Yesterday I went out for dinner with my friend Risotto Kitchen (Progressive Fusion Kitchen)located at Yash Complex Gotri Road .Welcome was warm and very friendly.The menu is fairly traditional Italian,Maxican with local twists. We decided to order Soup,Starter,Main course and Dessert.
Soup- Five treasure soup (delicious)
Starters- Nachos with cheese sauce-Nachos with peppers the cheese sauce has the perfect amount of spice
Cottage cheese SUJAK - We then tried cottage cheese with sujak which was less spicy side but delicious. It was quite creamy, very similar to your pasta sauce actually, with exotic veggies and soft cottage cheese that melts in your mouth. A rich preparation which we enjoyed very much!!
TRIO PIZZA(11 in)- Thin crust with the topping of olives and bellpeper the taste wasn't that great
Mexican Hot Pot Rice- It’s no surprise that I’m a bit obsessed with one pot meals. there’s my other love affair with Mexican food.rice with chockfull of fun veggies . tastes divine,
Desert Live Choclate Landscape- What an amazingly simple yet creative way to turn a normal choclate and brownies into a delicious bonanza! tastes like heaven! For me its like chocoromance in air ..........
The menu was super, tastes divine, service was quick and excellent.

The ambience is in sync with the theme of fusion. We started with lemon grass soup which just filled the environment with it's aroma. The dabeli bruchetta was a mouthful of flavour burst which just bought a smile to our faces. The chef special pizza, the chilli-garlic penne pasta and the stone grill rice was just a right balance of spices, vegetables and right amount of sauce. The curtain fall ending was the Divine Bloom dessert which true to it's name, was just divine dripping chocolate. The dramatic boom was chocolate landscape which cannot be discribed by any words and was a 'to be seen' wonder, a dessert they make on your table.If you are looking for a taste change give this a try.
I think vadodara's best Chinese /Italian /mexican restaurant. Super food, nice environment, great experience. I suggest all Baroda people great experience.

After a very long time, everything that was ordered was absolutely delicious. I'd recommend one having Mexican Bhel, light and tasty starter. If you like less of garlic, it's better to tell the waiter before hand since soup does have good amount of it. Alfredo Pasta was the amazing. Must visit. Though the prices are a little high, you'll love the food. So it's worth it.

My wife and I had lovely lunch on friday the 24th. and again fabulous dinner with our relatives, Pattanis from UK on sunday night(26th. February, 2017) at
the high class standard restaurant, Risotto Kitchen, Gotri, Vadodara.
The food was simply delicious and the service was praiseworthy. The restaurant's atmosphere is quite good and it
offers great Indian, Mexican and Italian Food. The owner, Mr. Patel has done the restaurant very well.
The staff were very friendly and courteous. Our Special thanks go to Mr. Krunal Raval(Manager), Mr. Fayaz Mir(Senior Captain) and Mr. Aasif Molla(Waiter) for taking good care of us.
Indeed, well worth a visit and experience fine dining and wonderful hospitality at the Risotto Kitchen.

Excellent food and great service. Some of you may have seen the Manager at Little Italy and then at La Quelo known for his service and hospitality now owns this place.
Place is small and cozy yet can accommodate a large crowd as the restaurant has two sitting areas. Menu is alaborate and good to choose. The place keeps you on toes as to what next is on the platter. We called for Soup, Panki, Papaḍ platters, Daal Baati, Mexican bhel, Dabeli bruschetta, thali peeṭ and Paan Ice cream. All worth it and more to try. Definitely recommended.
The concept is very new.ambience- good..price-fixing bit higher side compare to quantity.taste- good
Coming to food,dabeli brushtta seems interesting but when try it was nothing like fushion brushtta only a toping on bun..sev Puri was really good..dal baati was good in taste but dal offered was so less in quantity n also the prime ingredient lasan chutney was missing..masala soda was not served chilled.. kathiyawadi veg with fulka the name was- but veg was just like any Punjabi veg
In short,taste is good but needs improvement on quantity compare to what they charge..menu is designed in a really fantastic way!!

The five stars are for the effort of the staff backed by the actual good food. Being only customers, didn't deter the chef nor the helpful staff from serving us a great meal.
Specially try the Caramel Custard, and you can't go wrong.
