋
The best Punjabi food in the town. try Dal Makhani and Dhaba special Kebabs. Also Sarson ka saag is amazing. Jalebi and rabdi is also not to be missed.
Good to be at this restaurant.
Parathas are the best parathas available in the City.
Dal Makhani is full of butter and too good to ignore.
jalebi was crispy and very good.
Excellent service and staff is eager to customise all your demands.
The best Indian restaurant in the town.
Very nice restaurant for dinner. You can celebrate birthday party here. Very nice atmosphere. Live music also available. You can pay via UPI. THE DHABA is according Punjabi culture. Paintings are available on wall. You can enjoy Punjabi dishes. The vessels are also Punjabi style. Parking space available.
Superb food. Must visit place for authentic punjabi taste. Specially makke di roti and dal makhni is too good. Everything was nice. Service is also very good and everyone is polite.
Pure authentic Punjabi food.
I visited multiple times and tasted multiple items. Everything was finely tasted. Fix lunch is also very good.
Ambiance is nice, live music is there.
Well this is one of the best place in Vadodara with great interiors and ambiance. Very well thought of the execution for restaurant, they have various types of seats like sofa, chairs, desi floor seating etc.
Food menu also has lots of variety and cuisine options to choose from, but the best is their Indian Cuisine especially the Punjabi (One of the best). They have maintained a very good hygiene and quality standards with awesome taste.
Staffs are courteous and friendly. Live songs are played to uplift the moods while enjoying the food.
The interior theme is towards old era type and a lots of quotes posted on walls for couples, so must visit for couples and family.
I visited on Sunday and experienced a bit slow service although it was worth a wait. And the overall dining space a bit small and feels little bit congested. Else all good and must visit restaurant.
It gets very crowded, especially during dinner time on weekends.
This place is situated near the Jagdish store (Even I was not able to identify it through GMap). The restaurant is on the way towards the Chakli/Bird circle.
1st of all, Good amount of parking for 2whlr & 4whlr! I visited on Monday and was expecting less crowds! We immediately got the seat (8 pax).
One thing to mind is that it's a Pure Panjabi Veg restaurant (No Chinese item will be served). Food was decent and price are on upper side (I left it same as Mirch masala).
Overall Good family restaurant with different varieties of Panjabi items and reasonable price tags!
The atmosphere inside the restaurant is good. It's neat n clean. The staff is attentive but can do better. There was live music and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The food wasn't hot . The Kebab platter was ok in taste, not great. Also tried out the onion garlic cheese kulcha, which was served along with Chana masala , Dal Makhani n Raita. The methi garlic paneer kulcha, too, was tasty with sufficient stuffing. It was served with the same Accompaniments. We had their Jammun spicy lemonade, which was something new n ok in taste , sweet Lassi and limbu soda ,which I clearly instructed for very less salt inspite of that, salt was on the higher side . I would recommend this place to friends n family.
Da Dhaba restaurant exceeded my expectations with its superb food quality and exceptionally friendly staff. The culinary experience was a delight, showcasing the restaurant's commitment to excellence. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The live music show added a wonderful touch, enhancing the overall dining experience. I highly recommend Da Dhaba for those seeking not only delicious food but also a fantastic ambiance and friendly service.
Being a first time visitor I had an awesome experience at this place. I ate Paratha and Biryani and both were very delicious. The service is good. We were entertained with live music. Definitely going here again.
@the_dhaba_vadodara is my absolute favorite when it comes to Indian cuisine, why? Because everything!! And my recent visit there just cemented my belief!! Now, they have revamped their interior a bit, and the live music adds to the ambiance. @the_dhaba_vadodara 's strongest aspect is their non-compromising food; you get all the goodness (albeit heavy, so go there prepared!)
Starting with... Of course starters, we tried Paneer Peri Peri Tikka, Soya Stick, and Schezwan Deep fried momos. Now I can really describe everything how they do it, but... Space issues here.. So let's just go with the taste. Peri Peri tikka are seriously well flavored and hot; the right amount of heat makes it appetizing and adds a vibrant start. Soya is prepared in-house with their own techniques and has its own unique taste and flavor, too good! Momos, while they've become popular, they are known for their peculiar crisp and spicy sauce.
After that, we were greeted with Chur Chur Paratha platter, which is a must try, like for real, just do it. Dal Makhni will melt you away (I need to jog kilometers; I know it). While Paratha is great, Daal steals the limelight.
In main course, we tried some fantastic sabzis, Birbal ki Handi, Soya Chap kadhai, and Tawa paneer along with more Dal!! Let me tell you, it was so confusing and overwhelming for us to decide which one tastes better.. And we failed. So just know that all of these are really well made.
Now comes the bomb, Matka Biryani, balanced spices and flavors, not too weak to make it bland, not too spiced to make you feel in hell, just enough so you can sail through the sea of flavors! Yes!
I'm not going to describe desserts; just look at them!! And I promise you they taste better than you're thinking right now.
In the end, what I love about @the_dhaba_vadodara is their enthusiasm and passion for their craft, the way they describe their food and the joy they exhibit makes the experience well worth it, this communication definitely adds a value to the experience and while I'm all praise I want all of you to visit at least once and try by yourself, you will absolutely love here and will be visiting again, that's for sure, atleast I am!!
They have the proper taste of Punjabi food as compare to any other restaurant in vadodara.
And another thing is that i perform live music there, so i had dine there often, you must visit there if you want authentic punjabi food, rather than normal punjabi food & also they have swaminarayan food . Enjoy food and live music together ✌🏻🙏
Peace out.
