I had recently visited Uno Mas, a Spanish restaurant located in Vagator, Goa. The ambience is very creative and the food is equally innovative and amazing.
I tried a variety of Tapas, cocktails and Spanish dishes. The seafood Paella tasted great, with chunks of fish and prawn. The tacos were juicy and delicious. The Gambas Al Ajillo was my favorite. The cocktails went perfectly with the food. I also had Tres Leches for dessert, which was a perfect ending to the grand meal.
This place is a must visit for foodies if you are in Goa !
Recently visited Uno Màs and had a wonderful experience.
If you want to experiment with your and try out something innovative, I would totally recommend this place.
They serve Mediterranean and Mexican cuisine. The menu is very well curated, be it the food or the drinks.
We tried the Chicken Tacos, which were so juicy and delicious. Next on we tried the Gambas, Chicken Pinchos and the Chicken Paella. Gambas is a prawn dish and if you love the prawn flavour a little too much, then this one is a must must try. Chicken Pinchos is more like a Spanish version to our Indian kebabs. The cocktails as well were quite interesting and absolutely refreshing.
This place will offer you a beautiful dining experience with great food, beautiful rustic ambience and very friendly and courteous staff.
Visited one of Mumbai’s beloved tapas bar that made its way to Goa by the end of 2021. A tapas and Cocktail bar serving authentic Spanish, Mexican and a bit of Mediterranean as well.
Residing at Anjuna this tapas bar kitchen with its indoor outdoor concept and moody aesthetic interior with french provincial furniture and chandeliers make the place extremely inviting.
Heres what I ordered
Gambas Al Ajillo i.e Garlic prawns cooked in fragrant prawn-head and oil which was accompanied with bread to soak up all the flavourful goodness remaining in your plate. A little squeeze of lime and you are good to go.
Pescador Mantequilla i.e a local fish (chonak) in a sinful buttery sauce. You can’t skip this lip-smacking signature dish out. That perfectly cooked flaky fish with crispy skin on top in that pool of butter sauce was everything.
Pescaito Frito is golden fried fish and prawns served with a tartare styled alioli kept me going with its perfect crunch.
The highlight for me had to be the Pork Carnitas tacos topped with pickled onions, slaw and sweet-sour pineapple salsa. Blow of different flavours leave your palate wanting for more.
Pinchos Morunos is morrish chicken skewers served with pickled onions & mojo rojo dip was one packed with a generous spice rub to lock in loads of flavours.
Obviously I couldn’t miss out on Paella the most iconic Spanish dish. Which basically is rice cooked in aromatic seafood broth and saffron with assorted seafood of the day till it get a crust of crispy burnt bottom which is called socarrat. The chefs indeed have done a great job perfecting this recipe over the past 2 years. A wholesome dish which can be shared among people.
And of course I couldn’t end without gobbling down my all time fave dessert Tres Leches which is prepared using three different types of milk. (evaporated milk, condensed milk, and heavy cream)
Cheers to Anka one of the co owners for being a wonderful host and guiding us through our experience along with her amazing team which help run everything smoothly.
Everything I tasted was sensational and bursting with flavours so would highly recommend you’ll not to skip this on out.
My experience at this beautiful place has been absolutely outstanding. Food was served in tapas -- ie small portions. Honestly this is the best cocktail bar in Goa! Situated super close to the Vagator beach. Loved the Spanish Paella - which is such a wholesome food and their fine mixture of the right ingredients in the dishes are a delight! The gambas when dipped in oil is some superb crazy stuff!
The mantequilla is local fish in sinful buttery sauce! Another gem of this place.
The patatas bravas are vegans delight! Along with broccoli brasa.
Loved the crispiness of the chicken tacos
The superb cocktails which only taste good but look beautiful!
We tried some like Frenchie, Autumn Blossom! My top picks from this fab place. The entire dining experience had been very chill! Huge kudos to the owners for creating such a vibe!
