When it comes to Penda, ask anyone in Vadodara and you will hear most common Sweet Vendor name i.e. Duliram Pendawala. It really provides tasteful and yummy Penda which tastes little different (better in taste) than other Vendors.
It justifies its goodwill. They could work a bit on hygiene part by bettering their infrastructure which focuses more on hygiene just like the quality bof their products.
Go for it if you are looking for pendas good in taste and quality.

One of my friend came to visit me from Baroda a few months back. I have a standard set that if you are coming to see me from Baroda you have to get a packet of Lilo Chevdo from Jagdish. This guy came with Chevdo but along with it he bought a packet of Penda. For starter I was interested in Chevdo only but once I tasted that Penda, my god it was amazing. I forgot about everything else. I took a picture of box and saved it. Yesterday on my visit to Baroda I knew that anyhow I have to go to this place. And here I was Duliram Sharna Pendavala. Such a small shop, but I was able to count of atleast 12 people in line for penda that too on working day at 4 o clock. So tasty and amazing. Perfect sweet with cardamom flavor and burnt Mawa. This is one of my favorite items from Baroda now. Thank you Duliram.

I bet if you are from south you must have heard about Mishra peda and their Dharwad peda , Duliram pendawala offers similar peda made of mawa & is dusted with sugar.
It’s good , apparently that’s the only sweet they say is better or worth trying when I asked the person working there .
Locals love the peda as many people purchased when I was there .
The shop is old with no renovation or any fancy decorations.
I too got some for my family, last upto 15 days according to staff .
