Tired of the hustle bustle in Thalassa and Antares and looking for a more relaxed and chill setting? Then fusion is definitely my go-to restaurant in the same lane just before thalassa. I always opt for the outdoor garden sitting with mattresses laid out. You must try the wood-fired pizzas and the hummus, the pasta wouldn't be the best option in this place. *THE BEST CHOCOLATE SOUFFLÉ* I've tried in Goa would be here. Remember to order an extra scoop of vanilla ice-cream with your soufflé because it's going to leave you drooling for more. The service is great. If you love nature then this place offers the perfect ambiance for you. Bon Appétit

Fusion is this nice dim lit place next to Thalassa near Vagator beach. I have been here thrice and was blown over each time. It's unfortunate that Indians go over to Thalassa and in the process lose out on this amazing place. When I went the most recent time, this place was filled with groups of travellers from Iran and Scandinavia. You sit there, relax and eat the pizza.

I have tried atleast four of the pizzas on the menu and each one was amazing. The strawberry panna cotta is brilliant. Drinks are very cheap (Baileys Irish coffee for 150 bucks).

It is tough to ignore Waters, Antares and Thalassa and head for Fusion but take my word, it is worth!

Value For Money is 5/5. This really nice peaceful eatery is right on the road to the beach. With very lazy seating serves fusion cuisine. The service is friendly and quick. My personal fav is the pita with humus, tahina, etc. but almost everything on the menu is good. Desserts as well. Highly recommended.

This place have a big sitting in nature arrangement along with a great painting gallery which are on sale. The food is nice and continental. The ambience is lovely and worth chilling. Once you sit in this comfortable environment, I doubt you will hardly leave this place.
The service is quick and the quantity is nice. Also the rates are pretty reasonable. I would suggest this place.

This place is awesome for their wood fired oven pizzas. Would definitely go back there for more! Just located next to Thalassa, so if you don't get a place there drop in to Fusion for a pizza instead! They serve alcohol as well & the owner is from Israel - they also do some awesome hummus & pita breads.

After having unhealthy food for 4 days straight, food at this place felt like paradise. Its located near thalasa which is quite a posh and charming place, compared to which fusion seems bland. We had 4 dishes in total
chicken sandwich, fried chicken and mushroom with rice, butter garlic fish with rice ,and beef stake.
The stake was amazing, and so was the fish. Chicken and sandwiches were okay-ish.
Best part was every dish came with either side serve of lettuce or a separate bowl of salad which really notched up the nutritional count and was way more than enough for 1 person per serving.
The bill came around 2.5k for 5 dishes, 3 beer and 2 lemonade, so kudos to this.
Would've given 5 rating if the ambience was more lively.

Found this place on zomato.. it's right next to thalassa.. tried the pasta which was amazing in taste with a very good portion size. They serve a small portion of salad with the pasta which was mouthwatering. Was so happy with the food quality and taste that we went back the next day. This time we tried their woodfired pizzas and hummus. The pizza was baked to perfection with authentic Italian flavours. It's the best pizza I have ever had in Goa.

It's a must visit place whenever you are in Goa. Total value for money. Peaceful ambiance. The staff serve you with a smile unlike the famous Greek restaurant next door.

Fantastically surprised with this place. Totally overshadowed by Thalassa but no less when it comes to chilled out ambience, great food and friendly people. Go and spend long evenings in this place and you would still want more of it. This place is a peaceful little gem.
Sunset can be at Thalassa but evening has to at this place.

Why would anyone go eat pizza or pasta when in Goa?

Because this place does it pretty darn well!

We'd discovered Fusion quite by mistake on one of our earlier Goa trips. We'd had dinner at Thalassa and on our way to the car, crossed what looked like quite a funky place with wood fired pizzas!

On each of our previous trips, we'd been there for dinner, which is also when they do the wood fired pizzas (post 6 pm). And we'd never felt the need to venture beyond the delights of those thin as paper and fantastic tasting morsels of gastronomical delights!

We've had the Gorgonzola (I love my Blue cheese!), the Funghi (the wife loves her mushrooms), the Tonno (How can anyone not like tuna?), the Napoletana (Anchovies and oregano), Marinara (garlic, oregano amd olive oil), Olive (olives on mozzarella), Spinaci (Spinach and Olive oil) and the Pepperoni (which is a bit of a cheat, because it has Ham on it rather than pepperoni).

Each and every one of them has been delectable and each finished long before they could even begin to get cold...! The aroma of freshly baked bread and pizza dough does something to your hunger pangs!

This trip we went for lunch (which is also when we got to know that the pizzas are only an evening thing) and this was our selection...

1. Chicken liver with mashed potatoes and Israeli salad:
I've always liked liver and kidney, and while I accept that it's not to everyone's taste, it always warms my heart when I see it on a restaurant menu! This was sautéed with onion garlic with a generous portion of mashed potatoes. The liver was done well, but I'd have preferred the mashed potatoes to be creamier and a little bit more seasoned.

The Israeli salad was a little bit of a joke though since it was diced cucumber and tomato in a bowl with a wedge of lime!

But since they served the other mains with a helping of green salad each, I tucked into that and made myself happy!

2. Spaghetti Bolognese:
A classic, done in the classic style. Beef mince done with a tomato sauce, and fairly robust Spaghetti. Both the boys who'd ordered this wolfed it down double time, so it must have really appealed to their tastes!

3. Spaghetti Tuna:
The better half ordered this as her main. Again, nicely flavoured and done with fresh tuna. It's an interesting take on the regular spaghetti that one would eat in the bigger cities, and it surprisingly works really really well.

The green salad is basically a bed of iceberg lettuce, with finely julienned carrots and beetroot on top, sesame seeds above that and with a light vinegar dressing on the side and a small bowl of grated mozarella cheese for additional flavour. It's fresh and light and works well to balance out all the meat(y) food that's in front of you..

We'd also ordered the iced tea (great tasting but a little bit on the sweeter side) and a cracking little ginger-lemon which is spectacularly refreshing one hot summer day.

All in all, a great little lunch out, which was economical and fun. The resident animals (a golden Shepherd, a street puppy and a bored cat!) are friendly and will happily cone up for a nuzzle... So beware of things between your legs suddenly!

The bill was about Rs 1,460.00 which given the quality of the food, is cheap as chips! If you're around the Vagator area and are fed up of shack food, this will prove to be a great little escape.