Headed to this new Spanish restaurant in Vagator for a little sneak-around 😍 but to be fair, I've been to Uno Mas in Mumbai, so I'm no stranger to their food!
There's so much to love here! The outside area is so colourful (but quite hot during the afternoons) and every corner of the restaurant has interesting details that catch your eye.
Let's talk food! I started with one of my favourites - Gambas Al Ajillo (garlic prawns cooked in prawn head oil). I also tried Migas which is an interesting dish comprising of chorizo and bacon served with croutons, grapes and a fried egg that you have to scramble together. Albondigas, or meatballs in Spanish is a simple yet delightful appetizer as well. Remember to sample the Montaditos (tapas-sized bread with a choice of toppings) I picked caramelized onion and goat's cheese. Can't go wrong with this match made in heaven 💕
Uno Mas currently has a weekend brunch running called 'No Siesta Come Fiesta,' and the menu features Tortilla, Tacos, Brunch Bikini, Queso Flameado and more. The retro playlist they had on played hit after hit and set a wonderful tone to the afternoon. They have a supervised kids area where there is someone to entertain the kids while you sip on Sangria. And the space is pet friendly. Have to mention the great service as well.
I'd be more than happy to have a long lunch, take a siesta and return for dinner the same day 🇪🇸

Good Food Good Mood 💕
We absolutely had fun time at @unomasindia while trying out their specially curated Spanish, Mexican and Mediterranean dishes.😋 Their aesthetic rustic interiors and comfortable outdoor seating make it more appealing and beautiful ❤️
I would say it's a mini SPAIN IN GOA, where you can experience the real taste and Flavours, enjoying with your loved ones. 💕
Right from munching PICKLED OLIVES, CHICKPEAS to trying out varied mocktails to specially curated TAPAS - SEAFOOD, VEGETABLES AND MEATS, to TACOS to Spain's national food PAELLA 🥘 and not forget CRÈME BRÛLÉE for the dessert, everything was beautiful and scrumptious 🌮🧆😋
If you have never been to Spain but want to try Spanish inspired food I would recommend this place.
Very overpriced though. However this is something I have found in most tapas places outside of Spain so can’t blame them for following suit. True tapas is inexpensive.
The Tres leche cake isn’t really tres leche, it’s more of a vanilla sponge in milk. So if you have tried authentic tres leche you will be disappointed but if you haven’t then this is a very delicious cake.
Staff was very attentive, although we were one of two tables so they were not busy. We didn’t try the paella but the table next to us did and said it was delicious, it certainly smelt delicious. Served the authentic Valencian way (thin layer) minus the socarrat. However wouldn’t hold that against them as I’ve only ever really had a decent socarrat in a paella in Valencia itself.
One criticism is that the glass on the table had a lipstick stain, and I had to ask for a new glass.
A great place to visit if you’re In the mood for some mouth watering Spanish food! Love the food here and it’s a must try!! Tried their Gambas, patatas Bravas, chicken pinchos and tacos. And ofcourse their seafood paella is a must try!! And for dessert I had the tres leches which is a Mexican delight! Great place!!
Delightful dinner ❤️
Thank you Priyanka for giving me such a beautiful evening and making me feel belonged while having solo dinner at this place. Priyanka greeted me with all love and belongingness and also suggested me to try their "Gambas" from the menu ❤️
I visited Uno Màs Tapas & Cocktail Bar for dinner around 8:30 after a whole day long travelling and couldn't thanks my luck more to be here. Totally loved the food, the hospitality, the attention and care, the cozy vibe and good music with my Róse.
Thank you team Priyanka for giving me this beautiful evening to remember. I will cherish is forever and visit again someday ❤️
Uno Más is brilliant! Small place but very cute and has nice tapas and grills! Loved the prawns in chilly oil and the meat and chicken grilled skewers! A bit pricey for the place but charming! Anka runs it and is very sweet! Comes to all the guests and obviously has a lot of repeat patrons! Lovely set of barmen-Gaurav, David and Ayush! Will go back anytime! Super place to just chill!
